My husband and I dropped off our vehicle to get a full diagnostic and was informed it would take 3 to 5 business days to complete. After a week, we called to get a status update and staff told us that they have not started on our car yet. When we asked for a estimated completion date, we weren t provided a clear answer. We asked if it would be possible that the car could be finished the following week and it was clear that staff would not be able to make that happen, so we decided to pick up our car to get serviced elsewhere. Staff were irritated that we were picking up our vehicle and we also noticed that our ride smelled like someone was smoking weed, which neither of us are smokers. We were hopeful to get great care since we heard great things about this place, but unfortunately that was not our experience here.

The mechanic then works on a car is probably pretty good but he missed out by saying I needed to change my throttle body, but now for the past week there's been no problems with the car driving. No engine check code. The service manager was very good. Overall I think they know what to do to fix a car but just missed out and made a mistake about mine.

Connie Herrera was knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic to our situation. We were somewhat stranded after fender parts flew off of a truck and caused quite extensive damage to our car while traveling. She dealt with an unresponsive business who was at fault and then worked diligently with our insurance company.The high standards of work, thorough inspection and expediting our repair due to our situation was OUTSTANDING !Hopefully you won t need to have your car repaired but if you do, they make it way less painful !!
