Had an amazing experience at M&M Body Shop! My dream truck got wrecked into and I was so sad. These guys literally took awesome care of my truck made it look brand new again! Tim Trujillo was my agent and he was truly the best! He kept me informed through the whole process. He kept me updated everyday while it was being worked on and just went beyond when it came to customer care. Not only did they do an amazing job but they were so fast! I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking to get their car or truck fixed. 5 star service all around. Loved working with Tim. Great guy. I will definitely use them again for any body work! Thank you guys!

UNPROFESSIONAL 0/10 do not recommend.This is the first negative review I have ever left. I am a very patient person.I opted to have M&M do an estimate for me, even though they are outside of the insurance company s network. M&M came family recommended and I (being a local business owner) tend to support local businesses when I can.Paul was very rude on the telephone when I called initially to find out how late I could drop the vehicle off. He would not even let me finish asking the question before interrupting me to ask when will a Progressive rep be here . I advised him that I did not know (assuming he would know because he just got off of the telephone with the Progressive claims adjuster). After telling him I did not know when a rep would be there he advised me that my vehicle would probably get lost if I left it without knowing when a rep would be there. He went around and around and seemed like he was telling me (without telling me) to take my vehicle somewhere else. When I could finally get a couple of words in I once again reminded him that he just got off of the telephone with my claims adjuster and he should know when the rep would be there to go over the vehicle His response was, oh yeah, I did just talk to them, go ahead and bring it in today! Again I asked the question that I initially called for how late will you guys be there for me to drop the vehicle off? 5:00pm Great, see you in a bit .I was hesitant to proceed with taking the car to M&M after the conversation, but reminded myself that they came family recommended and maybe the interaction would be better from here.When I arrived to drop the vehicle off I was directed to Paul because it was a Progressive Insurance claim. I introduced myself and expected him to remember me since we had just spoke on the telephone. Immediately: Paul: When will the rep be here? Me: We just had this conversation on the telephone Paul, and you talked to the claims adjuster also Paul: Yeah well if you don t know when the rep will be here your car could be just sitting here for days and days Me: Yes, you informed me of that when we just spoke on the telephone. At this point I was done. I told Paul if he wanted me to take the vehicle somewhere else to just tell me!None of the other employees cared. I assume that one of the owners Dave was sitting at the desk in front of me also, and he also didn t care.Thank you for saving me the grief and pushing me to patronize a different auto body shop Paul! As a business owner myself, this interaction made me sad for M&M.

M&M fixed a nasty scratch on the fender of my truck. They had blended the hood to ensure it looked natural. The time it took was a little longer than estimated. That's okay because M&M didna great job and I am very pleased.

Took over a month to get my car back 3 days extra which the insurance wouldn't cover because they broke something not related to the accident. And when I went to pick up my car they only painted one rim so now I have 1 painted and 3 not it looks horrible I know my car wasn't in the best shape. And to top it off now my door won't lock and they refused to fix it saying it's my word against there'sthey belittled me and were very condescending

What a great place with friendly people! After my car accident I had my car fixed At M& M body shop. They were amazing at keeping me up-to-date with the repairs on my car and when I picked it up it was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend them

My husband had brought his truck here for repair after accident and the service was horrible. Zero communication and lack of professionalism. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. The day after my husband got his vehicle back he broke down on the side of the road. The man who helped him refused to fix and told us he d charge us because it wasn t his problem. 0/10!!!!

I do not recommend this place. They wanted to sell me a used part for 80 bucks and the part brand new is 87.99. I showed him and asked if he could work with the price. He shrugged and said no. They will rip you off here.

