I personally did not have a good experience. I took my car here a couple of months ago because my brake pads were worn out. Prior to going in, I had already done some research on how much new brake pads would cost ($300-$500). When I went in, they inspected my car of course. It was a Hispanic male and a white male. When I asked what they thought it would be for a quote to fix it, immediately the white male told me it was going to cost about $800. In the same breath, the Hispanic male told me $500. When I asked if it was closer to the $500 cost, the white male told me that s how much a new car payment was anyway so $800 was not that bad I personally wouldn t have an $800 car note but alright. Shortly after, my husband came to the shop and had it squared away. It really only cost me a little over $500 due to being military. They got it done quick but honestly, do NOT go here if you are a woman on your own. It was clear that of the two, one of them was trying to take advantage of me.

Very helpful staff. I called late in the day after an unexpected trip into town and they squeezed me in for an oil change. I appreciated the friendly and timely service. The location itself was clean. Would definitely visit again.

Had a scheduled appointment last month to do a tire rotation and as we were driving in to take our vehicle 2 1/2 hours away we were given a call letting us know the computer was overbooking appointments and asked us if we can leave our vehicle. We told there we were not able to leave my car with them therefore they canceled our appointment. We rescheduled another appointment yesterday and again my husband drove 2 1/2 hours to be there at 11:30. Got there on time and he waited 2 1/2 hours for someone to tell him that they were not going to be able to get my vehicle to do a simple tire rotation. My tire also has a slow leak which they are not able to find the last time and continues to leak till this day. Therefore, they canceled our appointment again, let him leave without offering to put air in the tire. Why make appointments when they end up canceling them.

Do not go here if you are fixing any type of issue on your car. They charged me triple the price for a part they stated would fix the issue , which it didn't . Then they attempted to sell me another part and up sold it by $300 (I found it else where ) and informed me would charge me $1000 because the labor was extensive . Ended up taking it somewhere else and they stated to fix that part was very easy and only took less than 30 min. On top of that I had a coupon and they refused to honor and stated I would need to have another service done . Save your money and time . Do not trust them.

The customer service and mechanical support I receive from Pep Boys keeps me coming back. I have used this company for oil changes, new tires and tire rotation and coolant flush. They are great and provide a report via text during service as well as detailed print out when I pick up my car.

These guys are great! My headlights went out and I didn t know if it was a fuze or relay. I drove by this Pep Boy s and Monica and Malik took immediate care of me, diagnosed the issue and resolved it at a fair price. I added windshield wipers too since I was there and a running light change.Although it was pretty quick service, they arranged a Lyft ride back to my house and back to the shop. They were done in just 2-3 hours and I was surprised to see that they even cleaned the fog inside my windshield and back window. They were a pleasant surprise for me and will continue to work with them.

Absolutely amazing experience. Called to have some work done and immediately felt this would be a great company to proceed with. I had been calling different places for two hours then finally discovered pep boys great prices and phenomenal team. Mona set up the appointment and got me right in and out with thee most positive attitude. 10 out of ten would recommend and I ll be back again

I went to Pep Boys to help me with a car alert. I couldn't get into the dealer for 2 months and I needed to know if I was safe driving my car. The gentleman did every thing he could for me and then some. He was very professional. I will use them again.

AMAZING! They made my horrible day so less stressful. They were incredible from helping me as much as they could and getting my belt, pulls and coolant all replaced by the end of the day and had me back up and running and I couldn't be more thankful!

My Honda Pilot has 280,000 miles on it and a whining/grinding noise started to come from the front right wheel area. After a few different friends ears listened to it we were certain it was a failing wheel bearing. I even had my son drive it slowly while I ran next to the car trying to listen to the sound (I think the only sound really heard was my out of shape wheezing!) After organizing to have the work done with Aaron and his team, I brought the vehicle in prepared for a big job. I got a call later that day to say it was a tumble weed wedged between the drive shaft and the muffler! They removed it and test drove it and it was perfect, no charge! They even left the small weed in my console for me! Amazing to say the least! A++ Service and no charge, I would have been happy to pay the time they investigated it! I ended up giving the technician a $20 note, he deserved that! Since then I've brought my sons first car in as it needed a new Starter Motor and Serpentine Belt, they did a great job, I'm more than glad to know we have an honest business we can work with!Service: General repairs

Mini Cooper battery replacement was superb. Mechanic was quick, concise and communicative. Cost for labor, disposal fee and install of battery was $300. Fee is high. Value of time made it worth it on a holiday weekend. Scheduling online is easy and servicemen were courteous. Thank you, Pep Boys at the Coors & Montano Shop!

I paid extra money for the lifetime alignment. When I came in to get one, their alignment machine was broken. After months of waiting, they finally got my car in. They tried to align it three times with no luck. They told me it was my rear axle which doesn t make any sense because it s a solid rear axle.I ended up going to another company who is able to do the front end alignment just fine. Going to Pep Boys cost me about $200 and I got none of that value.

The people I have interested with there, especially Gregg, have been polite, understanding, accommodating and professional. While things have no always gone well, they did their best to make things wrong and I have never felt like I was being cheated. Overall a good place to take your car.

I am driving a rental car. After leaving the car rental service. I immediately noted the wiper blades were nonfunctional. The rubber was literally falling off the blade arms. When I called I was told " to just take to any Firestone or Pep boys and they would replace them I work long hours full time I went to Firestone in Rio Rancho on my break. I was told they would have to send paperwork electronically to the management office of the car rental service, they could not tell me how long I would have to wait for approval, and then how.long I would have to wait for them to install the blades. The manager was rude and hateful while he was telling me this. Needless to say I went home and called Pep boys on Montano and Coors. Gabriel was so kind. He nicely told me he would submit the paperwork and not to worry, they would install them right away. I went after work and Monica immediately knew I was the person that called. She took care of me and had me on my way in 10 minutes. I would very much like to give a kudos and much appreciation for these stellar employees and the service they provided. Terrible. Scheduled service in the morning, and waited inside as the employees were in the parking lot standing around talking. When an employee came inside to help me, they complained to me that too many appointments had been scheduled. When I picked up the vehicle, the employee did not stop the conversation with another employee who was swearing constantly while telling her a story, and did not even look at me to take payment or return my keys except to pause and say 'have a nice day'. On driving home, after a full pad and rotor replacement, and new front calipers, the brakes were squealing up front. I brought it back in, and the employee insisted no squealing was heard, but suggested to replace the rear calipers also. Upon picking up my vehicle, brakes were still making noise. I called, and the employee insisted it must be some 'dirt'. I took my vehicle to the dealership a few weeks later, where the pads were identified as very low quality, and they found it 'interesting' that the rotors were replaced, as they were warped and had burn marks. So either they were not replaced, or they were immediately damaged by a poor installation and poor quality parts.Garbage service, garbage parts, worthless result.I recommend to stay far far away.

Excellent location. I've been here multiple times and they've always been helpful. Monica, in the front, is great. Very friendly and helpful. The guys in the back are consistently hard workers and professional. I appreciate all your hard work!

Sooo happy with the work done for my car. Was pretty sure she was a goner, and Louie fixed her up so great. Runs even better than when I got it. And big props to Monica up front for being so sweet and helpful through the check out process as well
