Latisha is best inspector I ever meet .. she so professional and friendly to me .. all the time we communicate she i always smile and answer all my question . It was a very quick process. Pull in they do the test. You can even renew your registration there if you want for an additional fee.

Alvin Houston, the technician who worked on my car was personable, professional and quick. I gladly completed my vehicle registration with him, as he saved me a trip to MVD Express appt that I had made.I will definitely be returning here. Actually, I drove home and returned immediately with my 2nd car which needed the registration renewed with emissions test. Great company, great guy!

AMAZING! I drove by one location that was $50 and another that had three people waiting. I pulled up here and there was no wait. Morgan was friendly and efficient. I was out of there in under 5 minutes. He explained my results and I was out the door. I'm recommending him on Nextdoor!

For some reason I absolutely dread getting my emissions check. I procrastinate until the last day of the month along with all the others and end up waiting in a line that seems to crawl.Not this time. No one in line here. The gentleman (I believe his name was Aaron, I lost my receipt that had it listed) who did the check was so friendly and quick. My 15-month old and I barely had time to get seated before he was done.He also honored the $4 off coupon listed on the company's website, so it was $20, which I was very satisfied with.If you also dread doing this every other year, come here to get it done quick and well.

Did not upload test to New Mexico MVD, when I called they said they were still having system issues and I would have to make an appointment to show my test at a physical MVD location.Edit: I got a call back about my missing upload and it has now been rectified

This place was fast and super convenient. The guy who works there, I think his name is Phil, was very customer oriented and personable. He did everything quickly while even correctly diagnosing a few issues I had with my car while he was doing. Saved me a few hundred dollars. I was also able to get some of the paperwork for my car done there which was great. Will definitely be going back.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Yea he was quick but he acted like he couldn t be bothered. Terrible customer service. Told me his name was George when I asked his name it s clearly John on my test. Didn t tell me he wasn t able to do registrations or I wouldn t have even went to this location. I asked if I could get my registration and he said no . There was no reason behind it just no when I pressed for information he said the computers broken I can t very rude. Like I was bothering HIM. I was just trying to get information but it s like I had to pry it out of him. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. Then he slammed the clipboard on the desk (no I m not exaggerating) and looked at me to sign it. Dudes working a pretty simple job the least he could do is be kind and helpful. I ll never come back to this place.

It's getting late and darker. Seems like a lot of businesses close earlier than what is posted on their websites. This place stayed true to their posted hours and attendant was courteous.

Got there just before 2pm today (Friday), was first in line. The gentleman came out right away and did the emissions test and then renewed my sticker an I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. He even put the sticker on my plate for me. I would definitely recommend this place!

Guy was sitting there with all the lights off. I got the sense that he was hoping people would think the place was closed. Service was fast and friendly once I pulled in, though. They also responded to my online question quickly. Cost was $22.00 all in.

Stopped by during open hours but was closed. A sign was left that read @ lunch be back 12:30pm, so they were actually closed for an 1.5hrs when it should ve been open. I went to Saigon Emission testing instead which was just down the road and very quick

Worse place ever. Dirty shop!! Customer service lacked in all departments. Not very friendly. Guy looked like a thug out of prison. Homeless people asking for money while I waited for a simple test. Go down the street on Zuni and San Mateo. Cheaper and faster service by far!!!

Best emissions check station in town! I was really happy to learn it's also an MVD Express field station and can renew your registration right then and there. All fees explained upfront, and the entire process took all of 15 minutes. The technician also gave me great information about tag and plate theft protection, and some useful coupons as well. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this place to everyone I know!

Not good, no free car wash, even no discount, just a scam. Before I pay for it I double check with the staff and he told me yes, you pay it first and will get your discount, after I paired everything, the reply changed to sorry sir, I don t know that. Interesting company.

Darren was polite, quick & professional. I wasvin & out in less than 15min & there was. Vehicle ahead of me. I recommend this place as I didn't feel like most of the other admissions testing places have left me feeling line just another patron there taking $ from. In two years, if I'm still In Albuquerque, I will definitely be back here to get my admissions testing done from this day forward. Thx u Darren, for making this not as miserable & annoying as it usually feels having to get this done every 2yrs. Just another way for our great state of New Mexico gets to take our $ from us.

Ryan was awesome! He is super professional and I was able to renew my expired registration with my proof of insurance! I loved not having to wait in line at the mvd! I didn't know they did that there till I saw a sign and asked him about it. Sure enough I took him my proof of insurance, paid, and poof it was printed out. He even cleaned my plates and stuck the sticker on! I think I was there a total of 10 mom with my emissions and registration done. I do know he cannot issue new plates, only the sticker/registration for the excisting vehicle and there cannot be violations or tickets while the registration was expired. But I'd call Ryan and ask him specifics because I'm not an employee and he would know all you need to know to get that done. Again tell everyone about this location because great customer service is hard to come by and Ryan was very very very courteous and professional.Thank you again Ryan!

I totally agree with the previous 4 who rated this business; my experience was the same. This place is a real FIND in Albuquerque. Located on San Mateo a couple blocks north of Zuni, across from Walmart, east side of San Mateo. Using a card, the full price was $13.00. Yeah, the guy makes it a fun experience!
