Have had a commercial account with them for a while, went in there about a week ago, and was told they do not price match anymore, then the would not let me use the restroom and in the girls words" because it's the warzone" well I have a medical condition that affects my bladder because I was injured in a real "warzone" sadly to say it was way better when Jessica used to work there and now I can't even use the restroom anymore just because of there location so the bread and butter of the auto parts store has to suffer and get less customer service. Well AutoZone and other store in the same area have always let use the restroom and price match so poor escuses. Sadly to say that I will be closing my account because price matching and taking a piss is something that I liked about that store.

I'd give this place no stars if possible. I have been a customer more than several times. What kind of place doesn't let a child use the restroom.

Quickly get what you need and be on your way or enjoy a real nice complete auto shopping experience. The folks are real nice knowledgeable a d helpful. They even put my car battery in the car. Who else does that! For free! Awesome, highly recommended. 10 out of ten.

Angelo and James were fantastic at the 5820 Central ABQ location. Knowledgeable, courteous and helped me install a light bulb in my car!! Give these boys a raise.. this was back in March of 2023 so a bit delayed but still deserved!

I go to O Riley s for the customer service and friendliness of the staff. My store is in a great location and ample supply of parts and accessories.

They have helped me and saved me money more times than I can count when mechanics are telling me I have to replace huge parts out of my car and it turns out it's just a little sensor or like when my car was overheating .. It was a simple cap seal!! (The last mechanics installed incorrectly and told me to replace the thermostat!!)I fix my own car now and it hasn't had any more problems!

I've talked to a few "shade tree" mechanics who all said they liked O'Reilly Auto Parts more than the competition. After stopping by to pick up a few odds and ends, I found they were out of stock on one wiper blade I needed. It was about 15 minutes to closing time so no chance of getting one from one of their other locations but first thing in the morning there it was. Friendly staff who pay attention to the customer's needs, willing to help out or make knowledgeable suggestions, and prices on par with what you'd expect. I'd say give them a try if you haven't yet.

We're repairing a 60 year old truck and, so far, O'Reilly's Auto Parts has been able to fill our needs whether from the shelf or by order. The staff are courteous and helpful. We will shop there again.

Super helpful! Made sure I was getting the correct headlight and even installed it for me at no extra charge!! I tried to tip and it was not accepted, response was "We do what we can and it's included. No extra charges, it's part of our job! And Im happy to help." What a sweetheart! Im very impressed with the service I received here tonight. Highly recommended this location if you're ever in need of automotive help!! Thank you!!

Helpful staff. They are able to get parts shipped in or tell you what stores have them if they aren't available at the store you visit. They also do a military discount.

Very rude employees. I thought maybe it was the people in front of me. But then when I got up to the counter they were rude to me just as well. Of course they didn't have my part and referred me to go to another store. She asked me to put a communist mask on I told her I preferred freedom she was okay with that at least. But they don't ever seem to have the parts I need ever.??

We are driving a 1964 El Camino across the country from California to North Carolina and lost our wiper motor in Albuquerque. That is when we meet asst mgr James. He is AMAZING and help us diagnose the problem and has arranged for us to pick up a replacement motor at location we will come to tomorrow, he also noticed that our wiring harness was melting having gotten to close to the headers. James has been so generous with his time, knowledge and resources! We cannot possibly thank him enough!!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store!!Doug and Gwen BrownGranite Falls, NC

Unfortunately my visit didnt go smooth. The place is a little rude. I paid close to $400. on parts that were not necessary. So in general It was a waste of my time.Plus I had to make another trip back to return the parts. So i ask Cecila the assistant manager how long would it take for the money to be posted back on my money card. She rudely couldnt give an me answer. Done!

I was stressed due to my licence plate was stolen. And didn't have anyway of putting on my new plate, had to buy screws a young boy was helping me but then he went into the store and just left me in the heat. He could have finished helping me. Not good customer service. I will go to pep boys from now on.

So I walk in and the first person I see says in a tone that seems why am I here in the first place sets my tone and attitude in the store. It sounded rude when she asked if I needed help finding something? Well I guess I am particular on how I am spoken to and that right there told me not to spend my money there. I felt uncomfortable at this time. Yes the others were friendly but that first girl just rubbed me the wrong way... I went across the street to your competitor and bought what I was looking for .. was not really bothered by how they treated me..

My to go place on way home at Paradise / Universe. Fast friendly service & great gals. at the counter that both helped me out with my latest oil filter, antifreeze, and used oil return. I shop there a lot!

I went in to get some help with my keyfob for my Jeep Cherokee. The woman behind the counter couldn't have been less helpful and more rude. She told me that they could not help me open it which I understood. She told me they didn't have screwdrivers there and couldn't help me open the key fob. I thought they sold screwdrivers at O'Reillys... I would have even bought one if that would have helped. She told me to go to Auto Zone next door. This is the 2nd time I have had poor service at this O'Reillys. I do know that I have received excellent customer service at other stores: Rio Rancho, Taos, and Glendale in AZ so I won't stop shopping there. I just will never go back to this store on Central in Albuquerque and I can't believe from some of the same type of reviews that this store hasn't been restructured both with management and with their staff. Maybe the Corporate Office doesn't read the reviews or doesn't care.

The assistant manager Cecilia at O'Reilly just stood outside in the rain for 40 minutes helping me change some fussy wipers. She made sure I got the right part and that I could leave safely. It is rare to receive such care from a chain and I am so thankful.

I bought a fuel pump for my 1998 Dodge truck and I paid $150 for a part that didn't work. When I went to return the part, I was told that it wasn't the same part as the one in the picture so therefore a refund would occur. The incompetent worker was the same one I purchased the part from, even said it was an upgraded after market part , which I reluctantly purchased. After I got home and put the part on and found out it didn't work, I went back to the store and tried speaking with the manager about it and was told no refund. I went to Napa and bought the correct part and it worked fine. To how the people who call themselves workers, I took the Napa box and showed them the different sizes of part and box. They still continue to say they won't refund and that it was a special order part which I had to order online. I took the part to oriellys on 4th Street and they refunded me without question. I wish I could give negative stars because this oriellys is horrible and gives the company a very bad reputation. The workers and especially the horridly obese manager need to be reprimanded and take some Business classes. I'm sure Oriellys doesn't hire people like them and they should be looked into. I'd almost guarantee that the employees are stealing from that company left and right at every chance they get.

I went to the store thinking o'reilly was a good company and had good stores. I bought the stuff the manager recommended for oil and the car jack. He seemed nice trying to help me get better deals. Well the jack they recommended didn't work and I tried to lift the car with it. It then got scratched and looks used. He then told me since it was used I can't return it after he was the one who told me to buy it and said it could pick up the truck. Previosly the same manager told me if it didn't work I could return it .They were very rude about it and said all I can do is get a new one.

My boyfriend went to return a part we never used, with the receipt in hand and from the moment he walked in the manger gave him a hard time. Prejudiced and disrespectful all because of a dark completion. He gets this everywhere he goes no matter how nice he is. The manager has no place to treat people that way and doesn't deserve to even have a job there. I wish something would be done about it but all I can say is shop elsewhere.

Today my high & low beam headlights in my Subaru went out. Pep Boys was going to charge $20 for installation in each head light. These guys installed it for free. Same goes for battery. Jacob is awesome.
