Great customer service. Felipe went out of his way to help me. The entire staff was friendly to everyone that came into the store. I will be returning to this store and highly recommend to anyone that is in need of any automotive parts. Thank you all of the positive vibes, I appreciate it.

They were very helpful. I went to purchase & have my rear brake light replaced (which they do at no charge) after being pulled over & told by tge cop that it was out. However, once O'Reilly's got into the panel all the lights worked. I took my car in on Sunday & tested at home the lights again today (Tuesday) to verify that all rear lights are still operating correctly. The cost of the replacement bulbs was minimal so even though I actually did not need them I purchased to have on hand. I think there may have been a loose connection that caused the issue when I was pulled over & having the panel pulled out and the technician adjusting the bulb corrected the problem. Very courteous and helpful at this location.

This evening I stopped in to purchase a bulb for my brake light. Typically, my husband would tell me to just purchase the correct item and he would install it. However, when I mentioned to the customer service associate, Riley, that I didn t know what I was doing when it came to brake lights, Riley immediately offered to not only confirm that the bulb I was buying was correct, but also change it for me. I greatly appreciate the friendly service Riley offered and will definitely return to this specific location in the future. Riley s friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help truly made my experience worthwhile.

I called O'Reilly Auto Parts on highway 528 to ask a question about side window deflectors for my SUV.. I spoke to a very courteous, very nice man (unfortunately I didn't get his name), who not only answered my questions about rain guards/reflectors, but told me about other options, and introduced me to a better product! He was very nice to talk to, and he did not talk down to me or patronize me in any way. It was very refreshing to deal with a professional like this. In the past, my go-to for auto parts and accessories has always been Auto zone, BUT from now on, I want to go to the professionals at O'Reilly! That professionalism and four star treatment will bring me back to this O'Reilly store from now on!! THANK you!!

Just wanted to say how disappointing my experience was in the store today. I went there yesterday to get a part for my car that your online inventory said was in stock at that location. When I got there I found out it was not but they would have it at that store today by 7:30 in the morning. So I paid for it and drove across town agalin at 2:30 to pick it up. When I got to the store, the part had not been delivered and I was told that it may be in tomorrow and I could come back then and check. I was surprised that their idea of customer service is to just have the customer keep driving across town daily to chech if a prepaid part had come in after it as late, and to offer no refund, in the hope that it would come in one day soon. I contacted corporate customer service and basically received the same advice. At that point I, I requested a refund and then had to drive back to the store to obtain it. Not quite the customer service I had hoped for when trying to support local jobs.

I have been here twice in the last month, both times I got excellent service! The first time I had actually stopped at a competitor who did not help me. The man at O Reilly s went above and beyond to help me find the proper tool to repair a connector for my car and even helped me take apart the connector for repair! Very clean and helpful staff!

Employees not very knowledgeable about their current promotions. Went in for an oil and filter promotion that was $29.99 PLUS a $7 mail in rebate gift card. I was charged $34.49 not $29.99. Multiple employees including Mike stated the difference would be made up when I receive the $7 gift card. Mike attempted to do the math by subtracting the $7 gift card from the $34.49 price... What a surprise, it didn't add up. I have been a customer for years. This place was my go to for parts, oil, etc. Never again.

Mike works on weekends, has been there for a handful of years that I know of, incredible resource! Not paid enough. Gary is great too. I really appreciate the help I get from the staff at this store.

They could not even tell.me my battery was mo good. Pretty bad service. Mentioned to the kid to not hit my paint with the key he had in his wrist..just looked at me funny.

Forget getting any help in this store if you're a woman. I needed a wiper blade for my rear window. The employee that I thought had gone to look up if they had what I needed just flat out quit helping me, opting instead to answer the phone and help, I'm assuming, a man. This is unacceptable behavior for 2021.

Apparently there's no communication between the personnel and their warehouse when ordering parts. I ordered some extension valve stems for my vans and I had to come back three times because they've ordered the wrong part and when they order the right part there are some missing this store is located off Academy and Coors Albuquerque New Mexico Albuquerque New Mexico I do not recommend anyone ordering from this store

O'Reilly Auto Parts we beat O'Malley and O'Leary O'Reilly Auto Parts because oh really just didn't have the same ring O'Reilly Auto Parts it's a great easy to find location Bridge staff good sense of humor willing to work with you help you out with whatever it is you're searching for and even if you don't know what you're searching for the help you out any level of of car expertise is welcome they do not turn their nose at people who don't know what they're doing with cars that are very very helpful so if you want to go down to O'Reilly Auto Parts it be a great place to stop at

I have this wonderful older Audi that's treated me so well these past few years. Yesterday it started hiccuping on acceleration and the engine light came on. I swung by O'Reilly's and Scott pulled up the diagnosis code on his code reader. The problem appeared to be the #2 coil. Scott helped walk me through how to remove and replace the part right there in the parking lot. I'm sure he saved me a bunch of cash. That's customer service! Thanks for hiring the right guys with the right attitudes. 10 out of 10!

Had my engine light diagnosed... the employees official direction to me was to "take it to a professional". So I took it to Auto Zone across the street and was given an actual code and part. Prices aren't impressive either.
