I used the website to buy my rims and tires and it was incredibly smooth from start to finish. They called me when everything arrived to schedule an appointment I couldn't make it that same day so they went ahead and get the rims and tires ready for me to go so all I had to do was pull in and they mounted them very fast! Got me in and out quickly. Thank you guys for the great service! I'll be coming back and will highly recommend

Let me say last two times coming to rent a wheel it was a headache came in here giving them one last chance with new management and new workers this place did a whole 180 turn around!! the new manager answered every question I had and any worry s I had! I left here looking forward to shopping again with them if you need anything with tires or rims I promise you come here and they will take care of you!

Allen, Alicia come in speak with them had a very good experience very helpful knowledgeable. Highly recommend if your looking for rims and tires . Was Leary at first but no longer great customer service extremely satisfied

The store from the RAW they areSo amazing they split it to you nice and so I recommend that store to come up here and San Mateo and Washington you re not gonna be sorry you re gonna love it the manager and the girls that worked out

Excellent customer serve by Ruby and Allen and Nicolas and Alicia. Got in and out without an hour and my car is looking absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend, they answered all my questions and helped me find the right style for my vehicle !

Outstanding service! The manager Alan was very helpful we got our tires in the next day. He didn't make us feel pressured into buying tires, even gave helpful advice both days I was there. Very fast service had my tires on my tires on within a hour and pulled up front for us. They gave us a voucher for a free alignment at pep boys, car detailing supplies, and a battery pack for emergency car starting. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Very satisfied and pleased with my experience!! Wouldn't go anywhere else after the service I received today. I went to two different rim and tire shops and didn't find anything I liked or good service and then I stopped here and am so thankful I did. Was about two hours before they closed and the second I walked in the door I was greeted and got help with what I was looking for. My main goal was to walk out with new rims and tires and that's exactly what I got thanks to David. I wish I would of got names of the whole staff because everyone was super friendly and helpful through my whole experience and I was out of there even before their closing time so it was super quick service. Definitely highly recommend to my friends, family, and anyone looking for rims and tires with amazing service!! I'm forever a lifetime customer now, thank you guys!!

The guy i spoke to his name is Miguel awesome guy and he knows his stuff about rims its more so what you want to get but they have a large selection of rims plus tires if you want both the rims and new wheels.. 5 star rating for me

The service we received was EXCELLENT! Great Customer Service Skills, the staff is amazing and professional. The store was clean and organized. We were treated very well and our car looks beautiful again. We are safe and back on the road again!I highly recommend anyone to go get tires and wheels. You won't get better Service anywhere else.

Recommend 100%!!! Tires were about to fall apart and they had what I needed in stock. Allen and the staff were so helpful and quick. Drove away with a brand new set of tires ! Thank you guys !
