We were in Albuquerque for the day and our Chevy traverse was shaking really bad. We stopped by here thinking we needed the back tires balanced. The guy had a look at it and immediately said there was a lot of mud inside the inner wheel and to take it to a car wash and spray it out. Sure enough, $1.50 and it s fixed. Nicest most trust worthy people. They will fix you up right, not out to get you like alot of places. Good people do still exist!

We were traveling out of state (2 younger girls) walked in and out in 45 minutes, prices were amazing especially considering we have 20 rims. Customer service was so amazing, thank you George. Highly recommend if traveling and don t know where to go.

It was just me and my friend (two women) driving through town and found ourselves with 2 flats and needing tires. They treated us with such respect and kindness and the price ended up about 50% lower than what I was expecting! I called this morning and they were able to get me in immediately, found the tires (they are an uncommon size) at a warehouse and got them in 10 minutes, had them on my car in another hour and back on the road! The entire time, I watched the team offer rides and assistance to everyone in the shop. Every one was so friendly and wonderful. If I lived in town, they would have had a lifetime customer!

I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a balance and rotation as a walk-in. This was invaluable to me, as I travel full-time and most other comparable places wanted either $40 for a simple tire rotation or an appointment multiple days out.Considering this, along with the courteous and knowledgeable staff, answering the phone on the first ring, and quality work, why go anywhere else?

Don't trust your vehicle to this shop. They'll break it instead of fix it. I'm not joking. They've cost me thousands. Car is now worse than when I brought it in. They don't even call you when they're done.

Adrian has always provided great customer service and quality advise. I will be back for tires and service again on my other vehicles. 3 trucks total always dependable and reliable.

Mike and Adrian are super helpful and everyone else is ready to give advise and service Your vehicle needs. Prices are always better then other places. I prefer to take our company vehicles here because they will know what's wrong with it and how to correct the problem.

If you need work done in your vehicle and dine right, this is the place to go. They treat you like family and want to make sure you are happy with the work. The prices are reasonable too. The owner took time to figure out my car ac/heating. Was the first out of about 4 places I had gone prior to get it fixed.

My family is from out of town and these guys went above and beyond to get us back on the road as promised. Very friendly and communicative. Happy to make the drive again for services. The staff know what they are doing and will be honest what they can and cannot do.

I will start by saying I will not be going anywhere else for my tires . JOHNY DOMINGUEZ sales rep customer service was on point . I didnt get the names of the rest of the crue but they communicated back and forth and caught issues I didn't didnt know I had. And probably kept me from getting in an accident. They had me in and out and happy with the results . Friendly crue good work good customer service. I highly recommend Menaul tire & service. Thanks guys.

Brought my vehicle in and it was determined to be something they couldn't fix. Cool coz they referred me to a very professional mechanic. But before that they broke the key in the ignition and tore apart my steering column. Seemed cool until that moment when couldn't admit what they did. All I was asking for was not reimbursement but just be honestand admit it. Ty

Best place in town and will beat any price from other shops. The tech's and mechanics really know what they are doing. They are friendly and competed my repairs very fast. I think his name was Jason, he did the fastest oil change I've ever seen. He was awesome. I am definitely coming here from now on.

Had to take my vehicle back twice after initial fix they re nice in person but very sneaky. When I called to get information on my vehicle, I was given the run around and wasn t able to speak to the same person. They tell you what you want to hear but don t make the proper repairs. $700 later, not including a tow for a tune up it is finally running. I would not recommend this place.

Told me they had the tire I needed then I got all the way there to find out they didn t have it! Don t waste your time going here what a joke

5 billion stars!! I was just passing thru town and I m SO GLAD I went here. Adrian is the smartest mechanic I ve ever met. Period. I travel A LOT and have never had such a good experience with a mechanic- they genuinely wanted to help me get back on the road safe. Incredible people that are really talented and honest. And I mean honest. They were quick and thorough. Super professional and no headaches. They totally fixed my car and I feel SO SAFE driving it now after Adrian did his magic. Everyone working there was really nice... 10/10 would recommend, they treated my car like it was theirs and I m really happy with how everything went. Stop reading reviews and just take your car in- you can t afford not to go here.My experience here was incredible. Thanks again to Adrian and his team!!

Installed adjustable control arms and hd steering components on jeep and brought in to get caster and pinion angle cleaned up. Less than 2 months later having it correctly aligned in Montana. Apparently this shop just does toe and tells you they adjusted everything. What they lack in integrity they make up for in...... Well nothing actually. These are simple oil change guys, the ones that strip the drain plug with impacts.

I was driving down the road and heard a clicking noise, got out of the car and realized there was something in my tire, turned out it was an allen wrinch so this was a total unexpected stop. I was so pleased with the service that I got and I would highly recommend this business. Great customer service!!!!

Excellent service! I was on the road passing through Albuquerque and lost a tire weight. I stopped in, the manager was an absolute professional, and had me back on the road in no time. The work was top notch, and the business itself was clean and to industry standards. Next time I need a new set of tires, I won't mind driving 3 hrs to let that establishment have my business!

Worst experience I've ever had. Adrian is worthless and the GM needs therapy. I'll never be back. Stay away!!! Plus, they ask you 2 pay cash so they don't pay taxes. Which also means that No warranty. I learned that lesson. Karma 2 u loosers. It's coming..

I needed a bigger car to go camping with my dog so I bought a used van, but there was a problem so I went there the manager and the staff were kind and did the job correctly so I gained trust even after I moving to Carlsbad if I have problem with the van in the future I will come again thank you to the manager and all the members

I drove up and told employee my that I had a stripped lug bolt and gave him $20. I asked if they could remove it to which he said no problem. Serveral employees attempted to get it free using a reversed thread extractor and one employee stuck the rim with a hammer and damaged it. The manager, possibly owner, then kicked me out as he said there was no ticket for the service. Please AVOID this place. I had a friend take a flat tire here. They told him it was repaired and they didn't even pull the nail that punctured it. What a joke!!!
