Wonderful experience from start to finish! Salesperson Sal Chavez, and Finance Manager Lanny Porter treated us with care and respect. They listened to what we wanted, explained all of our options, and gave us plenty of time to think about our final choices without pressure. The day following our purchase, both the General Manager and Sales Manager reached out to make sure we were happy.We HIGHLY recommend Melloy Nissan!

When you go to a dealership you don't look forward to the hounding of a car dealer. My dad had been talking to Sal but he wasn't pressuring us. Everyone we dealt with was so nice, Sal was bringing treats to all the guests that his mom made, they were wonderful. I had my daughter with me, she is 5 and has ADHD and she did great, No one was concerned with the noise of having my phone on with a movie, she asked for paper to draw, she received paper, she wanted snacks and they got her snacks. I was very pleased. Every person we dealt with was so nice. We were happy when we left.

Ty was amazing. He was friendly and not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and features and I felt comfortable enough to explore vehicle options without feeling pressured. Jed Glazer is a complete professional. He is very courteous and looks out for his clients. I heard a noise in my engine when I stopped at a light and he had it diagnosed and had the work done that same day. An out had told me of a network mechanic that it was something else but Jed found the problem and had it fixed. Thank you always for your professionalism and always being great to work with!

Took care of all my service items like my oil change and tire rotation, but also wash my truck for free. It was awesome and everything was done in a timely manner. I went and had some lunch and came back. It was done. Great job Nissan thank you so much.

Our purchase was flawless from start to finish. Mariah, Sal and Derrick were great!We had an issue more on a personal preference side a few days later, and they really worked hard to make sure we were happy with the change we made. Currently going through a total loss, and my finance managers, CJ Ch�vez And Ken Eagle have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Clear communication and timely responses have made this process as stress free as a total loss situation can be. If you have the opportunity I would definitely have them as your finance managers for your next vehicle purchase.

The Oil change took 3 hrs to complete. The customer svc seemed forced. No explanation of what I was to expect on my next visit. No explanation on what was done. Handed me the paperwork and said it is all in there. I have come to Nissan for over 10 years. Purchased three autos. I notice the service is not what it was. Stars are for the work done.

We were quite disappointed at the length of time it took Esther to contact me back about the appointment. I went up to Melloy to speak to her in person on the day my appointment was supposed to be. There was no appointment in the books for my car. Chris immediately stepped in and said "I'd be happy to take care of this for you". He took my car in that day, found the issue AND completed a recall on the vehicle. He ordered the parts THAT day and I had my car back within 4 business days. Chris deserves a medal for sure. I am so thankful for him and the care and concern he took on that day.

I have always HATED buying cars, until visiting Melloy Nissan last Thursday, February 22. Tyler, my sales consultant, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured, something that would have caused me to turn around and leave. He listened to my wants, my needs, and my budget, then showed me the vehicles that met what I was looking for within my strict budget. After choosing my car and agreeing on financing, Tyler explained the remainder of the process and went to work making it all fall into place. Izzy, accessories manager, showed me what was available for my car with no pressure to purchase anything. Mike, finance manager, went over the contract thoroughly making sure there were no surprises. All three of these gentleman, especially Tyler, earned my respect and made my dreaded car buying experience a very pleasant one. 1010 points for Tyler and the Melloy Nissan team

It was a great pleasure to return to Nissan and purchase another vehicle. I was reassured of the quality but more importantly the safety of the vehicle that I would be driving. I wanted to point out that our visit this time was significantly different from the last time I was there as displayed by an increase in the quality of customer service by all of the staff. I observed this treatment ubiquitously amongst all the customers, of one in particular was an elder Native American gentleman. It gives me great pleasure to see equality towards marginalized persons such as myself. Thank you for the inquiry and I look forward to a continued business relationship. Bought a brand new car from them, after a couple weeks it left my wife and kids stranded because the battery died for no reason. After fighting with the service department the reluctantly decided to look at it. They told my wife to drive it until it happens again and then call a tow truck. They gave us a rental and now haven't said anything to us for 3 weeks going on 4. They're ignoring all our calls. We paid 40gs and have had the worst service. It's unacceptable. One and only nissan I will ever buy. I had much better service from the Subaru dealership and my Subaru hasn't had any problems in the 3 years I've had it. I'll be expecting a call from somebody. Apparently the only way to get ahold of anyone after you've spent the money is to cause a scene. You should be embarrassed with yourselves.

I have been so impressed by the Melloy staff both in the sales and service departments. I really appreciate how hard they work and how quickly they are usually able to get me in for the service on my vehicles. They have definitely made me a lifelong Nissan customer. If you have the opportunity to work with Roy and service or Susan in sales you should absolutely for them, they are fantastic!

One of the cashiers was rude and did not even hardly acknowledge me as I stood near the desk waiting to see if my car was ready. She did tell me that the paperwork was not finished, but no other information. I eventually received a call from my service rep, Michelle telling me it was ready. Michelle was outstanding. But, I will not relish going back to the cashier s desk.

Well , OK, it all started on line with your website. It was eazy to navigate. The Inventory was awesome and each truck had its own well done Information spread sheet.. I was pre-approved on line after a short application. That Information was sent to Leslie in the sales department. Then she reached out to me by phone and Email. Very Cool. I made an appointment and came in. I am close to the Dealership. When I arrived I was Welcomed by the best guy ever, His Name was Sage !. We hit it off on the test drive and he continued to do so. Everyone was so nice and smiles on every face. I meet Derrick, Israel Perez, The entire Financial Staff and the outside sales team.Back to Sage if I may.He made the entire experience memorable.He took care of every aspect working well with the Dealership Team. He knew that mode Frontier completely and very verbal with knowledge. AnywaysAfter the sale was completed "Sage " helped me transfer my toolbox from one truck to another. Sage made every detail complete.Even The Insurance transfer . And the temporary Registration was already in the glove box.The entire Dealership needs to be awarded.And one last thingAmy The Closer made keys , books paperwork just as easy.Good Job Guys

Everything went wonderful! Customer service was just plain amazing. Susan the sells rep sold me a car last year and got me into a wonderful brand new one. She has nothing but love and care for her clients. Finance did spectacular, and also this women who gave us the run down on how to use the vehicle. Everyone was so polite! The service center did not properly repair the tire that I requested to be fixed when I brought my vehicle in for its regular maintenence. A patch was slapped on like a band-aid. I now do not trust your entity to maintain or service my vehicle. Very disappointing.

I went in on a Saturday and worked with Susan Miller. My anxiety amped up just from the thought of buying a car, not from Susan or Melloy. Susan was not pushy when I let her know I would contact her on Sunday and give her my decision. I really appreciate that with her, it made it much easier to go back on Sunday and make that decision to purchase my beautiful 2024 Nissan Sentra. Susan was outgoing and explained all about the car and the process of your amazing warranty. I have already been recommending Susan Miller and Melloy Nissan to friends and people I see.
