Chose LHM for my repair needs. Was unaware that they can hold a deposit while waiting for car parts. They have had my car for seven weeks, my service agent has been amazing with communication and responsiveness. However my car parts are just now being sent to paint today, after 6 weeks and still need to be assembled, not to mention the alignment. When I was able to speak to the repair manager, I asked if there was an compensation for the inconvenience the manager offered a discounted oil change Left feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a customer .

I rarely leave reviews, but it's essential to warn other consumers. Larry H. Miller has held my vehicle for 140 days since November 2023, with no definitive return date. Despite being told that parts are on back order with uncertain shipping dates, there's been little communication or action. In February, I personally sourced parts from a dealership in Colorado Springs, but it's unclear if LHM Collision pursued this option. My most recent interaction was frustrating. A LHM employee repeatedly interrupted me despite my request to let me finish speaking. He insisted that I was informed the parts would arrive in April, which is false. If I had been told that date I would not be calling to request an update on my vehicle. Their lack of communication is evident; in over four months, I've received only four updates, most of which I had to initiate. Moreover, they frequently fail to answer calls. I intend on dropping off a list of dealerships that may have the parts needed to complete my vehicle s repairs. This review aims to assist fellow consumers and provide LHM Collision West with an accurate account of my experience.

Seriously so frustrating. I give 2 stars because Brent Scoville was nice to work with (so he gets 5 stars from me), but overall it was so frustrating. I called the first time and no one answered (which I didn t yet realize would be the same story every time) and left a message expecting a call back later the same day or the next day. Life got busy and I realized it had been a week with no call back. So I called again and she told me to just come in, no appointment needed. I brought my car in and instead of being very helpful they couldn t stop talking about how the insurance of the guy who hit me is not contracted with them so they couldn t promise me anything and expected me to leave my car with them from the inspection through to the part getting ordered, through the actual repair, and until they were satisfied they d fully billed the insurance. I told them I could not do that and it then became a back and forth game between me and them and then me and the insurance. Once that got worked out and I had taken the car in, I called to get updates regularly but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Finally, after having been without my car for 8 days I called and they told me it had been ready and they hadn t even called to let me know which was so frustrating. I arranged to return my rental car and pick it up the next day.Short version: awful communication from this place in EVERY aspect: Answering the phone, communicating with the insurance, and calling to inform me of the completion of the repair.

This is the worst location ever. If I could give it negative stars I would. I highly recommend you don t use them for repair work and if you do then do not sign their agreement. I got my truck back and I have had close to $3k worth of tools and electronics stolen out of it when it was in there possession. Their agreement says they take no responsibility for stolen items. The manager even said if your radio was stolen they wouldn t cover it. So they knowingly employ thief s. When I brought this up I was told file it on your insurance. I am still finding things missing and they don t care. They had my truck for over a month when they already order the parts and had them in stock.Update: The manager told me they would reimburse my deductible for the stolen items and now that I placed it on my insurance; they won t even call me back to do the reimbursement. They publicly make comments on here to try and show they care but in reality it is just a false front. I have called and left countless voicemails with no return call.Service: Body & Trim

awful customer service, they said the work would take 3-5 days, and they were supposed to order parts before I dropped off my vehicle, its now been 25 days, they still say they are waiting on parts, and when I call to check the girl who answers is sarcastic, snarky and rude.Edit: once I picked up my vehicle I find they didn't even complete all the work. And the response by owner says they would like to discuss but in reality they don't want to.

They are impossible to reach and are terrible at keeping you updated with what s happening with your car. I still don t have mine back and every time I call them they say it should be done today and someone will give you a call and I have not gotten a single call it has been over a month. This is after them telling me my car was done so I went in and the receptionist had no idea what s going on and called the technician and they told me my cars parts were on back order and my car was no where close to being done. No one called me and i couldn t get ahold of the shop so I had to go in a find out that information when I was expecting my car to be ready because that s what all the updates about my car were telling me.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!! If could of gone 0 stars I would have. I had/am having the worst experience with them possible. **First of all, They have a very rude & incompetent customer service that just leaves you on hold for ridiculously long periods just to say they will have someone call you back... Which 90% of the time never happens... So your forced to keep calling them over & over just get an update on your vehicle. **Second of all they literally just let your vehicle sit there & don't do any work on it untill they feel like it. I had my Challenger towed in on a insurance claim, all it needed was new rims/tires and a new passenger side back window. They got the rims and tires with in 2 weeks but then told me they are waiting on TPMS which are on back order a month out. **I asked if I could just go buy some from nappa or auto zone & have them installed. The customer service lady said we don't let customers bring there own parts in to install them. I soon found out from another dodge dealership that what she said wasn't true & that any dealership can & will install aftermarket parts as along as you call and talk to them. So I called customer service after the month wait & they said the TPMS are another 2 weeks out but we did you the favor of sending your rims & tires to discount tire to have them install aftermarket ones!! (Why didn't they do that sooner???) I said ok so my car should be ready today then & they said well no because **we still have to fix the window.... I asked them why haven't they fixed it in the first place while my car was just sitting for a whole month. They couldn't give me a solid reson. They just straight up didn't care. So now after almost 45 days I'm hopefully getting my car back this week. Larry H Miller Collision West is NOT a professional service at all. They do not care about their customers.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

