Be very aware this place is under cover for many operations and it s not just a car lot. Do not shop here by any way, shape or form. People have been advised that this place is gone to court many times over the racial issues and other underlying problems stay away from Kirk Jones.

Parts Associate Jeff is very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I ordered an accessory part for my 2020 Chevy Equinox and I was expecting it the next day. Jeff called me about an hour later telling me my part was in. I will definitely continue coming back and I will be telling my friends and family how great my experience was.

I just went to pick up the parts I ordered about a couple of weeks ago, and I waited 10 mins, or so. I knocked on the back door, and a guy came out and said, what do you need? I told him I was here to pick up my parts, and he said, hang on. Another guy came out 3 mins later, and I told him is it normal to wait for someone to come out, and he said, yea. Terrible customer service, and I will not come back for any more business here.Joshua L.

We had bought our vehicles a 2017 Silverado and a Maxima the same day we were happy with our purchase. Within 2 weeks the check engine light came on the truck we took it in to have it checked one of the service guys cleared the code said it was the humidity that was making it come on so we left thinking our vehicle was ok.. the 3weeks later the light came on again took the truck back to them they stated our truck needed a evap canister solenoid valve and cost would be 350.00 in NM the law is we have 25 day to report any issues with the truck and it should be covered by their warranty they stated they had no record of us coming in the day they cleared the code and our truck warranty would not cover. The manager stated he could see if he could give us a deal he never followed up with us. We ended up taking the truck to Galles and they ran a diagnostic test on our vehicle it was the something completely different the purge solenoid valve they fixed the problem and it was covered under the truck warranty we didn t have to pay a cent.. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. I have a free oil change on my car and I don t want them touching it..

Aweful customer service. I bought a car from there and 3 weeks later the check engine light went on, so I took in my car and get a Uber home because they never provide a rental. It took all day for them to figure out what was wrong with my car. They call me right before they closed and told me my car wasn't covered under power train warranty or extented warranty and I had to pay $400 to get it fixed and I would be able to get my car til the next day. So they left me without a car and a unbelievable bill for a car I had purchased from them less then a month later. This isn't the first time I have had a problem with this service department....never again will I ever go back to this aweful place.

Got my daughter her chevy spark from Reliable Chevrolet for her first car. Reliable was great Santos who helped us was great it was just great all around. I would tell my friends to come her for their vehicles.

I was assisted by Ethan P in purchasing my 2018 Equinox! Reliable Chevrolet was a good choice, the finance manager was great and Ethan didn't make me feel pressured, he gave great suggestions for the best options to fit my life style.

It's hard to believe this is the same company after dealing with there service department. I really like the parts department. They have always treated me with respect, and helped me order any parts I've ever wanted. I wish the rest of their business was as good as the parts department.A+ Parts Department!

My experience was Terrible. The service Dept was rude and unwilling to schedule me for a 15 job...instead he wanted me to leave my truck for hours...he should work somewhere else....been buying Chevrolets for 30 years...if I dealt with him in the beginning...I would be a Ford driver....

worst customer service! You lost a longtime customer because I m tired of being treated like a burden by giving you my business. Been going to Galles and absolutely no complaints. Worth the extra 15min drive to be appreciated for my business.
