There is nothing I can say that has not already been said! A 5 star review is what this business deserves. Richard is a very personable and highly knowledgeable business owner. I ve been a customer since his early startup days and the quality of professionalism, auto body work, and paint job has remained consistently high quality. I was recently a victim of grand theft auto by a crackhead and my door and fender needed replacing. I own a 2005 Toyota 4Runner and the paint has faded over time, but the door looks as if it was the original door - amazing!!!!! Thank you to Richard and his staff for giving me back my baby in great shape!

Amazing service at Mason's Collision! I brought my car in after I was rear ended in an accident, and even though it was totaled and not repaired, Richard, the owner, provided amazing customer service. Despite my car's previous salvage history, he assisted with estimates, insurance processes, and went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth. Should I ever need a body shop in the future, I will be looking here as it is obvious that the customers are cared for regardless of their circumstances. Thank you for helping me navigate the insurance process.

Had front end work done here and was very happy. I was a little concerned that they wouldnt be able to match the paint but was surprised how perfectly it was done. I recommend Richard and his crew for and for a job well done!

Mason's Collision did a superb job with my vehicle. They were on time with their estimate, they matched the specialized color to the T, and detailed my car. Looked like nothing ever happened. Definitely recommend them on their quality and service.

Great place to get your vehicle repaired. As a bonus there are lots of fun stuff in their lobby for kids (or adults) to look at. Good vibe, and the owner is honest.

I found Mason's Collison on Google, called and they had space to accept my damaged vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle was found to be a total loss by Mason's and the insurance company so I cannot comment on the quality of repair service directly, but I can say the communication was excellent. I spoke to Richard every time I called no matter the time of day and they called me with updates every step of the way. I felt that I could trust their assessment and that they prioritized my safety. Thank you Mason's Collison for making a tough situation easier.

Richard, his Brother and crew worked on my 2020 Toyota 4 Runner and did an excellent job matching my paint! I was very impressed with how professional and courteous their team was. When I picked up my vehicle I asked about something that wasn t on the repair list and Richard took care of it without hesitation. Highly recommend them for any body/paint needs.Service: Painting

I have a 2008 Ford Focus with a bit over 120,000 miles. The car is in mint condition, at least it was until a lady pulled out of a driveway without look either direction, and hit me on the right side from the front fender to the doors and the back fender.Mason did one of the finest jobs on the repair of my car that I have ever had. And, they did it at a reasonable price. The owner and the crew that worked on my car are super nice and they care about their customers. I can't recommend Mason enough for the fantastic job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bad luck for me but found a great body and paint shop!3 vehicles in 1 year and each has been expertly repaired and in a resonable time frame each time. The paint matching is dead on! Mason's did such a great job on mine, you cannot see the repairs. Looking to get an old vehicle restored and Mason's will be my first choice!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just want to thank Richard and his team for doing an amazing job on my vehicle! My truck looks brand new. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and were so courteous and helpful. I was thinking of getting a new vehicle after the accident but they washed, waxed and even cleaned my interior making me fall in love with my truck all over again! Thanks Richard!

The owner Richard was very knowledgeable and informative about the repair of my sliding door for my 2015 Odyssey. We were very pleased with his work and despite being in a new location and trying to get things going for his repair shop we got the best customer service from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Mason's Auto Repair in the future.

Richard was so amazing to deal with when we needed our truck fixed after a fender bender. He was very personable and I am glad we gave him the business over the ford dealership as he was able to get us a better price with the same factory parts. We will definitely use him for any of our car needs in the future...plus, he has adorable shops pups.

My experience with Masons is not only the worst automotive experience in the 53 years of my life but, also the worst customer experience. I brought my brand new car to Masons for body repairs in December 2020. The repairs were to re-do front end paint and minor body work completed by another shop in Arizona. They refused to return calls from both myself, my husband and our insurance company for months until pressed. I understand that the COVID pandemic has affected everything, so a reasonable delay was to be expected, we were fine with that and let several months pass, from December through April, without complaint or any contact being made by Masons to us. Masons received payment from my insurance company for the work. We called for status of this vehicle starting in May 2021, and monthly to date, and each time we were told it would be ready "Friday". Again, we were patient. The most recent call was made on 10/18/21 and they told my husband it would be ready "Friday" (10/22). Well, they did not call to tell us it was ready so, Tuesday, 10/26/21, I called and spoke to the manager, Richard. I asked if my car was ready for pick up and he said "No". When asked why not, he said that "it had not yet been painted". When I asked why he kept lying to us by telling us "Friday" over and over when it's not ready, (and no calls to explain delay or when will be ready) his response was that "He didn't do this to my car" and "he has a very busy shop" and "he is losing money on my job". I am doubtful that all the cars currently in his shop have waited over 10 months like mine and he received full payment from my insurance company for HIS provided estimate so, I do not know how he is losing money. When I asked why he continued to lie to us about this job and I insisted on a definite date I could come for the car, he said that (another quote) "He would wash it and I could come pick it up". Not cool. I relayed to him that due to these delays I was forced to buy another car for work purposes and will need to sell this one to pay for it, he said for me to "bring it to the dealer as is" and "trade it in". I told him that is not an option and further pressed for a definitive time it would be ready, he told me vaguely "end of November, at the earliest". So, 11 months wait for a job that required no special order parts, just labor (except for new car specific racing stripe decals to be placed on the hood once repainted). Disgusted, I called our insurance company after my final discussion with Richard (on 10/26/21). They could not believe this shops behavior. They sent a tow truck over to pick up the car and bring it to a reputable shop that afternoon. The owner of the new shop is very responsive, friendly and courteous. When my car arrived he called to let us know, made arrangements to meet in person and told us it will be ready in 3-4 weeks (and another 3 for the racing stripes to be added, after the hood paint is dry enough-a timeframe which we are fine with). Also of note is that there was absolutely NO work done at all on my car at Masons from December 2020 to October 26, 2021, when it was removed from their shop. none. at. all. I will tell everyone I know and post on every review site I can to: STAY AWAY FROM MASONS, they do not care about you, the customer. The manager "Richard" is a dishonest and shady business person. Also of note is that because it has been sitting for so long, Richard informed me there are now possibly additional mechanical issues with the car. These will be dealt with via warranty (the car is brand new, having just over 3000 miles) however, they could possibly have been avoided by Masons timely actions and will tack on additional time that I cannot sell this vehicle. COVID has delayed a lot of things, but not for 10 months, for this type of action, and communication goes very far, if by some strange twist it does.

I took my truck in for a paint job because I got a really bad scratch on the door from my garage and decided to take it to Masons. The service was excellent!! My truck looks like nothing ever happened . I loved the paint job and they were so kind and I got my truck back right away!!! I will recommend everyone and will be back if needed.

Richard and crew took great care of my Audi S4. Not a trace of hail damage remains, and I was treated first class all the way through the process. It's not easy to turn something as precious as your car over to the care of someone else for an intensive process like this, and everyone at Masons made it easy and trustworthy.

I took my truck into MASON'S after some damage was done to the rear bumper, tailgate and fender.I was devastated to see the damage done to my baby BUT after taking it to MASON'S it looks brand NEW!! They took really good care of it and paid attention to EVERY LITTLE DETAIL.The guys at MASON'S are FANTASTIC! They did such an AMAZING job I will never trust anyone else with my vehicles. Masons Collision is the way to go. I had some damage in the front and rear of my Hyundai Sonata. Richard, Sebastine, and all the guys worked really hard to replace and repainted all the damage for a great price. The only hiccup wasn t on Masons Collision but waiting on the insurance was a pain in the butt. Thank you so much for your expertise and passion!
