I brought my 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ here after my truck was side swiped on the passenger front fender by a semi it was parked at work when it happened!Thank you for taking your time on my truck. The work you guys did on it is an A+. I love it, I would definitely recommend this shop. and the customer service is awesome and very friendly. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

My wife and I owe so much to Perez Collision - we were driving through New Mexico on our way to California and got into an accident. Being desperate and needing to get our car back on the road, we were lucky to get referred to Perez!Robert was the mechanic that saved us by going above and beyond to ensure that we got the parts we needed and replaced quickly so as to get us immediately back on the road. He was communicative and transparent about what we needed and even took the time to show me on the vehicle and walk me through what needed to be done. We can not thank him enough.Myra, the receptionist was also extremely compassionate, and while the company was booked out, they truly were sympathetic to our situation and gave us the best care for a generous price (they even had to jump through some hoops to get the part there almost immediately). If not for this company, we may have had to abandon our vehicle.If you are looking for a trustworthy company that values people over simply making money off of people, Perez Collision is THE BEST in Albuquerque! Thank you a thousand times Perez Collision Center Team!!!

Took my VW Bug here after getting rearended. It's a 7 year old car but they returned it to me in perfect condition, it looks brand new! And it drives like a dream. They were super transparent with me about cost, production delays, etc. Extremely happy with the service I recieved.Edit; forgot to mention, my car was scheduled for Oct 30th, but when the towing company dropped it off early October, they started working on it right away! I got my car back way earlier than expected, it looks great, runs well, and the staff were so nice! Highly recommend!!!Services: Exhaust, Painting

I can't recommend this place enough! I needed my hood and bumper painted, and I was told that the color was difficult to match by other shops, who all told me it would take 3 weeks. Perez Collision matched the paint absolutely perfectly and had it done the following day!! And the price was below my budget. Thanks Jordan and Miranda for the excellent service Service: Painting

Not only were the employees super nice, but I had no idea what was going on with my truck (so, I was visibly upset & stressed) and the guys at Perez Collision explained to me what was going on with my bumper. They treated my truck amazingly, figured out quickly what the problem was and got my truck back to me super quick and looking like new. Highly recommend this place!Services: Body & Trim, Welding

Estimator was thorough and clear. Work was superior. Front Office Help very organized and attentive. Waiting area was outstanding, beautiful, clean, with refrigerated water and soft drinks available while you wait. Estimator had great customer service. She s a great asset to Perez. Total experience left you with thoughts, if ever needed, this would be a place to use again.

Thank you to Melissa "Ruby" Perez! I was so stressed out because every place I went to told me the repair to my car would be $600 to $1000 to fix. Someone tried to steal my Hyundai Veloster & I was about to cry. Even If I could magically get that money everyone said they couldn't do anything for weeks. She took great care of me and did the job at an honest price and quick service! The staff was kind and efficient and I will be a customer for life! I usually don't do these types of things but when I find someone who is honest (I'm not a Rocket Scientist but I knew there was no way the repair should of cost that much) and does the right thing I have to let people know. If you need repairs,, bodywork etc please go see them! They will take great care of you! Thank you again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called to set up a repair of SUV back glass and some other internal parts on July 26, 2022. At that time I was scheduled for repairs on August 15, 2022. They said I needed to put down a $200 deposit. When I didn t receive anything, I had to call *them* and asked them how I was supposed to pay. They said they would send out another email link. They didn t.I scheduled a car rental for the appointment August 15, and called to confirm the repair appt. at Perez. She told me to call back in the afternoon because the parts dept. was busy. After much back and forth and insincere I understand s she eventually said that part of the job could be done but I would have to wait another 12 days for the parts to arrive for the first part of the job because they wouldn t order parts without a deposit. News to me. When I said how frustrating this was she said You know, you don t have to use our service. And after waiting 3 weeks, with the poor communication and I couldn t care less attitude, I wasn t going to wait another 3+ weeks and waste another car rental.According to the other reviews, they may be a good repair shop, but it does no good with such poor communication. This particular customer service experience was just horrible.Update: Thank you for responding so promptly to my review. I appreciate your response and comments, but I have already found another shop to take care of this repair. I wish you the best of luck with your business.

WOW! I've had several different body shops work on my vehicles and I've NEVER received the exceptional customer service that I did at Perez Collision! They truly care about their customers and their vehicles! Their communication is on point and they don't take any shortcuts! I will be going back to them for all of my vehicle repairs! After shopping around some and comparing prices, my wife and I took our car to Perez Collision Center for repairs needed on the bumper and undercarriage splash guards. I have been Faithfully taking my vehicles up to seven different vehicles in the past 12 years I have always had my vehicles perfectly fixed by them they do a wonderful job I would never take my vehicles to anybody else. This is a very strong find Reliable trusting family-owned business ran partially by family and coworkers they go the extra mile to get the compensation needed to have your vehicles repaired to high standards expectations and the whole staff is wonderful at communicating . My Van was taken here after I was in a accident it took over two months to get the repairs done when I finally was able to pick up the vehicle it was very dirty the interior was full of dust, also the parts they painted didn't match the rest of the vehicle and the gaps between the replacement parts were way off even the hood doesn't aligned with the front end they are runs and saggs in the paint as well this was not a good experience I would not recommend this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was my second time taking a car here to be repaired and they did a great job !!! The ladies at the front are always polite and professional and the owner was as well!! Definitely recommend them for their excellent hospitality and great mechanical skills !!!!

Had a problem on our 2008 Lexus GS350. Great car. Very reliable, powerful, and comfortable.The "trunk open" sensor thought the trunk was open when it was not open, so the trunk would not open. Strange problem. A four door sedan with a trunk that doesn't open is not ideal to say the least. The Lexus dealer kept it for a day and could not fix it. They said they had their top tech woking on it. Our regular shop had it for most of a day and couldn't fix it. They are an excellent shop that does great work. We had some other work done at Perez previously with great results. Both our mechanic and the Lexus dealer suggested we try a body shop. We were skeptical that anyone could fix it, but since we had such a good experience in the past with Perez, we took it to them. In less than a day they called to say it was fixed! They clearly explained the issue and how they fixed it. They even warrantied the work. Pretty amazing, especially considering that neither the Lexus dealer or our regular shop could fix it. I would highly recommend Perez Collision to anyone in need of any kind of body work! Fantastic shop! Good people!Service: Body & Trim

From the moment I arrived at Perez Collision Center I was greeted by professional, kind and helpful people. Miranda and Jordan were patient, answered all my questions and even arranged it so I had a safe ride home when I left my car at their shop. I appreciated being treated so well and will definitely recommend Perez Collision to my friends and family
