My father and I were heading North on I-25 on our way back home from the Grand Canyon when in the evening, in the desert south of Albuquerque, the exhaust pipe was abruptly severed from the catalytic converter. We called around as soon as we could the next morning, and found Muffler Pros.We found them to be professional, kind, and honest, and they had us back on the road within two hours. Their prices were very reasonable, and they even steered us away from the more expensive solution, since they were aware of complications with it that we were not aware of.Thank you very much to the respectable businessmen who run this shop, and I hope that your good treatment of your past customers is able to influence the potential future customer that may be reading this.

The Gentleman was very informative and was able to fix the problem I had with my car. His prices are very fair and he will mak sure that all your problems are addressed and fixed and he won't charge an arm and a leg. If you need any kind of Muffler or Catalytic service I highly and most definitely recommend this place. Five Stars for sure! Even over the phone he was very informative and very helpful.

Friendly, fast and affordable. Easily Diagnosed and fixed a very annoying, long term rattle due to broken weld under my CTS-V. Even reinforced other welds they knew likely to snap in future based on their experience. Thanks!!

I had my catalytic converter and O2 sensors cut off my car. I had my ride towed to Muffler Pros and Tony had it fixed in no time. This shop has THE BEST customer service and prices in town. In addition, they have a quick turnaround. Take your vehicle to Tony!

Professional and experienced over 20 years on what they do starting from new whole install to the smallest repairs of the exhausts. I went there to do my straight pipe on my mk6 and they made my car sound just perfect and to the level of my choice (yes, they can do it as you ask them to). Also today sent my Audi to check it I need to replace an elbow of my exhaust and they told me it is still good, no need to replace (yes, they are loyal too, wont try to rip you). So this is my favourite place to go if I have issues with my cars exbausts... as you can see the pictures of mk6 from single exhaust to dual.

These people are very professional. They only do exhaust systems and catalytic converters. They really know what they're talkin about and their prices are extremely reasonable. I got the muffler I needed at a $300 savings.

Fantastic shop. My exhaust system pretty much fell out of my car last week, and I had it towed over to Muffler Pros near the close of business. Tony called in his whole crew, patched the system back in place right then and there (and invited me to watch!), and I was back on the road within half an hour. The guys were also fun and entertaining to talk with. I could not recommend this place more highly.

I have used this business 3 separate occasions and I have to say I am impressed with the way they handle customers. The rest of the exhaust shops in this city should take note of how to operate and not make excuses. I wish Albuquerque had more companies like this. Thank you muffler pros for all you do!

This is the best exhaust place in town! I took my 2015 Mustang Ecoboost in to get my Borla ATAK Exhaust put on!! The owner was so helpful and very professional. I would recommendeveryone to come to this shop for all your muffler/exhaust needs. The price was super fair and the quality was just out of this world! 10/10 recommendation from me!Service: Exhaust

Fantastic shop they got me in diagnosed the problem got me a new catalytic converter and sensors and got me on my way within an hour and a half. I would recommend these guys fantastic..!

Called them after noticing my catalytic converter had been stolen. Was able to get a new one with a chain very quickly. Not sure how compare with other shops. Should get 3 estimates before deciding. I was in a hurry. Said they have repeat customers.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Poor service just had them work on my car a few weeks ago first they wanted to cut up the muffler on my car for parts witch they need to provide not me. As soon as i left the shop the muffler vibrated against the body witch thwy did not check before installing or after. Then my muffler comes apart at the catalytic converter wile driving on the freeway they did not hang the catback properly cuz if it was theres no reason why the bolts should shake themselves loose in 2 weeks.Service: Exhaust

Knowledgeable, friendly, fast and very reasonable. If your catalytic converter was stolen, come here. They use Magnaflow replacements. Actually, the car is quieter than it was with the factory system. Excellent!

Showed up with no appointment, limited time,limited funds and an exhaust system barely hanging off the ground. Tony brought my car in right away, showed me the best way to fix it and was very affordable. I was excited to find an honest mechanic that didn't try to upsell me and did excellent work at a great price. He also showed me what he was doing as he was repairing the exhaust. I am 100% impressed with his service and will be recommending him to anyone who needs exhaust work done. Thank you Tony!

For starters, the owner, Tony is a very good hearted man. He works with you to get your car in the shop and out quickly. There are YouTube videos of the work that is done there to help his customers ensure that is what they want installed. He also has a Facebook page with more information which I find extremely helpful to be able to make a decision. The work done there is always what the customers ask, and if asked he will provide his input and does what he needs to ensure the work is done right, clean, and fit your needs. He can test the vehicle to ensure issues prior to starting the work. He accepts custom work and always has the LOWEST PRICES for QUALITY WORK. It has been was well worth my time, energy, and money to get work done from him on 3 vehicles of my own. Very respectable place. Hands down 5 stars every day and I'll take every vehicle I have for him. He can set appointments to ensure your car gets done. And there is two lifts so your car can get in the shop and right back out in a timely manner. Thank you for all your advice Tony!

I rarely leave reviews, but these guys were great. They have a great selection of custom exhaust tips and mufflers in stock, and the prices are fair. They got me in and out in less than an hour. My mustang sounds exactly how I want it to and I couldn t be happier with the service I got here. Thank you again!

I love this place!!!Somebody decided to help themselves to my car one night, and completely removed the muffler and O2 sensor. Muffler Pros did such a fabulous job with an exceptionally good price. They had it done so quickly and professionally and saved me money. I recommend them 100%! You will be happy you did! They are amazing!

I, like most of the people on the reviews recently I can see had my catalytic converter cut off of my vehicle. It was recommended to me by my overbooked mechanic to go here, I got it all done within a couple of hours! It was pretty fair pricing as well, I was very thankful for that.

Tony was great! Came in with a completely dropped and rusted muffler system for my F-150. Didn't have the time to get the work done that day so he strapped it for me to make it to the next day. Came back next day and he was thorough, efficient, helpful, and understanding. Will be recommending this shop to anyone and will utilize for future use.

Tony is THE BEST!!! He was so helpful and did everything he could to make sure I spent a minimal amount of money. He was easygoing and explained everything to me, step-by-step so I didn't feel out of the loop or left questioning his motives (like some other places). This was the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop and HIGHLY recommend muffler pros to anyone who wants service with integrity.

Doing business the way it used to be done, with honesty and integrity! Great service and not a long wait. Tony not only replaced my catalytic converter for an unbeatable price, he did it in less then 30 min! Boom! I got back to work on time just like he said. Tony even tightened some bolts and did a couple of quick adjustments for me at no extra charge. I highly recommend Muffler Pros, you will save time and money!
