They were very friendly. Fixed the undercarage so quick. Checked all the tire pressures and turned off the light that signaled tire pressure difficulty. They were fantastic and no charge for fixing the undercarage.

Worst experience. No line, not busy whatsoever, had to wait 5 min for the two gentlemen at the counter to finish their conversation directly in front of me before I could be helped. When they asked what I needed I explained I needed a simple tire patch, they said come back tomorrow morning. Oh well I guess they don t wanna work.

These guys are awesome. Took my F250 in for regular maintenance. They found an issue that could of been costly. This shop has honest value. My main go to shop.

Pulled up with a flat tire and was told 2 days before they could get to me......looked out into the shop and saw more empty bays than occupied........great customer service . They should change the name to not include tire if it takes 2 days to fix a flat.......imagine the time it would take to repair your car!!!.

I have been taking my car to them for years and have recommended them to many family members. I use them to do my oil changes, anything tire related and other maintenance as needed. They are honest in their estimates and will tell you what is wrong and just as important will tell you when things are ok. They always do a good job and charge a fair price for good work.

First time customer. I needed an emissions test and it was almost closing time. The guys were super friendly and the price was great! $21 for a two year test report. I was in and out quickly with no problem. Highly efficient crew!

These guys are amazing. They have worked very hard to keep my daughter's car going and have extremely fair and reasonable. This is the best auto shop I have ever done business with. We are very happy and very impressed with their level of service.

My third time going to Leonard s for their auto services. This time was a leaking power steering pump. From the first appointment to this-always a quality job. My car runs wonderfully. As old as she is, they ve done their fair share of work to keep my car on the road.Thank You, Leonard s Tire and Automotive repair.

I needed an oil change again and dropped off the car at around 7:50am. They got it done I'm assuming pretty fast but I never got a phone call. That is a pet leave of mine as I always follow up with my customers which is important. Please make sure to follow up and call the customer when done. I could have got the car during lunch instead of scrambling. Very close to work at I plan on going back. Still a fast oil change and they do other services. Thank You.

These guys are not trying to up-charge you or sell you a product or service you don't need. I came in on Monday for new brakes and to potentially buy new tires. Bobby (sales rep) told me I only needed front brakes and that my tires had at least 4,000 more miles on them. The price was right and less than what I was quoted from the shop closer to my apartment. They didn't charge me for a brake inspection either.Additionally, I watched a woman walk into the shop and ask to get new tires. Bobby came back from talking to the mechanic and told her she had low tire pressure, that they topped off the tires with air, and assured her that her tires were in great condition and ready for the road.These guys have earned my trust - they are consistently honest, and consistently quote fair prices. I'll definitely come back for new tires when the time comes. These guys have all my business when it comes to car needs in Albuquerque.

They were timely and able to assist me same day. Based on the research I did, their pricing seemed fair for the services provided. The repairs are so far holding up nicely. The man at the front desk who assisted me, Richard, was personable and friendly.

Really tried to go to a local shop being new in town. Just needed the air checked in my tires and was looking to make an appt. Showed up 12 minutes before closing. They were all locked up. I work hard and know how it feels to want to leave at the end of the day. But if someone isn't going to receive customers during their posted hours they have lost my business before we even started.

I'd say this is one of the best mechanics in town! My cousin came from California needing some work done and we got her car fixed there. They are very honest and straightforward! This is coming from two women who went to the mechanic by themselves. They are very trustworthy. They know exactly what they are doing and they get it done in a timely fashion. Thank you so much for helping us get her car fixed!

I had and emission test today. Great people and fast service. It took 15 minutes and cost $21.50. I will go again in two years.

Dropped off a set of 18x9.5j wheels and 225/40r18 tires to be mounted and balanced. The gentlemen behind the counter where initially hesitant due to the fact that the tires would be slightly stretched and it appeared that they were not familiar with this. This was all understandable, they seem like a very by the book general automotive repair shop. After explaining to them the purpose of the vehicle and that the stretch was planed they seemed more concerned that their tech would have an issue seating the bead. I left the shop with a small feeling I would be called with-in the hour that they where unable to mount the tires. Fast forward 2 hours and I began to worry after not receiving a call. I called and inquired about the progress and was informed that they had just completed the balancing and my wheels where ready for pick up. Price was very affordable compared to other shops for mount and balance, including Discount Tire, at only $15.00 + tax per wheel!I have to admit that even though I had my concerns initially the guys at this shop are very knowledgeable and where just insuring that I understood what the possible issues with this set up could be. I would recommend this shop for its cleanliness and friendly staff alone.

I had originally taken my vehicle in to get it balanced at Firestone downtown. They told me I needed over $800 worth of service for other problems. I asked my husband to call and talk to them and he directed me to get a second opinion. I drove my car from Firestone to Leonard Tire, without explaining to them about the advice I was given at Firestone. Leonard Tire balanced my tires and said everything was fine. I returned again to request an overall inspection. Then, I took it in a week later as I was driving a two-day trip and they checked the fluids and filled up my spare tire just in case. I greatly appreciate not being told I need repairs I don't need and receiving quality, dependable, hometown service. Thank you Leonard tire! The two-day drive home and back again went great without any car problems! It's been a month since I've been in. I greatly appreciate your honesty!

On a road trip from California to move my kids to Texas for collage our car started making a funny sound. We took it to Leonard Tire and Automotive. They were very friendly and understood we were on a time crunch. Looked at the car found what was wrong, easy tweak of a line and it was fixed. Thank you for your quick and friendly service!

If I could give a 0 I would. They refuse to take appointments and then they tell you to come back after your appointment and then when you get there they come up with a excuse to not do a oil change.

Twice I have been in need of an emergency repair to a tire or a new tire. Both times I was treated with respect. I was called to determine costs, and the car was ready within a short period of time. They are excellent people who do excellent work. The price was reasonable.

Great guys to work with! I got a pair of NEW tires for under 70 each, and paid about $150 with tax, instalation, balance and disposal of my older tires. I got my brakes checked for free and, contrary to what other shops would do, they told me my brakes were in great shape. 10/10.

Great service. During our roadtrip we ended up with a flat tire. Within less than 2 hours they got us back on the road again! Thanks again!

I am truly grateful for Leonard's Tire & Auto Services. Richard help me yesterday when I was in distress and had no help with my flat tire. I don't know if they do this service all the time but they did come out to help me and make sure that my tire was fixed so I can be on the road again. So yes I give him a five-star and will give them more if there were more stars to give. I recommend litters tired of everybody.

Bought 4 new tires for my service truck. The weights were scraping on my brake calipers before even leaving the parking lot. They had to beat the lug off one of my wheels putting a earge dent in it. Less than a month later all eight lug nuts sheered off on my way home. Called Leonard's and they told me that someone tried to steal my wheels and tires and it wasn't their fault. BS I live in Edgewood and they never torqued the wheels. Cost me$300 for a wrecker. Stay away

Good mechanics work here. Have taken our vehicles here for over 15 years..Very trustworthy mechanics work here. Women dont need to worry about getting screwed over by this shop. Good people, fair prices, and quality repairs.

My car hasnt been running properly since they tried to fix it, but they keep taking it back and trying to figure it out. Pat is super friendly amd very helpful. Always willing to make things right
