Had the best time working with Alexis to buy my Jeep! She really went above and beyond to help me, she even came in on her day off while she was recovering from dental surgery just to make sure I got the best service and deal possible! Everyone at this dealership was so friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of vehicles at very competitive prices. The Jeep I bought here was the first one I test drove, then I went to several other dealerships after but still ended up coming back to this dealership to make my final purchase because none of the others compared!

Fast, friendly, accurate and affordable service. I had the opportunity to work with Fernando at the Academy location and was very satisfied with my purchase. I arranged an appointment with Fernando and requested to look at a specific vehicle that had just got traded in. He immediately helped get the car serviced and ready to look at in a days notice. We arranged a day and time and when I arrived the car was ready to go and it took a shorter amount of time than I thought it would to figure out paper work and drive off the lot with the car I requested. The service was amazing and I couldn t be happier with the vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Fernando if you decide to get any car from M&F auto. He has great advice and really cares more about the customer than the sale. 5 star service/salesman.

This was my first time shopping for a car for myself. Dawn was such a pleasure working with, she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She helped us negotiate and was overall amazing. I am supper happy with my purchase and I fell head over heels when we test drove it. The service was great at M & F Auto at academy. Thank you Dawn for your amazing help really made the experience worth it :)

The experience we had with the purchase of our new vehicle today with Tony G at M & F Sales was the best we have ever had. His attention and service for all our questions and concerns was outstanding. We also had great service from Tyler Walker our Sales Manager and Rodney Hill our business manager. They all took care of us, made us feel comfortable and got us out the door in A TIMELY MANNER. Thank you all!

Amazing team starting from the sales representative, Manager and the sales Manager. Clearly this place puts their customers satisfaction first and feels that is important. They were very hospitable offering coffee or water giving space and time for me to discuss with my family before making the final purchase. Amazing team I really wish I could give more than 5 stars to this place. I am going to surely go out and recommend this place to anyone looking for another Car to purchase.If your here and Tony Griego is here that's your sales man to go to.

Diverse selection of cars. We had a pretty specific need cost wise that, on our part, was some wishful thinking.After walking the lot with Tony, he found a vehicle that fit our needs perfectly.He let us take a test drive and when we came back everything went really smoothly, no high pressure tactics, just a pleasant purchasing experience.

Enjoyed working with Tony on my car purchase. Communication was excellent and the place has several car lots with quality inventory and fair prices. Tony had a car moved from one of the other lots so I could see both at the same place. I would recommend them for a used car purchase

Our sales rep Dawn Montoya was awesome! Was considerate the entire time when helping us. This is my first ever vehicle purchase and I really enjoyed it because of her. Something id also like to mention was that we had 2 little ones with us and she didn't even seem bothered by them and just made us feel easy with our whole experience here. Cost of the vehicles are exceptional Definitely recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to come check M&F Auto Sales out.

In my interactions with M&F, a dealership where I purchased my Jeep, I have received unfailingly excellent service from four individuals in particular: Lydia, Alex, Dillon, and Joe. Each of these team members has shown a remarkable ability to consistently resolve any and all issues that I bring to their attention.In my ownership journey, I've encountered a multitude of issues with the Jeep, an experience that could easily have left me feeling frustrated. However, due to the dedication and service I receive from Lydia, Alex, Dillon, and Joe, these challenges have become far more manageable. They don't just provide mechanical solutions; they listen with empathy to my concerns, making me feel heard and valued as a customer.It's important to note that my situation might be slightly unique, as my Jeep is heavily modified. This has resulted in me spending more time at the dealership than the average customer. While this added time could be seen as a disadvantage, it's been offset by the experience I've had with the team. Their exceptional service, coupled with their skillset and customer-oriented approach, has turned what could have been a series of frustrating experiences into something far more positive.Overall, even while dealing with a multitude of vehicle issues, the level of service I receive from Lydia, Alex, Dillon, and Joe at M&F continually impresses me. Their commitment to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable, making the process of handling vehicle issues far more manageable and even pleasant. Great place. Was looking for a car and got a call minutes later from Abraham telling me about the car. Went after work. Test drove 2 cars I was looking for. And Kenny helped with the second half. Made it super easy to make accommodations for me and give me the best deal on my trade in and my new car.

At M And F Auto on Academy, my expectations were not only met but exceeded in every respect. From the initial greeting by our knowledgeable sales representative, Kenny, to the smooth purchase procedure itself, the entire encounter was truly exceptional. The Service Department at M&F Auto is PHENOMENAL!!! Dillon went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved and my car is good to go! All the techs I ve worked with here have been the most respectful and personable people to deal with. I can t think of enough words to express my gratitude and respect for everyone and everything they ve done to make this a great experience. Buying my car and having it serviced has been such a wonderful experience with this place. Definitely recommend!!!

