Took my '10 Honda here to clear up an engine light. Travis took the time to tell me what was going on with my vehicle, in detail, and explained the solutions. He also gave me a break down of what other issues were presenting themselves. I felt well informed about the decisions I was making about the vehicle. I also greatly appreciated that the fact that I was not talked down to for being a female in automotive repair shop. Great experience and I will be coming back!

I had a great experience here. They were prompt, very clear with me about what was needed and what wasn't, received the parts on time and performed the work on my car as scheduled and at the quoted price. Travis was communicative and knowledgeable and patient in his explanations. Kept me informed as the job progressed and advised what to expect to experience upon driving away. To top it off, everyone was courteous and friendly and called me by my name. All around great interaction.

I enjoy coming to this location to get both of my cars serviced. The lady at the desk is always friendly and she remembers me every time I come. The mechanics are always straight forward and will let you know (and show you) what's wrong with your vehicle. Definitely recommend their services if you're looking for a steady mechanic!

I have USAA car insurance. My car was towed to Meineke on Juan Tabo. Unfortunately this is not a tire location and I had a severe tear in my tire. The tow truck leaves...there is no place to leave my keys in a drop box. I'm not comfortable.... I call back USAA to tell them I need my car toaded to another location. The owners observed what happened on their video cameras. They show up plug the tear in my tire and we get home safely ...I can't express more my appreciation to Mike and Travis. You two are AWESOME ..Life Savers...this Meineke Location on Juan Tabo is a 5 PLUS Shop. ThankYou Guys!!OYS

Come here if you want your car to be worked on properly and with honesty. Travis and his team know what they are doing and kept me updated all along the way for my Ford 2002 Ranger. Check-engine light was resolved, passed emissions, and finally I'm on my way to finally registering my truck. Will be going here moving forward for regular maintenance.

We were traveling home to AZ, our car was over heating. Meineke Car Care Center took action, repairing our auto issue in a timely manner and at an unexpected minimum charge for the repair. Had my catalytic converter cut off and jacked from my car, parked in front of my house, so these guys got it all fixed up and outfitted with a big, metal, guard box thingy so that hopefully, it can't happen again. Their customer service was great, turn-around time was just a day, so I'm happy and impressed and feel like a valued customer. Would highly recommend this place and go back again.

This was the BEST, worst experience we ve had! We purchased a car from a private party and took it here to get a front end inspection. There was A LOT wrong with the car but Travis was able to help prioritize the repairs based on urgent need and cost efficiency! The entire team was friendly and they all work together so well! They even coordinated with Discount Tire so that all of the work could be done at once. We will definitely be using this specific location for future needs because of the people that work here!

Travis at Meineke Juan Tabo is a good mechanic. He is fair and explains all issues with your car. He doesn t try to push unnecessary new parts or repairs. Chris, the office manager, is nice and considerate. She helps put appointments that work with your schedule and is flexible. 7/26/23 Had an oil change last week and my truck is solid, very honest and trustworthy staff. They're knowledgeable and helpful with car care. They treat you right and fair, no run around with these guys. Great place to go for your car care needs, they do custom work too. If they can't work on it they'll recommend someone who will help you out. That's why I give them Five Stars.

Our car broke down on I-40 and we were 7 hours from home. Meineke took us right in and got to work immediately. Parts were sent over night from out of state and we were on the road 24 hours later! I have never had such great service by people who are truly passionate and professional. I will never take my car anywhere else again!!!! These guys are awesome, the receptionist is friendly, and helpful, the mechanics are very knowledgeable, quick, dependable, and above all HONEST!!! I've taken my car here 3 times in the last month for, 3 different services, and they were able to fix all issues I had before taking it to them. The prices are unbelievably reasonable, for the great service they provide. I didn t recommend this place at all.I took my dump trailer for breaks replacement. I made an appointment for a Tuesday drop off and they not event touch the trailer into Thursday afternoon when they said that it was something simple to do and that it was going to be ready in one day. On Friday I call them to check when my trailer was going to be ready to pick up and they ended giving me the total price of the parts that they already put on the trailer with a cost of more that $600 when they said that it supposed to be only around $150. The worst part is that when I called them on Friday they still gave me an other estimate of more than $2000 just to replace the brakes. At the end, I ended paying more that $600 on parts, diagnostics and labor and my trailer it still on the same way than when I dropped off.Don t waste your money and time on this place.

Anyone can fix a car, even me. However getting it right is another story. Such as my AC went out after only a few thousand miles because the prior shop did not flush the system. Its also great to have a shop willing to go the extra mile and tackle complex repairs and diagnoses, even fabricating. You cannot go wrong with Travis and the crew at Juan Tabo Meineke.

The staff at Meineke Muffler were exceptionally friendly and were able to help us out in a very timely fashion.Still excellent service. I stopped by the shop thinking I had an appointment, but none, but they still gladly accepted me.

I was traveling from my home in angel fire, NM to my daughter's house in AZ when I stopped for gas in ABQ and my jeep wouldn't start again. After several calls to mechanics that couldn't get it done for a couple days I called Meineke and talked to Flint. He said they could see it that day. I was towed there and they started the work right away. The starter went out and they were able to get a new replacement and fix it within a couple hours and I was back on the road. If I lived in ABQ I'd make them my normal mechanics! They even found a burnt wire and fixed thatServices: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

This place doesn't even deserve a star. We went on Saturday, there was two car in the bay (yes I understand they might of had something going on) & installing a car battery. Upon walking in a lady and 2 men were inside joking laughing (maybe on break) while one man was in Bay. We asked about getting our oil changed and the man whispered to me I can schedule you on Monday but not today. I asked are we busy why can we not get it done today? He stated because we can simply schedule you Monday. I then stated to him Monday will be to late thank you please continue to stand in your lobby joking laughing and running off customers because they also had turned away 2 other people prior to me. Oh and for the record it was 10:03 a.m. NEVER will I consider this place again. I tried to capture it but the technician in Bay was on his cell phone texting the the whole time I was trying to take pictures he noticed and turned his back to us......

Can't thank the employees enough. I had a hole in my exhaust that just happened to be in a difficult spot and even though they could have told me to replace the whole part which included a very expensive catalytic converter, they made an amazing attempt to repair the existing part so I didn't end up paying the maximum. Saved me almost 800 dollars. My vehicle is running great and the exhaust is quiet as a mouse. Thank you for restoring a small piece of my sanity.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

The muffler of my scion FRS had fallen off and they were extremely helpful in putting in a new one. From sounding loud and annoying, they changed it to a smoother tone and I love it!
