"The right man for the job." I have to say that I was impressed with Chris K's salesmanship. Chris was in no rush, got to know me as a person and as a customer, was attentive and helped me find my Grand Design Imagine, aka "Imogene". David the sales manager was conversational and we even lived some of the same places in Oregon. Scott the finance guy was on the ball and speedy through the document process. The ladies in parts and service were friendly and helpful. Finally, the Tech who got Imogene hooked up with sway bars did a great job. At Myers, I was not talked down to, I wasn't pushed into a sale, and I wasn't told that I had to purchase my Imogene on credit when I had cash in hand. Thank you Myers RV Crew for doing such a great job and making this big purchase a pleasurable experience.David Miller

My wife and I bought a motor home in summer 2022 from Mr. Carpenter, and it was a great deal. Low mileage, like-new interior, good engine, A/C, etc. His son, Dustin, did an excellent job coordinating parts, in remodeling the exterior! We'll give Myers our business from now on.

Loved Hanna she didn t pressure us she showed us the trailers and didn t repeatedly call or text us the second time we went we saw what we needed to have and she walked us through the process she even petted my cat when we came back for orientation while we waited for us to see are trailers they are just awesome loved buying from them

While driving across America, somehow we 'lost' our trailer keys after locking it. So we called ahead to AAA to meet up at the RV park that we would rest & sleep at, over night so they could unlock us and would retrieve the spare set in the trailer. Yes you heard it we put the spare set inside the trailer. Lesson learned AAA couldn't unlock it, so we called a private Lock Smith and he tried yet was unsuccessful too. SoOoOo drill baby drill, he did. Finally inside the trailer we collect the spare keys & pay this over priced service of $390, but hey we're in, we're safe, we can get back to our itinerary. NOT so fast The keys fit the door that is drilled & now can't be locked and the set that we lost is to the other door. So we can't lock either door from the outside. UGH. We scramble & strategize and come up w/a plan. Tomorrow we'll just go get a key. LoL. In the morn w/a toss & turny kinda sleep behind us we head over to Myers RV. I remind the hubby that it's a new day and we're safe, healthy & on our way. "Get ready to be blessed again" I said. As we get to the door this beautiful lady dressed like Betty Boop & just as cute opens the door for us w/friendly warm smile & all we need to start this rough & ragged morn. Directs us to parts where we buy a whole new door latch to replace the holey drilled out one & decide we'll just use this door solely until we get new keys for the other door since we can still lock it from the inside. Anyway outside at the trailer now as the hubby pulls the keys from the box I realize that there is a chance the keys could be the same� They only make so many, right� We'll NO such luck here. But then it hits me. . . . . Other locks in the store might� I head back in and ask my Angel parts rep, Rhianna if I can check the other door latch pkgs . She approves & disappears. Of course no such luck again. As I get back to trailer to let the hubby know, (oh and BTW they let us work on our trailer in the safety of their parking lot) not far behind me is Rhianna dangling a set of keys like symphonic music of an Angel choir, she had a new set of keys w/our key code in her treasure chest. I grabbed her so fast and hugged her, I think we both teared up. This is the blessing I knew would come. THANK YOU MYERS RV for creating an atmosphere of compassion and your Angel parts rep, Rhianna for taking initiative in strangers lives to help & succeed in our misstep. We finished replacing the door latch and w/new keys in hand left for another leg of our journey. THANK YOU MYERS RV FOR TAKING UP FOR US & SPECIAL GREETING TO OUR, (yes our) ANGEL REP. RHIANNA she took initiative & went the at extra step to solve our problem

We purchased a 2018 Allegro Bus from Myers in October. We absolutely love our RV and Meyers. We have purchased RVs in the past from Camping World and La Mesa and Meyers far out met our expectations. Hannah, our Sales Rep, was the most knowledgeable sales person we have ever worked with Iin terms of RVs. Meyer s is top notch and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them for a long time!