Tony and Kenny rock it! They are kind, patient and knowledgeable. Most important, they are honest and will discuss with you roos and cons of the units you may choose to buy, according to your needs and possibilities. Then Rodney Will take care of finances figures and warranty and he's also really professional. All in all, I will definitely go to them when I am ready to update my car.

I've had my 2018 Dodge Journey with less then 32,000 miles on it for 6 months now and I couldn't be any happier. Was already looking at what they had on their website. I go to the lot and find what I was looking at and I get greeted by Tony. Very nice and respectful. Took the car for a drive was really happy right away. Walked away happy with it. Did have some noises I noticed after a week or so took it in they fixed it for free of course (30 day warranty) haven't heard the noise since. Happy customer 5 stars

I met with the co-owner Mike. He has an amazing story about how he and his brother got in to business. What a remarkable story! I wish they would write a book.Mike is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and the industry. He is an extreme professional and stands behind his products. By far the worst experience. Bought a truck that had a coolant leak I found. Waited two weeks to pick up my truck for me to take it right back because it still had overheating issues. Now I had bought the truck and the dealership had put more miles and had my truck in their possession longer than I have after I signed the paperwork. While the truck was there, windshield was broken. They don t want to replace it. I asked the service manager to show me proof that they didn t break it. When they had the truck in their possession 95% of the time and over 95% of the miles was put on from them test driving my truck. I sent this picture or over to the service manager I told him Windshield was broken. According to him he said they didn t brake it. So I asked him to show me proof that it wasn t broken and hasn t responded since then. Very professional. Class act of doing Business.The GM contacted me and fixed the windshield and is working with me making sure I m taken care of. Thank you Lyric,

M&F is my go-to car dealer. I have bought two vehicles from them to date. They always have a wide assortment of top-notch vehicles available at good prices. The sales person that last helped me, Dawn Montoya, is terrific! She was not the least bit pushy, but did a tremendous job helping me find the car I decided to get.

I very unexpectedly traded in my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek for a beautiful 2018 Fiat 124 Spider, with amazing help from Fernado Arras we got my old car traded in and I left the lot with my dream car I didn't even know I wanted and money left over from the Subi. I'm beyond happy with how kind he was and how amazing I feel in my new spider, I absolutely love the people and M&F my family and I have been going to M&F for years and my experience each year is better and better, I've never left angry and always left extremely happy with either a new car or the experience of speaking with kind and amazing people. This is my favorate place to go when looking for a new car, they'll get you into the right car for the right price! Super happy with my lil ghosty spider

This experience with M and F Auto was an absolute pleasure. I discovered that this dealership had a vehicle that I was interested in, after confirming that the vehicle was on their lot we scheduled an appointment with Kenny. Upon arrival Kenny greeted myself and we exchanged salutations. The very next thing out of this gentleman s mouth was can I offer you a beverage? . THIS is the type of service I would expect when you are making the second biggest purchase in our lives. After a quick tour of the vehicle we went on a test drive. During this test drive the vehicle performed amazingly, what was even more impressive was Kenny s listening skills. As I was driving he asked about my life and how things were going, and what types challenges I was having with my current vehicle. He seemed genuinely interested in what I was saying and was actively listening to the entire conversation. Once back at the dealership to our surprise there was no Christmas music playing. Now I don t have anything against Christmas music, its just that most places play the same 10 songs. This dealership had some country music playing at the time and it was quite refreshing. The only thing that could have topped that would have been if Brad Paisley s Mud on the Tires were playing. Once Kenny got all of my information and went to the desk I started a timer. By the end of 15 minutes we had gone through 3 pencils and we had agreed on terms. M and F listened to what my budget was and wasn t pushy about trying to get me into something that would have made my family and I eating ramen just so we could afford a new vehicle. Kenny did something that these other dealership s didn t, he held the appointment. When I arrived I was expecting Kenny and Kenny was my sales person. The other fact that made M and F amazing was their family friendliness. They had a little play room for the kiddos to play in, they had a nice size Christmas tree next to a couch that was very comfortable for my family to sit on while they processed all of our paperwork. Crystal the Sales Manager was leaps and bounds better than any other manager I have dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. M and F Auto also gave me the most amount for my trade in, more than the other 3 dealerships I visited within the previous 3 weeks. This organization is very customer service oriented and extremely family friendly. My final step of the buying process was to go through the finance department. Ron in finance was absolutely amazing, another listener that was extremely friendly. He showed me a range of options and I felt confident that my vehicle would be protected in case of some type of unfortunate circumstance. This entire purchasing experience will lead me and my family back to M and F Auto again when we our vehicle needs change.

I went to m&f today to get an oil change wasn t to sure what to do or the process but I very nice guy came to the rescue! Dillon was more than helpful today he answered all the questions I had and explained everything to me very well! He explained to me how often I should be getting my oil changed and other routine maintenance I should be keeping up on! He was very professional and very helpful will definitely be going back specifically to this location just for Dillon he was great!
