Great group of guys that stand behind their work. Service manager is a pleasure to deal with and was very quick with resolving a small issue we had with a repair. Definitely will have no problem sending our trucks here for repair in the future.

Great place. Trusted. The staff there are very friendly, and respectful, keeps you up to date on what's going on with your truck. Will one of their tech is top notch for sure. Went in with a wiring issue with in 6 hours, he found the issue, and fixed the issue, and found one more issue I didn't know I had which needed done. So 5 stars from me. Definitely give these guys a chance. They are good.

I drove from Utah to get a part. I normally have the part put on hold by our guys. I've not had any trouble with picking parts up this way. However, a "Karen" that works there just asked for part number, instead of checking to see if the part was on hold. Unprofessional and unpleasant person. No worries tho, there are other places where we can take our business. I give a 1 star, cuz one of the other workers was pleasant and helpful. :)

If I can give 0 stars please don t come here all staff lying Mackanic & who on counter taking castomrs I repair in Indianapolis in stoops Freightliner code came on my dashboard-SPN-4364 -FMI -18 I paid there $3940 dollars after two weeks again sing came back in Albuquerque NM i tell this guys I have warranty because I paid for this code already same code came up this people keep me two days but didn t check when I said I want a go they said we checked your knock censer no good I said three months before I charged put both new then they make other excuses who put knock censer they make too tite know we have to cut & make new hole & welding this people make me square & put new knock censers one week they keep me there in motel this dealer have set up with motel this people charge me first day $714.63 then when done charge me $3751.67 total =4468.30 dollars same code came up know after 450 miles I am telling with proofs please don t come here drivers I sowed many drivers here waiting two three weeks they waiting for little problem I request them I am very poor man I don t have money in my account I borrow money from my friends I don t have big company but they don t care white blood people please please don t stop here

I have truck starting issue , they change all battries and starter and in the end they put soot sensor , it took 5 days , like sersly , and after i pay , front desk man in service department was so so rude , i ask for my older truck starter which they changed, and i requested that i have a load in trailer and my trailer can stop running because of diesel, i requested give me my older part ,Firstly the man who gave me my part he ignores me and continuing his work told me to wait , other front desk service man ask me to leave twice very rudly , likeMy point is if they are sitting for us atleast show some respect to the customer who gave you busness , i felt so bad . Like their time is important like our request and our time is nothing to them , its zeroVery badI talked to him by saying SIRAnd he was very rude .I only see this front desk service man behave like this m in my experience.In california they are very good in work and in attending .

05.15.2021..I arrived here toy truck fix. They closed 5 pm. Next day is Sunday they closed. Monday I tell what's problem, say 13 ahead of me will check in evening or Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning fix my problem charged neatby$1200. I start driving after 3 hrs driving I got sane problem. I stuck here for 4 days. And did not get solution what they done in diagnosis time. Their are no 0 star options otherwise I gives 0.

just got my truck back and not very happy with the service provided . I could see from my diagnostic software on the truck that I had a bad NOX sensor and told them that when the truck was dropped. On 12-12-23 27am. On they ran diagnostics on the truck from 12-13 at noon until 11 am on 12-14 to find a bad NOX sensor. The turn around time on warranty work makes the warranty worthless. I feel like this is done on purpose and I also feel like this is part of what is running guys out of business. Zach was very professional and courteous. Im not sure if this is a dealership issue or a Daimler issue, I cant wait for the class action lawsuit to happen.

You definitely got to give credit where credit is due. I can t say this for every dealership and heck it may depend on who you get on a different day at this one but I showed up with a problem with my DEF, they were able to get me in pretty quick and fix the problem the same day the two guys at the front can t remember their names, but they went up and beyond, and I truly appreciative of that

Freightliner dealer is a Freightliner dealer. The waiting time can be short or long. Parking is accessible and the dealer entrance is easy to recognize. You must bring your VIN number with you before ordering a part, if you don't bring it they may not help you with the part you need.

This might be one of the worst Freightliner service points in the entire Freightliner service network. They will not give you an estimate of the time it will take to get your work completed. They say they are open from 7 to 7 each day, but they only perform work from 7 - 4. If you have any choice at all, get your work done at another Freightliner.

Can t tell leave a review about their work. But the service team is apparently incapable of answering the phone. I ve called 5 times at 5 different times of day and have never spoken to anyone.