When I first bought from this company I was very satisfied. That satisfaction was short lived. From the moment we drove off the lot we have had issues that required maintenance. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have had our RV in for service it had come away with issues. The couch was the wrong size, and between the manufacture and the service department that issue was never resolved until the couch was replaced with swivel chairs. The tub wall came detached, and now the tub drain leaks. I'll NEVER recommend their company for service. The pictures the accompany this post are a small portion of the things we've had issues with.

Thanks Hannah and Myers RV! We are off in our new to us Tiffin Phaeton! Ken gave us a thorough orientation so we could hit the road with confidence. Hannah was so knowledgable of all the models we looked at but didn t lead us like some sales folks might. Purchasing 15 hours from home but made us feel comfortable in that big purchase for us!

My husband and I purchased an RV from Meyers RV Center in Albuquerque, NM and we had a 5 -star experience for the moment we walked in the door until we drove off the lot. Dee Bean was our sales representative and provided us with excellent service. After listening to us describe what we wanted, she was able to customize our review of models and pick the perfect one for our needs. There was no high pressure or predatory sale pitch. After the sale she made periodic calls just to reassure us that the company was still interested in our well-being. Jeff Meyers, the sales manager, was extremely accommodating in negotiating a sale that ensured we settled on a fair, economical price. During the delivery process we met Mark who became our RV guru. He patiently walked us through our orientation, answering all our questions. Being novice RV owners Mark made sure our concerns big and small were quickly and satisfactorily addressed. Scott Pierce, business manager, guided us through the paperwork requirements and made the process effortless. He agreed to help us get our license filed at the DMV and really explained the intricate details and advantages of the extended warranty, which we purchased. The Service Department was phenomenal. Chris was our first contact and he guided us in acquiring the essential accessories we needed, with a tutorial on items we could purchase at a later date. The day after our purchase there were a few items that needed to be tweaked, such as a minor leak in the sink and a cabinet that needed readjustment. Leah was our service representative and she kept us informed at each step of the repairs. We were given a brand-new TV to repair spots in the one that came with the Trailer. Additional service staff we worked with were Ken and Brian. They were equally, helpful and courteous. Each time we were there we got VIP treatment. We never felt neglected or pushed aside. The team sincerely helped in anyway they could.If your goal is to work with a highly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and honest team of RV specialists, who see you as a potentially long-term client rather than a quick sale customer, then you owe yourself a visit to Meyers RV. You won t be disappointed--- they are simply the BEST!!!!.

The nicest, most understanding, and helpful staff. Everyone was so amazing when we bought our American Tradition Fleetwood!! Dee and Ricki were wonderful and communications were on point. We had to wait to sell our home and things kept getting pushed out. They were so patient! Thank you to everyone at Myers!

Amazing dealership! Bought a $250,000 motorhome sight unseen flew driver in to pick up.coach was exactly as described and the dealership was extremely nice and profesional.highly reccomend!!

Our experience at Myers RV was one of the best we have ever had when making a big ticket purchase. Dee, our saleswoman was terrific. She was upfront, honest, and very trustworthy. She helped us find our dream RV. We purchased 2022 OpenRange 322RLS and we cannot be happier. We highly recommend doing business with Meyers RV!

Stopped at Myers RV to check out a Class C Motorhome on the way back home in TX and met Dee, who helped us check out the Jayco we were interested in. This was our first experience shopping RV s and it was a great one. Dee, Jeff, Scott and Mark did a great job answering all our questions. Dee gave us a great overview then left us to explore the motorhome on our own. There was never any pressure, just prompt answers on all questions. We can t wait to hit the road. Dee has stayed in contact to ensure everything is going well. We highly recommend Myers RV.