The collaborative customer service experience between Mark's 1 collision, Enterprise car rental and my insurance company with the referral from my local Insurance agent was outstanding. People I'd like to mention is Josh for having excellent customer service skills, the person(s) whom made my vehicle look new and matched the color perfectly. The front office lady at Mark's, all of Enterprise staff.

Took our truck here for insurance repair. A week later, we finally got a return call and promise to call us back the next day for an update on when parts would be available. No call and it has been another week. Left another message today and four hours later still no call back.

I'm sure that they can do the repair work, but they are Extremely backed up, and could only do a scratch and paint job on our Toyota Camry not until mid October.......... We asked about this time frame back in late August !!!??

Receptionist is the main issues very unprofessional. Braiding her hair, instead of letting her hair go and get the paperwork. Had someone on hold but decided to text on her own phone, before answering the call on hold. She has an attitude, you can tell once you walk in. Besides that, so far everything is good. Would of been a 5 star.

So far, so good. They were quick at completing the repair estimate, got everything approved through my insurance, and helped me set up a rental car. We'll see how the actual repair turns out, and how accurate their estimate of how long my car will be in the shop!

Took my car in for manufacturer warranty repair!! Never fixed the problem completely then have the nerve to tell me other parts needed to be replaced!! None of them needed replacement!! I'm a mechanic!! They tried to scam us and still won't replace the simple part!! Guess I have to do it myself!! Fed up!! $1300 for a simpl $23.00 part!! Scam

The work was well-done even considering the age of my car (17 years old). And even after 30 days and I found a minor flaw, Matt fixed it at no charge to me. You could not tell there was a color difference between new and existing body panels, etc. I will always request Larry Miller Westsiside Body.

The liaison Joseph that I was assigned is always helpful and considerate and is the reason for any stars stars instead of 1. Each time I have service here my car is left sitting for days without repair when they said they were ready for me to bring it in. The first time I was given a price of $300 just for around 4 or so chips that I wanted taken care of. It chipped again days later since they didn't seal it. Maybe I am the stupid one because I have gone so many times back to this place. I figured they would do a better job through insurance but I was wrong. After brought in due to an accident my car was kept for longer than should have been. My car was supposed to be cleaned inside and out, vacuumed, etc. as stated by my insurance. Nope, this never happened. The quality of the work done to the damaged area was not bad. But there is room for improvement. If it weren't for the attachment to the car dealership on the same lot I don't think they would get business at all.

Very professional. They informed me that my insurance would have to approve the hourly rate first.Because of that Larry Miller representative saved me money. Because of there professional advice. I did not get my work done there due to my insurance company not wanting to pay. So I got another car insurance. And if I need care repair I will go to Larry miller Collision.

Zero complaints! Had a claim through Geico for some cosmetic damage to my 4Runner. Props to Geico for setting everything up for me.Marks collision one did everything they said they would, when they said they would (actually finished a day early). I saw the final finish put on, the model type decal thingy on the side, and saw the technician out there with a ruler and great attention to detail. There were no surprises and the car looks great. Right next to it is enterprise rental car, which was also set up for me automatically. Seriously the nicest experience I ve had at a repair shop/post collision repair.

I hit a coyote back in November 2015 and brought it to Mark's to have it fixed. When I got my car back, the bodywork looked okay, but after a day of driving it to work and back to my house (10 minute drive), the engine temperature warning light came on. I brought it back in and they said they fixed it a second time. When I picked it up in January, the engine was no longer overheating, but I could hear a sloshing noise when I turned on my car and throughout my drive (at stops, turns, etc.). It only got worse as time went on, to the point at which it flooded my engine, so I brought back in again this month (March) because my car was still under warranty. It took a week before I had to call them to check in on the progress. They fixed the engine flooding, but when I asked them about the original problem, the guy didn't even remember what I had told him about it. I guess they didn't care to look into it further, because they only topped off my coolant and said it was fixed a third time. After four months, my car still isn't fixed properly (continues making that sloshing noise) and has been getting worse since I picked it up this week. The only redeeming quality was the body work, and even that has some issues. I would recommend taking your car elsewhere. Disappointed.

