They are the best here at this location! Super nice and I always get my car fixed! Manager and every employee is super nice and helpful with whatever I need! I ve been coming here for years and will continue to come! 10/10 recommend coming to this pep boys!

Jorge at the 5651 San Mateo store is the worst representative for Pep Boys. I had a confirmed appointment (069646092657). He said I was not in the system and there s nothing he can do for me wanted me to walk away saying it might be another store. after confirming it was the correct store I asked to speak with the manager, he said he wasn t in and didn t feel like he should be bothered.Absolutely worst customer service ever I ve been going to Pep Boys for over 10 years, and I will never go back. My next step is to contact Scott Collette as CEO.

There's not enough room in this box for the overall satisfaction and words that I can sabout these people. Carlos was number one excellent service. I will recommend and be there for my full services. Thank you for having somebody like this that you can trust immediately. And give your faith and know that you will get the honesty we deserve.

I am not a new customer to Pep boys and they never cease to amaze me! From customer satisfaction to reception to feeling out order forms. And yet I was well taken care of by two of the best guys you Pep boys have: Brian and Marcos. Thank you definitely recommend.

I had a 0830 appointment on 2/18/2024.I got to the Pep boys at 0800 to keep my appointment. I waited 1.5 hours and no one personal were there to open the store. I drove 40 miles for nothing. I give this location no stars at all. Never again will work with this location. I didn't even receive a phone call from this location.Lousy store.

I did not get the gentleman's name that assisted me but he was so nice and had a calming voice. They changed my oil quickly and I appreciated how they ran a diagnostic on my car and explained the other work I needed done. I went in last Wednesday at 5pm if that will help identify who was working that time.

I recently took in my car to replace my front and back brakes. I knew there was an issue with my drivers back break. I dropped off my car at 8am and by noon time they called me and informed me of the problem. My car was ready that same day. I've used Pepboys services for many years because I trust them. I want to say "Thank You" to all the Mechanic Workers and to Bryan who explained everything in detail before they started the work. Have a good day! Keep up the outstanding work.

Super friendly and efficient service. Walked in for 4 tires without an appointment and they took me right away and had me back on the road in no time. Bryan, the manager, was extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. By far the best service in town!

Carlos was phenomenal and so amazing! I was traveling through town going cross country and got a flat tire. He could not find the cause because the tire was completely fine but I explained what happened and how it was flat (super weird situation) and he did not give up until him and his manager found the problem and the cause of the air leakage and fixed it for me. Carlos also took the time to show me things and explain them to me in layman's terms so that I could understand. So thankful and grateful for Carlos and his managers help today!

My experience at Pep Boys was fantastic. It was my 1st visit and they have moved to the top position for my car care. The reception by the clerk was warm and welcoming. He kept me informed at crucial points throughout the visit. My questions were answered and i felt at ease. The store was well laid out and clean. Same compliment for wecustomer's waiting area 5 Stars is too low of a rating to completely express the level of joy, peace and car clarity I left with.

My experience with this location 4523 Central, has by far been the best experience I ve had as an owner of automobiles for 23 years. I had originally taken my vehicle to the location on San Mateo and that was the worst possible experience I could even imagine as a customer in any industry. For 4 months I tried to have the issues resolved, where the work had originally been done (at San Mateo). I wanted them to take ownership of what had been paid for. I eventually accepted that wasn t going to happen, and requested another shop take a look at it. Carlos, Bryan and their tech exceeded any expectation I had to have the issue corrected. They saw the matter as important and urgent as it was! And came up with a plan(s) to resolve within 24hrs!! I m appreciate of their attention, professionalism and honesty. Great job guys you re so appreciated!!

Bryan the service manager went above and beyond for me on my F150. The other service shops such as big-o-tires and discount tire shops don t honestly care about what my concerns are for my repair needs and just want my money. I never expected to be this thankful for Bryan looking out for my concerns and assistance. I highly appreciate him for his patience and understanding. I recommend coming here and asking for Bryan. Thank you Bryan!

I made an attempt to have my car serviced same day of 8/1, Carlos acknowledged my inquiries albeit addressed that there is minimal staff attending other customer needs, which I respected knowing my arrival time was after 4pm. He set up 8/2 appointment & I asked for a hard copy schedule & he provided w/o any issues.Overall;1. Carlos acknowledged my presence while he was helping other customers.2. He stepped out to evaluate the tires. Suggested/educated me on the factors of tire ware & services needed.3. Announced special promos & prices that were offered.4. He still advised as soon as his team is finishing up with an attended vehicle, he ll pull in my car I had no problem waiting & appreciated the communication.5. Carlos & his team were able to complete this task in a timely manner. Advised minor complications that may have minimal effects (Which I m aware of).6. Carlos checked the invoice pricing he estimated before finalizing the bill, he consulted w/a DM for simple errors/prices/overrides. I had a successful transaction plus the promos they had This was my experience; Carlos & his colleagues provided adequate services.I ve tested out my new set of tires, alignment, etc since August 2nd, no major issues.

I came in just needing tire repair.The staff, Carlos, Trevor, the big mtn man with that big beautiful smile who came in on his day off just to be with his fellow workers a.k.a. his amigos, another guy who sat on a stool begging for something to do.I met some good Christians, there also. Thank you Lord.Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff, courteous, all with big smiles and friendly!!!Fantastic experience, for us.I'm gonna give THIS pep boys, ALL my business...until we move to OregonThese guys would be a very good friend to anyone!!Kudos, Salute, meinem freunds, mi amigos.Thanks to all just for coming to work today!!God bless!!Thanks guys!!!Derek and David

I can't believe I left my truck here they told me to leave it till the next day which ended up being 2 days later because supposedly they were so busy but they didn't have any other vehicles there but mine and Evan walking into the lobby no customers just receptionist on their cell laughing an talking to another worker in lobby. She didn't remember I had called earlier and throughout the last couple days all day long, every couple hours to check status of my vehicle an kept getting run around an being told it still wasn't ready.. all I wanted was a diagnostics ran an the results printed! but didn't end up getting eithier. so I decided to just go pick up my vehicle a guy told me the same codes I already knew about thats why i wanted a full diagnostic done I already knew the basic codes that popped up I needed more detail but ended up with nothing i dont evan think they did a diagnostic or anything totally pointless. Maybe just used my vehicle to drive around because when I picked it up my radio was changed to a different station an it smelt like weed in my vehicle. Kinda mad an irritated I don't know kinda suspicious why I had to leave my vehicle for so long just to end up leaving with nothing that i asked for, a simple diagnostic print out paper so i know whats going on with my vehicle.. waste of my dam time. I'm never going back here.

I went to Pep Boys at 4523 Central NW when my vehicle battery suddenly died. The store was extremely busy and yet had time to help me with a new battery. They kept apologizing for the wait, even though I was a last minute customer. You could see everyone working on various cars and trucks. The customer service paired with quality is amazing. Thank you to Carlos and Johan!!! I will return and wholeheartedly recommend them.

This is a perfect store to change my old tires. The manager is very nice. The technicians are very professional. Changing-tire service is much better than many high-end tire stores with affordable prices. Will keep this store as my preferred selection.

Overpriced services and poor results. After completing the recommended repairs, including an entire tire replacement, my issue of car vibrations at higher speeds was not resolved. The techs must not have tested the vehicle before returning to me. When I took the car back within 15 minutes, I was told that I would have to bring the car back a different day for additional services.

Brian was super helpful. The crew got my car in quick. They had a good selection of tires in stock and got them installed quickly along with a few other maintenance concerns were handled. I would recommend this location.