Absolutely horrible experience! My car is still not fixed. No communication and the complete runaround regarding my vehicle. The way I was treated by Paul was completely unprofessional. Don't let this happen to you, don't use this business until they resolve their issues. I was referred to M&M body by my insurance company (Geico) back in March because of a cracked windshield, so I scheduled an appointment to bring it in. I worked with Marcos who was friendly and helpful. I was told the windshield would take a week to replace. Unfortunately, it took a bit longer because they were waiting on the correct moulding to come in, however, Marcos gave me a call and updated me about it. I appreciated that. Once the windshield was replaced, it looked great! I picked up the car with no problem.Well, two weeks later I noticed a small crack on the windshield coming out from underneath the moulding on the passenger's side. I got out to look at it to find a point of impact but there was none. After driving it that day the crack had spread another six inches. This windshield was either defective or not installed properly. So, I called M&M, no answer. So I called again and left a voicemail for Marcos. After waiting two weeks to hear back from him, I called him again and finally was able to get a hold of him. I explained the situation and he told me to bring the car down to have it looked at. When I took the car down to M&M body, Marcos looked at it and said that there was nothing that they could do. At this point, the original two-inch crack had spread halfway across my windshield. I explained to him that there was no point of impact and that this windshield was defective, so they needed to replace it. He gave me the information of the glass company to have them honor the warranty, so I drove to their location. They were even less of a help. They gave me a copy of the invoice of my windshield and told me to go back to M&M and have them take care of it.As a full-time student and a full-time worker, I didn't have time to to be driving across town to get this resolved. This should have been a simple and easy fix for M&M Body to take care of and get resolved, considering the windshield was defective! When I eventually had the availability to get this resolved again, I called M&M Body, and spoke to Marcos and Dave Gonzales (the owner). Dave told me to bring the car down, again, to have it looked at. So I did. Dave came out, pointed at the MIDDLE of the windshield and said, "Looks like something hit your windshield and that's where the crack is coming from." Dave tried to gaslight me and tell me what I already knew and saw with my own eyes. He was very unhelpful and it was very scary how quick and easy it was for him to fabricate a lie and dismiss my issue.Obviously, I will never go back here again, but I hope this review is a big red flag to others that might want to get their car serviced there. I went back in good faith, hoping they'd take care of me, but ended up being given the runaround. Their office is decorated in numerous photos and pictures espousing their "Christian" community values, but in reality, they're no different than the merchants and money changers in the "Cleansing of the Temple" narrative. They're greedy charlatans and hypocrites who unfortunately represent the worst of Christianity and only care for their community when it makes them look good.Service: Auto glass repair

These guys took in a truck for a fixed front end and took off the badges, that had no reason to take off. And didn't help fixing the wrong badges. Then ripped off thr paint trying to get new badges

Had a minor issue with paint after having my vehicle repaired. I took it back for correction and Paul made sure it was taken care of and even had my interior detailed. Highly recommend.

M&M auto body are the best!!!! I had a hit on my car on Thanksgiving. .Tim...worked with the insurance company no one else would. They had my car ready in 3 working days. Blessings to them. If you need HELP. They are the ones to call.

I took my challenger to M & M auto body, I worked with Marcos, he's great! I was satisfied with all the work, but I recently had a flat tire and realized that my jack was stolen out of my car. I was very disappointed that one of the workers would steal my jack.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This is one of the best body shops I've ever been to! I cannot express how good of a job they did on my car. The entire driver's side of my car was wrecked, and in about a months time they had it looking like new!Communication was exceptional, I appreciated every text and call I got from them, just to let me know the progress of my vehicle, to letting me know parts came in. Hands down they are AMAZING!!!

Great work here!! I called every car repair shop on my insurance list, everyone was booked. Tim Trujillo was the appraiser here, completed the appraisal same day, had it submitted to my insurance, ordered parts, kept me updated. The whole process at M&M was very efficient. Worst customer service ever. They tried to rip me off and charge me a fee ($25) for looking at a part. When I said its color is different, they wanted to force me into painting it for $600. Painting a sedan fender for $600???? I called another business in town and they gave me the same fender in the color I want for just $80. Businesses like M&M should not exist: they profit from tricking people and over-charging them hefty amounts of money. Worst shop ever!!Service: Body & Trim

My 1994 Mazda Miata was backed up into, leaving a nasty dent and paint damage. Thankfully the crew at M&M did an excellent job at the repairs. They event went beyond and detailed the interior and removed a few smaller dents and rubber markings from a previous owners accident. I'm very satisfied with the job done and ill definitely be returning for a future paint job.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

I keep calling everyday since February for Tim but he s never at his desk it s already been 4months still no call back or update when my car is going to get fixed very unprofessional! Would not recommend unless you want to wait a year for a call back.

M&M body did an amazing job on truck! I was told by my insurance that my vehicle will take up to 25 days to complete the repairs. M&M Body got it done in half the time. Very great full for the expedited work! They did a great job that I did not have to take back my truck as there wasn't any issues.

This company is honest, fast, & reasonable. I took my car to them for an estimate. And Paul came out looked at my car, took photos and told me he would have it done & sent to Insurance by noon the next day. And thats just how it went. So thanks to Paul i had the check and the work finished in a week and a half. Ill recommend them to everyone i know. Just a great place to have all you repairs done, and they take care of everything including handling your insurance company too. Thanks to Paul
