Scott is absolutely awesome, efficient, friendly and professional. His manager, Mike Buck is beyond helpful, communicative, and responsive. I was having a problem locating a previous emissions test - Mike went above and beyond to assist me and when we realized I needed a new test, I let him know which location I would be visiting. He made sure Scott was aware of my situation and it was a seamless, pleasant, and quick visit - they are the epitome of what outstanding customer service looks like. THANK YOU!

I told the guy my thermostat sensor was showing a engine lite he said it would be fine. Then he said it past and ask for a max tip. I put the small one the after I paid he suddenly said it fail for what I told him for. Then said state law said he can do that. Then he was very rude guided me out and kept guiding me to far to the rite I was going to hit the wall but hit my mirror on the wall. It's scratched up now.

The tech, Christopher G., was super quick and personable. I had to have both of my vehicles registered and emissions done. I was done with both vehicles in about 15 minutes. There was one car ahead of me and I was still in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Great service and the employee was very nice and professional and was wearing a mask. Will definitely go to Quik Emissions again when I need to re-register my car.

Today 8/12/2022 I pulled up at 5:45 and was yelled at because they were closed. The hours say open until 6pm. It was too late to drive to the nearest location before closing. Now I have to make another trip to Albuquerque tomorrow. Not acceptable.

Fast and friendly service. Price is ok but for the emission us renewal in under 20 minutes it was great. It's was a cold and windy day and the person who helped was still friendly and very helpful.

The attendant Quentin was very rude and rolled his eyes multiple times. Yelled at my positioning inside the garage even though he was just waving his hand around giving poor directions. Wouldn t recommend giving your business to this shop. Poor customer service!

Stopped here for emissions. The guy was perfectly pleasant and I answered all of his questions. Had me step out of the vehicle and said it would only take a few minutes. So a minute later he says "Oh, by the way, what year is this vehicle?" I tell him and he says "We can't test your gas gap here, sorry." Then he sent me to another place that ended up being really shady. I won't be back.

24 bucks. About 9 minutes of my time, and I was done. Super easy and super quick. Highly recommend
