Shifty lost a steer tire along side road 1000 tire at this point..Told me it would be 6 hours they forgot about me! Left me sitting. You would think 1000 dollars would help no call no show....I guess call every 10 minutes? Terrible service

Check reviews. Tire shop employees aren't smart enough to work the phones. Doubt they can handle anything on a semi

This is probably the worse live tire care trust me I been to a lot. It takes them 2 hours to change 2 tires and I m outside watching. This is the slowest loves so be ready.

These guys take too long like I wait more than 5hours for just to change the tires. Very bad service

called for road call. took 10 min just kept getting transferred. Finally got mechanic who was having to dump/clean all trash at lot. i called 3am. He said by the time he would get to me it would be 4am. He goes home at 5. So next guy would get to me near 7am.WHY IS TRUCK TRUCK CLEANING THE LOT? instead of helping truckers???

Truck Care " after 2 hours waiting for a Front tire rotation ( 20 minutes job) Very slow they don't care about you or getting back on the road they just walk around and waste time for no reason very unprofessional they need a manager to be in top of them i don't think they even care about their job they just there to complete their shift and get pay then you come and ask nicely how long more they very rude ..

1st, this location is not open 24/7. They don't open till 7am. I checked in at 6:57am, and I was 3rd in the wait list. It's now 9:15am, and I'm still waiting for a call. They have served 3 other trucks and tell me I'm still 2nd on the wait list. Looking at another hour before getting called. Completely ridiculous.

worst service ever. i checked in 4pm for trailer lights .they told me to take 2 hours but they really don t care about your time i have to wait next day in the morning.i went back to check still there is one truck in front of me.why you guys can t say you don t have time or mechanic so we can somewhere else .step up your service games .thanks

Never knew a loves truck stop could be so bad security is a bunch of a*****es that let you park then kick you saying that that spot is reserved which there was no reservation spots kicked me and 4 other trucks. Will never return to this dump

Purchased truck tire afternoon.Came around 7PM to return it since they sold wrong tire.I have been told to wait until 8AM.They don t know can I return it or exchange it.

Service level is too bad , they behave so rude , I checked in for change my trailer tire 7:14 pm Saturday and they say they gonna call me but they not when I call em first they put me on hold and then they say they can t do nothing about it I was wating like 12 hrs , but they talk to me like it s my fault I come here to change my tire . Too bad customer service

I do not advise any driver to change tires or engine oil for your truck, you will totally lose your day here

I arrived here to change a tire on the trailer at 7:15 pm I register, one ahead just to change a tire too It's 4 AM they talk to me to come in to change a tire these mechanics really know how to take advantage of the night shift to sleepLlege aqu� para cambiar una llanta dela traila 7:15 pm me registro ay uno por delante nadam�s para cambiar llanta tambi�n Son las 4 AM me hablan para entrar a cambiar llanta �stos mec�nicos si que saben aprovechar el turno de noche para dormir
