If you have a motorcycle you really need to check this location out. They have everything that you could need or want for your bike.Conveniently located with easy access to and from Albuquerque. R & S is located in the north part of town, with a safe location.The staff is responsive and not pushy, very courteous and high marks for their professionalism.This location is worth a stop in to check everything out.

Both Hannah and Phil were amazing and super helpful throughout the whole buying process. Stayed late one night with me because of some insurance issues and worked around my issues as well as me schedule. They were both really welcoming and knowledgeable as well as friendly! Can t say enough good things about the both of them. If you re considering buying a bike, r&s is the place and Phil as well as Hannah are your go to people.

Great customer service! Bought a 2024 Honda Shadow Aero ABS on 1/24/24. Smooth sailing from my arrival through to helping me load the bike on my trailer.

I'd love to give this dealership a 5 star review because I may be one of the world's biggest KTM fan-boys. But my bike (2018 Super Adventure) has been in their shop since May. I can understand the concept of sticking with your suppliers (I manage a large industrial facility) under normal circumstance, but they've been unwilling to seek aftermarket alternatives to get me back on the road. It's been 5 months, and I'm a daily rider. They're still waiting for two or three parts that are on backorder until later October to November. Who does this to their customers? They already have $6500 of my money, so I'm stuck. I don't see much creativity or customer service in trying to solve my problem.11/07/2022***Addendum to previous review - I've increased the review to 3 stars, because of a bright spot in the shop. The service dept. is doing everything they can to expedite the situation, while still making sure things are done right. Luigi and Kevin are doing the best they can with the hand they've been dealt. The original assessment was done by an incompetent technician, and Kevin came in later and found additional, serious issues with the bike. It's still in the shop, after 6 months - but it looks like there's a workable solution on the table.

The customer service here is immaculate! The service department is working on our 1996 Kawasaki and they have been extremely thorough and transparent with every step they take.Luigi has been the service technician working on our bike and he has been sure to call us and keep us in the loop about everything that needs to be serviced, how much the parts cost, how long they will take to arrive, and how much the total of parts and labor will be.The other agents who I spoke to over the phone, Jesse and Ryan, were super professional and took thorough notes when I asked them to check certain things out on the bike. The prices seem very fair and their quality of work seems extremely high. I will always use these guys for any bike repairs or maintenance work!!

Found my new to me Can Am. Finance Manager was awesome. Salesman was good. My only comment would be that the Salesman had a little more knowledge about the bike he sold.

Bought a used bike from these guys last week. Little graduation present for myself. Had to drive from az to Albuquerque but it was well worth it. Marshall was an absolute legend and made it a breeze. Nicest dude you d ever meet. All the employees were very nice and chill. If it wasn t 7 hours away I d be going here for all my bikes needs

All locations have not had inventory for years. You walk in and there are 5 ATVs on the floor. Worth the trip to Roswell or neighboring state where they know how to manage an inventory. Their inventory is always full and customer service top tier

They tried to finance me through Synchrony Bank. I'm surprised anyone still Associates with criminals like Synchrony Bank. Had I known this I wouldn't even have had them run my credit. I refuse to use the rebranded GE Capital who was constantly getting sued due to Shady business practices. If you want to be in Perpetual debt on a $3,000 Grom go ahead and let these guys Finance you through synchrony. It's a shame that such an awesome dealership got a one-star because they want to associate with literally the worst bank on the planet.

Very happy with my experience here. I came in looking for my first bike, ready to buy and already had one in mind. I was helped by Phil C. and he was READY to get me what I came in for. He may have also saved my marriage by strongly suggesting I go home and talk with my wife about the purchase first, which was NOT part of my plan. Phil also suggested a bike to compare with the one I originally wanted before coming back to see him and I am GLAD he did. I am so much happier with the bike I chose over the one I had first picked out and I didn't feel pressured or "sold" in any way. He made a suggestion, allowed me to make my choice and was ready to sell me what I wanted.Hannah and the rest of the staff are also excellent. Everyone is upbeat, energetic and willing to help.Thank you, Team R&S West!

Phil Coleman is hands down a great salesman! I went into the store, explained what I was looking for (cruiser) and boy did he deliver! I got a Suzuki Boulevard C50T with a mother of pearl paint job, whitewall tires and saddlebags.Not only is Phil a great salesman he s also a down to earth good person. I have quite a bit of things going on in my personal life and Phil showed compassion even outside the store where I happened to run into him.If you re looking for a true professional, I highly recommend you speak with Phil Coleman. You will not be disappointed!

Thank you for fitting our bikes in for service.Everyone in service was really friendly and helpful.Parts personnel were terrific.Did not get the young salesman's name who greeted us when we arrived. He was very friendly and attentive.Definitely will put you guys on speed dial in case we need service in Albuquerque.

The team at R and S is wonderful. Marshall is so fun to work with. Finally a sales company that isn't trying to screw you for every last dollar. They are straight forward and don't string you along. I love the transparency here. Great place to buy or sell!

This place is great! Awesome customer service and they are always helpful and know what they're talking about. Their parts team is really great with getting you exactly what you need. When I bought my bike they made it a very easy and quick experience while making sure we knew everything we needed to know. This is definitely the place to go!

I haven't done a review in a long time, however I think this would be the right one to do. Back in Oct 2021 my nephew asked me to go with him to pick up his new Can am commander 4 seater at R and S west. As we were about to load the commander on the trailer Phil came out to talk with us. As I am always I was hesitant to talk. For one I really don't trust car dealers. I understand they also need to make a living. But being pushing is one thing I dislike. Phil on the other hand is one guy you just like immediately once you meet him. He is one who takes his time to make sure you are taken care of. Before I purchased my new Can am I called him several times to ask questions. He had all the answers I was looking for. All he said to me is that when I was ready just let him know and he would take care of me. He was right. I had the pleasure of meeting the other staff members. Marshall is one heck of a nice guy. Kristen is the gm. She also came out to meet my dad and I. Low and behold we know her family. Well I can go on and on telling my experience there but you have to make that call yourself and see what I have seen to make your own experience with team R and S west. Job well done Phil.

This shop always has what I need! and the workers always help me choose the best option on parts and almost always have what i need in stock. I traded snapchat s with Josiah (one of the workers who regularly helps me) and luckily, he had the 14 wheels in full stock on his story! so i went in and bought a set fast! Overall just a nice environment to purchase from!

A HUGE THANK YOU to R&S.They made buying my Kawasaki a breeze. They always called and kept up with updates. They made the buying process easy, and understandable. I had to wait a few months for my KX 112, but they made sure to keep me updated with any delays. Marshall was AMAZING. He was very kind, informative, and understanding.
