Have done business with Melloy since 2010 when I got my Xterra. and had a collision repair in 2011 or 2012 do to a accident, but now they refuse to do another repair. Don't recommend them at all for collision repairs.Service center is reat but not sure how this experience will determine my services in the future from this place!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I own a 2019 Hyundai Accent. I got in a sideswipe accident the person hit me on the left side knocking me into the curb and screwing up most the car! I started out to give a stellar review in regard to the work and service provided by this business. Upon having my vehicle back for a couple of days, I started finding that parts were not replaced (left in the back seat) and other things were removed but not put back before I picked up the vehicle. When I asked about this, I did receive an apology, but that I need to make a trip back to Albuquerque to have the parts installed or pick up my accessory. I don't have time to keep returning to Albuquerque. I am a loyal customer of Melloy Nissan and expected better. Not sure I can recommend this business to a friend or anyone else.Service: Body & Trim

BEST customer service ever! I was recently involved in a hit and run accident and had my car fixed here. Rick was absolutely wonderful to work with! He even called every once in a while to check in and let me know the status. When I picked up my car, it was in better condition than when I purchased it. Amazing service. Genuine care. Can't find that anywhere else!

Wow. Amazing customer service. Rick went above and beyond to assist me and he even put on a spare for me and let me know of different options in town (for a new tire), including the Melloy Collision repair shop. Absolutely NO pressure to get service at Melloy. They truly care about the customers... Not about making a quick Buck. This place is the best I've seen in NM. Thank you for hiring great employees like Rick, Melloy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I had damage to the underside of my vehicle due to debris in the road. After an initial inspection the told me that there may be additional damage after the scrape plate was removed and they would call me to let me know. I received a call the next day telling me about the additional damage and an estimated time for repair. Paul was as nice and professional as I could have hoped for. I was kept informed throughout the process and the work was done in the time frame they originally estimated. My car was cleaned when I picked it up and I was given a courtesy call a few days later asking if everything was ok.

DO NOT GO HERE. They extended the timeline of my repair a whole week. When I picked up car my turn signal light was basically missing and there were nails in my tires. They did not value me as a customer and they clearly do not care about quality of work. They could have just apologized or reimbursed me for having to pay for two flat repairs but they blamed me instead. They claimed the nails (which were nails that are used on fenders and bumpers) must have been picked up on the street within the 10 minutes I left the shop with my car. They said they only used black nails... so they are saying none of the cars in their shop that they work on/repair have silver nails so it is IMPOSSIBLE that they came from the shop. All the cars they work in their shop have different colored nails... black and silver and they tried to give me an excuse that they only use black nails.I thought shop with the name Melloy Nissan would have actually had some respect for people but I thought wrong.

All things MELLOY ALBUQUERQUE ARE 1* TRUST NO ONE!!!! The WORST Car buying experience I have EVER had!!! When they took my car to do the all points check they replaced my Full Size Spare with a doughnut! The old guy running the place will kiss your @$$ during purchasing and then do ANYTHING not to follow thru with his Empty promises after! Our Contract stated a few repairs they would make but never did! Even something as simple as replacing the pin that holds up the shifter bag!!!Didn't bother telling me of the large chuck.next to the split on my sidewall during tire rotation...my car wreaked after oil change for days...did they put different used air filters back in ???? If not,What causes it?

The is a five star review for the collision repair department. In the 23 years that I have been driving and have owned vehicles, I have had my fair share of both wrecks and car thefts which have resulted in needing body and mechanical repair at insurance company recommended repair shops around town. I have used both small and large shops guaranteed by my insurance, sometimes resulting in horrible nightmare experiences. Without hesitation Melloy Nissan Collision Service, assisted by Rick Pobar, was my first insurance covered body repair service that was timely, courteous, professional, and that left me feeling secure that I was driving away in a properly repaired car. Rick communicated information I needed to know in a timely manner, despite the fact that I can be difficult to get in touch with during normal business hours. He looked into any concerns I had and found answers to my questions. He helped me navigate and work with my insurance rules and timelines, especially regarding rental car deadlines. He hunted down factory OEM parts even though insurance does not require that. He was direct, to the point, and also genuinely committed to getting my vehicle taken care of and to fostering an open line of communication. When I left he made it clear that I should return if I had any concerns about the repairs after getting my car back. Everything was great. All of these things are especially excellent considering that I am fema!e, because I can't tell you how many times auto businesses have talked down to me, or stretched timelines out for way, way too long. I only leave reviews for businesses I completely support, so don't be deterred by my other 5 star reviews. Without doubt Melloy Nissan Collision Repair is where I will be returning should I require auto body repair again. They seem committed to excellent customer service and to the work they perform! And they make the experience easy!

Driving or parking in Abq can make you feel like there's a big target on your car. Melloy made it a great end to a bad experience. Car was done early, washed and vacuumed, but an initial mistake with painting the wrong wheel. They fully redeemed themselves by painting my other wheel to match for free and even replaced my locking lug nut set because a cracked tool would've caused me problems later. Best of all, the metallic paint is exactly the same as the rest of the car, which is not easy to do especially on an aging car. Shane was fast, professional, and highly recommended.

These idiots had my car for 3 weeks.. I was givin my car back with motor mounts broken and never repaired.. it took over a week for them to fin parts and Order then and when they told me they d have the car ready we called and they stated they found another broken part and had to order a new part and should be another weeek.. worst experience ever. Who not use these idiots unless you are ready to deal with bs

I strongly suggest and high recommend Melloy Body Shop they are extremely professional and perform quality workmanship a very reasonable pricing. All of their staff a very professional and pleasant and handle matters in a prompt and efficient manner.

Wonderful place in time of trouble ....they r wonderful like the dealership...helped to get a lot of the footwork with the insurance taken care of and are way on top of things....courteous and fast service....very flexible
