I can't think this team enough for all the help they give me every time I step foot into the store! They treat everyone fairly and equally and are a very knowledgeable staff. They always go above and beyond. Thank you to this O'Reilly's team at Five Points!

Bee was very rude and misandristic. She had a nasty tone with me and a tyrannical attitude. The other employees however were very helpful and patient with me as I went in back and forth trying to find the right equipment to work on my car. Overall a decent experience.

Emiliano Dom�nguez was the best to work with. After a different store refused to honor my warranty over confusion on a part number, Emiliano figured it out and honored the warranty. This is what exceptional service feels like. Thanks!

Pretty durn good. Got an alternator at internet prices and took the core same trip. The gentleman at the counter had the part waiting having remembered me from the phone call. Very clean store, lots of parking, other customers friendly. Doesn't even smell like a car parts store it's kind of crazy.

Had a 2 year old superstart battery group 49/H8 that would not hold a charge. They didn't have one in stock so they ordered a replacement and said it works around 2 days later. When I went to get it John, the manager told me he would have to get it from AZ. He also posted just to refund my purchase. I found one in stock at Costco. Went back to See John and he refunded my purchase and the code change with no hassle at all. Will continue to make rhem my first choice for parts.

Very un sure of anything to do with there job. Didn't know what to do to point me in any direction . When I asked Google who to turn to. I was sent to orally auto parts. In fact some of the employees didn't even have cars. The job wasn't for service . Only a pay check . I don't suggest this place . Unless you already know what you need . Even then . Not much help. Next on Google list . Auto zone. I'll let you all know what's going on in the Auto Zone near me.

Bad review on you Mr. Sarcasm.You watched as those people cut in line in front of me. You did not try to do anything about it.When I spoke out in protest, you informed me that they had more merit on your merit system than me. Discrimination will always come back to haunt you.

I've never had a good experience in any oreillys. But this specific location? The hub where literally all the parts are? Absolute smoldering dumpster fire. Employees are higher than grocery prices, and so are the god d*mned managers.How it hasn't literally just fallen apart yet, is beyond me

Never have issues with OReilly Auo Parts, until now. Went to another store, looking for a radiator. They didn't have it but there was one at the Bridge and 5 Points store. I paid for the radiator along with the rest of the parts I needed to complete the job tonight. Arrived with 10 minutes until closed, but was assured that they would remind open and be able to give my my radiator.To my surprise, "Sir, we are closed. " were the only words the employees would say. I explained to them that they should still be open and that this was horrible customer service. I had already paid or the item. They just had to had it over. Finally, a, "Come back tomorrow, sir. We're closed."So there you have it. 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

Hand's down definitely the most well trained and knowledgeable Representatives I have ever had the privilege to meet and the management is awesome. You never got to wait in line for more then a few minutes and they are always ready to answer any questions or give advice for all your car needs.

I Come here all the time and customer service is top notch! Employees keep the place clean, organized and are always happy to find what customers need. Not just my experience but what I ve seen while inside the store.

I would like to express my appreciation to four O'Reilly's employees, Adriana, Neithan, Freddy and Jose. In the last 8 years that I've been to this location is not because it's very close to my house but because of their wonderful employees. They're very professional, knowledgeable, polite and always going out of their way to help. They're a good example of excellent customer service. Hopefully they get some kind of recognition and hope that other employees from other locations learn from them. Thank you all for always helped me with my problems.Moe Shahbaz

I went into O'Reilly today in serious need of assistance regarding parts for my Suburban. The store manager Lawrence Garcia went above and beyond in helping me with the parts I needed. In fact, they were also the only parts store in town who had the part I needed. Mr. Garcia's Assistant Manager Antonio was also very helpful. Just can't thank these guys enough. 5 stars for phenomenal customer service!

This place is always busy, so don't take away stars for waiting! Four guys at the register and no one is slacking. They are either helping someone or on the phone checking inventory.If you need a replacement part for your vehicle, chances are they'll have it since they are the hub or main O'Reilly store in Albuquerque. Staff is great! Big parking lot, always space.

I can't believe the rude employee who works at this auto parts store. I was a witness to an employee being so rude to a customer that i walked out and went down the street to autozone. This person obviously has no customer service skills and I personally will never go back and will encourage the many people I know to do the same. I hope that the person who oversees this store holds whoever is in charge accountable-the rude person was a young guy who seemed to be in charge. Date 3/27 evening shift. By they way i got really good service at autozone.

These guys held a part for to insure it was available while I traveled to retrieve it. Had to travel an hour plus to get to store. Store was busy and service seemed slow. Would return for parts 9f needed.

The employees were 100% attentive of my inquires @ the 3 different store locations of different days.. As well as i purchased my automotive items the employee also assisted in helping me carryout my items.

My brother needed a throttle body and I had to pick it up, the guys were so helpful and knowledgeable. Really made this difficult breakdown better! Plus they had Hot Wheels i had never seen before, which I collect so Bonus!

I called this location to find out if they had a clearance part in stock. After being on hold for a few minutes, I was told they did and had it put on hold and ask for Antonio when we got there. When my husband went to pick up the part, it was not the same part number that I had asked for. Antonio did not tell me over the phone that he had a more expensive part that cost almost $60 more than what I had asked for.

I broke down 150 miles from home & Bridge Street O'Reilly Auto Parts had me rolling later that day. I can't say enough kinds words about Victoria, who took the time to understand the problem & then worked as quickly as possible to get the right part for me. My replacement part was also fully covered under their warranty, taking the sting out of being stranded. Thanks again Victoria!

It depends on which one you go there is somewhere Personnel is root and there is other O'Reilly's which have really great people and help you out a hundred percent this one in my situation is a little bit farther from my house but people will treat you a lot better the guy that helped me even took the time to make sure the part was a proper one for my car

Horrible customer service. Lazy employee! We went to the Coors location looking for a tap for a diesel fuel filter. They said they had it at Bridge &Tower locations. We decided to go down to Bridge. Guy did not even took time to look for it said it wasn't in stock. I asked why Coors location had said it was. He said rudely "I work here and know we don't have it." We left and went to the Tower location at first they couldn't find it but someone took the time to do their job and found it for us .