This is the sorriest freightliner in the United States of America. A simple job that should take 3 to 4 hours will take you at least 3 to 5 days. It is ridiculous.

A customer here that came there on Monday, July 24,2023 to buy repurchase an AC condenser that I had recently purchased on July 10, 2023. I didn't think anything of it, but Ruben had brought to my attention that I could do an over-the-counter warranty swap if I could bring in recently purchased defective condenser . I did. I got my replacement part which is very effective now. He could have let me paid for the the part, but he was very honest,a quality that isn't to prevalent in business these days because you kind of wonder if people are out to get you. In addition Ruben was very professional and exhibited great people skills. He is a natural for this career path moving forward.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I have had a very unpleasant experience at this location and they also did not fix my tractor. They didn t fix the power inverter, apu, the loss of power the tractor has or anything else. Literally got the tractor back to the hotel and ALL codes were on the dash again. I have a cell phone video of this as well! Also one of their employees was extremely rude and beat on my tractor. Sadly there isn t many other options so we are kind of stuck here for now.

BEWARE!! THE WORST service center!! Don't take your truck here!! I don't know how this mechanic shop is still open, they do BAD BUSINESS. I'm reporting them! BEWARE!! We paid over $10K truck sat for months service people LIED about what they fixed. They said the truck was repaired, but broke down 1 week later. We took the truck to another service company and they said NOTHING WAS REPAIRED. Lonestar Truck Group ripped us off! I would never recommend using this company unless you want to pay a Lawyer to get your money back from them. PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!! They have so many complaints!! I wished we had read the reviews before going to this fraudulent disrespectful rude group of thieves. Whatever you do DON'T take your vehicle here for repairs or you will be another victim!!! BEWARE!! I'm warning everyone.

This company can not do anything with my truck. Our truck broke down and I came here. A day later we got my truck and paid almost $2000. After driving 300 miles, the engine check came on again. After 1000 miles to Columbus, we had to go again to the dealer and be repaired. We spent another 20 hours to solve this problem. And again we had to pay. And so we traveled 100 miles and again the same problem. Why can not your mechanics solve a small problem, why should we pay again?

Service is great for your truck or RV and sales would be if they had something to sell, but the parts department is poorly managed and there's a serious lack of communication and incompetency. The parts manager is the problem, by treating employees poorly with disrespect and his constant bickering and will talk bad about you and not being man enough to admit it. No wonder nobody sticks around, the whole place is filled with worthless employees who just don't care. Problem is the parts manager gets a free ride, gets away with all kinds of wrongful actions and his poor judgement goes un- noticed. He pushes people away while creating a unhappy work environment. I ALWAYS tell the truth on these reviews. Big turn around in employees is the proof.

0 star, since Friday the truck has been in the service, we can not wait for the elementary result of the diagnostics and the cause of the breakdown. Don't waste your time, go to another service. The customers we have spoken to are all dissatisfied and wait one week or more to get on the road.(Truck 489)

Took 3 days for them to diagnose a stuck def float. Replaced the doser supply kit on a Monday, replaced def heater on Tuesday and ordered def header because it tested bad . Wednesday get told float stuck and def was empty but that they had pulled a def header off a tank in the parts room to get me back on road. Shouldn t something as simple as def level been checked at initial diagnoses instead of just throwing parts at the truck? Then to make things even better, the technician that worked on truck failed to tighten the lower fairings nuts which let them rattle off so now I ll have to go to another dealership to get that addressed. Don t waste your time or money if you can make it down the road, then I strongly suggest going to a dealer that isn t owned by Lonestar.

So far my experience has been ok... service writer Zach is very polite, professional and helpful. 5 stars to him. 3 only cuz I had to wait a few hrs just to b told come back Monday when they could have told me sooner. May update this later based on the actual repairs.

Service is slow and unprofessional. Came at 4 pm. Mr Kevin said, come tomorrow morning at 7 am to diagnostic. At this evening made diagnostic at Pilot. It shows need to change Knox sensor. Ok, came at 7 am next day. Now they say me that they can get my truck tomorrow or day after, bcs they have a big line.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They don t stick to their deadlines. Took 5 days to change my batteries. Poor customer service and overpriced. 2170$ for replace batteries and starter