We had a great experience with Myers RV. We walked in and had an idea of what we wanted in a travel trailer. Dee greeted us and made the whole experience simple and easy she showed us a few trailers, and gave us some info on each one and gave us some time to look them over by ourselves. Other rv dealers that we went to were pushy and seemed sleazy but I didn't get that vibe here. Then a few months later our LP line was leaking and I went and asked if it would be covered under warranty. The lady in the parts department was helpful and directed me to Bryan. I thought it was going to be a Hassel to get parts but I was in and out in 5 minutes with parts covered under warranty. Their customer service is on point

Great experience buying from Myers RV. I knew what I wanted going in and absolutely everyone I spoke to and worked with was super friendly and exceptionally helpful. I drove in from out of town bringing my trade, did a walk through, signed paperwork and was hitched and ready to go back with the new camper in a little over an hour. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thanks again, everyone!!

This is my favorite RV service place! I have been to quite a few along the West coast. These folks are the first to work with my full timer RV status with no questions asked. I m beyond grateful for their quality of care and stellar customer service. Dustin, in particular, went above and beyond to help us with convenient appointment times and communicated the status of our RV care. Bravo Myers RV in Albuquerque!

We're full_time RVers. Our front slideout had a problem. One of the hydraulic lines had a huge leak. Myers fit us into their schedule on the date we requested. They completed the work that same day, and we were on our way by 4 pm! Thank you Myers!

I m very happy with my visit. I need a tiny part for my water tank on my class c. The lady behind the counter was super helpful and found the part I needed. I installed it in about two minutes and the leak was no more. The manager came out gave a hose to fill the tank and we re back on the road. Thank you so much for your help!!

Myers RV was our first stop looking for an RV. My husband and I really liked Dee immediately she was very informative. She showed us several RV s explained all the specs and left us alone to look for awhile. We decided to go look at a few other places but ended back at Myers with Dee which we kinda knew we would be back. You can tell she really loves her job. She answered any questions we had. Everyone we encountered at Myers R V we re very helpful and friendly. We bought the RV we wanted and would recommend Dee as a salesperson and the entire staff. Bought our coach from Myers 3 years ago and was very satisfied with the trade in, and ordering of the new coach. Over the years have used them for a few upgrades and a few warranty and service issues. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful, and have always kept us informed about the status of our service. Highly recommend.

Took my RV in for servicing about a month ago. Dustin was awesome. As was the entire team. I received an estimate for my work from another dealer here in town. They wanted $8400. Myers completed my work, at the cost of $350. Communication was great, and they stayed true to their estimate price. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks!

We were having problems with a brand new London Aire motor home traveling back to Texas and stopped in at Myers for help. They were extremely accommodating and helped get us back on the road in no time. Everyone at Myers was so nice and helpful. It s great to know there are still businesses like Myers RV that care about people!

Responsive and professional establishment. Their service department is great and their service writer Lya was very responsive and contacted me on a regular basis to keep me updated.Update 2023 The service department here has gone way downhill. Was never updated on the status of my unit. I took my RV there to have an AC replaced. They charged me a diagnosis fee to turn the AC on and see it wasn t getting cold. Then they called the warranty company and got approval to replace. They ordered the AC, and it took three weeks to come in. After the AC arrived, my unit sat there for another 2 weeks before they replaced it (mind you, AC replacement is a 2 hour job for most RV shops).This is the last time Meyers gets business from me.

Lead landing gear pin broke on our rig. Called several places with no luck. Kimberely efficiently and effectively found the part with excellent communication. We picked up the part and we were back on the road in no time! Big thanks to Kimberly at Myers RV!

I was excited to purchase a new travel trailer but they don't make em like the used to. Material quality is cheap for the price you spend. I had issues the same week I drove off the lot. We've only used the camper a handful of times & it seems like I'm noticing something different every time. For instance the weather stripping tore off the first week we had it, they did fix it but it's happening again, the shower is leaking, the jacks are junk, the refrigerator sometimes works, we had to personally replace the propane adapter, the slide out gets stuck, the awning arms get stuck, the awning is starting to rot in the middle. We had to replace the door and the new one is cheaper material. keep in mind this travel trailer was purchased brand new in late 2019! I'm very unsatisfied with the warranty and customer service. Why purchase the extended warranty? What a headache.
