I moved here October 2017 I bought a 2017 Breakout from Thunderbird Harley-Davidson what a bunch of idiots there 400 miles on the bike and I blew out two pushrod gaskets lost almost all of my oil they picked it up on the trailer fixed it under warranty when I went to pick it up you have to assume everything is okay I drove it home looked in the oil tank it was almost bone dry they didn't even replace the oil that's the last time I took it to Harley-Davidson. I heard about Loehmann's through some friends as soon as my 2-year warranty ran out I started going to Loehmann's I get all my service work 5K 10K done brakes everything. See Mike he took care of me down there those guys are great they know their stuff the shop is clean everybody's polite and the prices are very reasonable.

I have been taking my '16 Road Glide Ultra to these guys since it was new. I don't trust T-Bird's shop at all. These guys are very experienced HD wrenches. They see my bike every 5K and 10K, tires, lights...everything. I hit a deer last year and needed a new fairing and front fender. Painted parts from mother Harley were slow, but when they came in the bike was brand new. Thanks Ray, Mike, and Jerome for taking care of Lucille and me for the last seven years.

I stopped just to look around and they where very friendly and willing to answer questions even though they knew I wasn't buying a bike!!! When I do I will go there!!!

Super friendly staff, they know what they're doing, they do the job right, and the best price I could find in Albuquerque to boot!! Lohman's will be the ONLY place I'm going to service my 22' RKS from now on.

Paul, Joel, Mike and all the staff at Lohman's are the reason for this review. I have been using them for 3 years now and for my taste in service, quality, and bang for the buck these are my guys. FLHXS 2014 and FLSTF 1999 are serviced, upgraded and maintained by these gents, (for all issue that I cant do, which is a lot....lol). All I can say is thank you and I will continue to to patronize this shop. That is the best compliment and review I can give.

Very helpful people. They always answer my questions and help me out. I have two bike I take there and they always do good job. They are busy and you just need to show some patience this time of year if you need something done. I also noticed while there they always have a decent amount of bikes for sale at reasonable prices.

Took my 2005 Sportster XL883 Low in for a 5k mile service (it only had 6k miles on it) after I purchased it and they did an outstanding job! Even tightened up a loose rear turn signal arm that I hadn't gotten around to. The bike ran even better than it did when I brought it in with everything smooth as it should be. In fact, I'm about to take the bike back so they can change the 12-year old tires it came with! Highly recommend!

Took my scoot here once never got it worked on but the told me what was wrong with it. Always get my oils and such from here. Good guys, really helpful. Thanks for the seat!

My King went out on me wensday got it back today good as new!!!! But they also shined it up whitewalls and all!!!! Great job Lohmans, Took my King in again this time breaks, Apes Handel bars!!!! Took some time but dammmm did super job again!!!!!! And absolutely true to there estimate!!!!

My muffler clamp came off on my trip through New Mexico. I called and got there as soon as they opened and the gentleman helped me out. I didn t get his name but I sure appreciated his help. Fixed me right up. Thank you Lohmans

Amazing service! We had some battery charging issue with our 2018 Fat Bob soft tail and the guys here were able to diagnose it quickly and have it ready for us the next day. It meant a lot for us as we are very far from home!

I called and they answered their phone, this is a big plus!! I had a noise in my engine on my 1999 Road King, they gave me an estimate and a time frame when it would be ready. When I went to pick up my bike I paid my bill which turned out to be less than I was quoted, another plus!! Then to top it all off they washed it. I can't say enough about this shop except that they are Awesome, thanks for the good experience in outstanding service.

I wanted to share an experience I had with Lohman Inc. I own an older Harley Davidson motorcycle. 1997 Road King (Fuel Injected) I had leaking fuel lines and check valve's. I went to all of our local Harley shops ( Thunder Bird, Larry's, Duke City Harley Davidson) to see if I could have the parts ordered and replaced only to be told that Harley Davidson no longer makes these parts due to the age of the bike. I was given an aftermarket parts web site and told that all I could do was to try and contact them on my own to see if anyone could find the parts. I had no luck. I was even told by numerous places the only thing I could do was change it over to a carbureted system. I was so frustrated. I finally decided to give Lohman Inc. a call. Mike in service not only found the parts, but repaired my bike for half of what I was quoted online. I cannot recommend this fine establishment highly enough. They are honest, fast, and efficient. Thanks again for all you did for me!
