Reasonably priced. Was also able to easily fix an issue that others failed at. Was willing to use customer supplied parts as well. Great customer service.

Probably the cleanest automobile repair body shop I've ever seen in my life. Mike is extremely professional and articulate. His pricing was outstanding and I can't recommend him high enough. There was a line across the whole width of my car between the Corvette logo and the word Corvette. Perfect job that cost four figures less than the highly advertised repair shops in town.

My Buick Evision was hit back in June on the back rideside pretty good and so we took it to Quality Collision West and my car wasn't even a year old. Let me tell you Mike the manager look at it and told us that by the time they got through fixing it we woukd never know anything had happen Thst was a few weeks or so ago and I went and picked it up on Monday and I could not believe it was the same car. Looked just like I had purchased it new. Yes I will refer everyone to him. Him and his team did amazing work. Worth it all. Thankyou Mike. MARYANN AND PAT

I needed my bumper replaced after a fender bender. Mike was great! Very responsive and kind, and had it done a day before he said he would! The new bumper looks wonderful. Definitely recommend, and I will come back if needed in the future.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I chose to take my vehicle to Quality Collision West after damaging the right back fender and door.Mike was flexible and amazing to work with. A door on our truck was keyed, leaving a large jagged scratch. We took it to Quality Collision West. The door looks like new. The truck was ready when promised. Everyone in the shop was friendly. All in all, it was a 5-star experience.

I came in for an estimate for a deep scratch and minor scratches . Mike gave me a very good price. I asked if he knew anyone that tinted windows. He brought in a 3rd party and they tinted my windows at the same time they repaired my scratches. It was done in no time and looked like brand new again. Excellent customer service, they even washed and vacuumed my car. Thank you Mike for excellent customer service, I appreciate you.

I hardly do reviews but for the sake of the service and professionalism from this body shop, I am not only compelled, I am very delighted to recommend their services. My Kia Telluride was rear-ended in an accident. I am grateful to especially Mike for the professional way he handled my calls, questions and walked me through the whole process as well as kept me informed every step of the way. The team did an amazing job renewing my vehicle and I cannot be grateful enough. I wanted to share the excellent experience I had at Quality Collision West. Mike Rojas was great to deal with - he listened to my concern about a black scratch on my white 15 year old Kia Amanti. Kia no longer uses that color so touch up pens were not available, and I didn t want to spend $900 to repaint the bumper on an older car, so Mike was able to mix up touch up paint to match. Much respect for auto painting professionals as my fix is not perfect but so much better than it was! Thanks Mike and Quality Collision West!

This place was amazing. They made the repair of my trucks damage extremely easy, and they did in a wonderful time. I did not even have to leave the car for a quote. Mike typed one up as I waited, and he held to that price when I got the work done. No hidden fees. I was rear ended in my 2013 F-250 and suffered damage to the drivers side bed and tail gate as well as the bumper and hitch. It was pretty bad.. But after having Mike and his guys work on her it was like Brand New!! I was very impressed and the service was outstanding. The truck was detailed and very clean when they delivered her back to me. 5 stars and highly recommend !!!Service: Body & Trim

I was rear ended and brought my car to QC West with total confidence. I was left feeling totally at ease with Mike dealing with the other insurance company and taking all the worries and stress out of this process for me. My car is back to looking brand new again. After making my first payment on my brand new Buick Encore the hood was severely damaged and needed to be replaced. I was referred to Crown Coachworks (on Greene Ave) by the Buick dealer. Tyler was friendly and knowledgeable and the estimate didn't take but half an hour. The estimate I was given was the highest of the three I got, (not by that much) but Tyler made sure to include everything that I *might* need to replace the hood with the understanding that my final price most likely would be less - as I was self paying. I decided to go with them due to the Buick dealer referral and I just felt they would do the best job. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and as promised it was ready by 5pm on Thursday. They did a great job of matching the paint, even fixing a very small bend on the fender and touched up the paint on it for free. My final amount due was indeed lower as expected and well in line with the other estimates. There was an emissions sticker that goes on the underside off the hood that didn't come in by Thursday, so when it came in a few days later Tyler was nice enough to drop in the mail so I didn't have to make another trip out to them. My car looks brand new again and was nice and clean when I picked it up. Would recommend.

I chose this shop to get repairs done after I had been rear ended. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and had excellent advice for me while I was also dealing with the other person's insurance company. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Their initial estimate was exceptionally thorough.