I could not be happier with the service/work/ease that Marks provided me with during a stressful time. Everyone who helped get my suv back to great shape after I was hit did an excellent job at making the whole process easy and stress free! My car looks beautiful and it was even done earlier than quoted. I m beyond happy with my experience working with marks and with the enterprise and geico teams that they have on site. Will definitely be a returning customer!

My auto repair that was supposed to take 3 weeks ended up taking 6 LONG weeks. I understand that sometimes getting certain parts are out of their control but I was so frustrated by this. Matt was terrible when it came to answering my questions. He was short, irritable and unfriendly. If it hadn't been for Evan, my insurance rep who works out of this auto shop, I would have been absolutely furious. He's the only one who took the time to explain things to me. My repair itself was done very well though, so they obviously have mechanics who know what they're doing. But given the choice, I would much rather take my vehicle somewhere else.

Used to be one of the best auto collision repair shops around but now they could care less about customer service. I will never bring a car there again after the rude service in the phone.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This was by far the worst experience I have had with a collision repair garage. What was supposed to be a two day, simple repair turned out to be over two weeks of frustration! Everyone in the shop from the manager to the estimator, to the actual technicians were extremely unprofessional and took a "didn't care attitude". They would ignore my calls to check on the status of my vehicle to the point that I had to take time off work to see what was happening. They were defensive and down right rude as they did not appreciate my showing up unexpectedly. This was a clear case of a shop taking advantage of the insurance company for "extended labor" they claimed was required.I strongly suggest you avoid this shop and look for other alternatives! It is all about them and how much they can get out of the insurance company. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and they are certainly looking into this matter.Stay away!

If I could go 0 I would. Kept my car got 18 days to replace brake pads, calipers and rotors. Then tried charging me more than what I was told. Only reason I got for why it took so long was "waiting on parts."

Over the years, my family and I have had multiple positive experiences with One Collision, and I cite Matt Baca as one of their most accommodating professionals. The service department of the dealership from which I purchased my vehicle indicated an entire new side view mirror ($400+) would be needed. I got a "second opinion" from Matt. He took a look, made some quick adjustments, and, voila, fully repaired, *and* didn't charge me, and was reluctant to even take a tip. Courteous, honest, professional. One Collision is where I will continue to go.

This is the 2nd time I've did a oil change in the service department. since the change over from Mark's Casa twice they have forgotten to replace next service sticker, then told when ask about tire pressure they only fill the one that is needed .so this means I have to go elsewhere in order to get all of my tires at the same pressure. I've brought 3 300s from 2006-2017 from Mark's Casa and the care/service was great..now I wonder. Weather with the change in dealership if service will be the same .they don't seem to have any problem wanting to do add on services makes me wander weather they would cut corners.Service Department.Service: Oil change

So.. i drive a performance car. I was hit on mt tire and was worried about strut/alignment of the whole wheel, also the side skirt of the car popped off. The car cost me about 42,000$. So i expressed that i wanted the wheel to be perfect, it was my main concern. When I went to pick up the car the side skirt was still popping off and looked like crap. Their main concern was my paint. The paint still has waves on it, and now about 4 months later my whole rim is 1.5inches unaligned... the car pulls to the left now. I hate shops that cut corners just to make more profit. I would never return to this place. If your car means anything to you, this isnt the place you want to take it.

The best thing about this repair shop was the seamless handling of my car repair from the insurance company to the repair shop to the rental car: they all work in the same office and I barely had to walk 10 feet and all was done. They even drive the rental car up to the door for you.Andrew at Collision One was extremely professional and friendly, and didn't hesitate to contact me with all the info I needed.

First, they kept my car for over a month and could not (or would not) actually tell me that. After the original finish date came and went, they kept saying, "Should just be another day or two", and did that for nearly 2 extra weeks. Then on top of that, they left some kind of screw or bolt or something loose on my axle. It started rattling really loudly when I would drive it and when I took it to a competent mechanic to look out, they said that it could have been really dangerous if I had let it go for much longer. So they kept my car for two more weeks than they originally estimated, continually lied to me about when it would be ready, and then left my car in an unsafe condition when I finally got it back. Will never go back to Collision One again.

Incompetent and over confident collision center. If I could give negative stars I would. They had my vehicle for right around a month and I continue to have issues. I always gave them plenty of time and never called to check on progress. I figure these are professionals, they know what theyre doing so as long as it takes to get it done right. Well, after several return visits for the same issues I realize these clowns are anything but pros. The guy acts like im crazy yet every other place I have taken my vehicle says the (mechanical) problems i am having are not normal. After i picked up my vehicle for paint and body work both sides now have an "orange peel" texture and swirl marks all over. This includes parts they weren't even supposed to touch. The paint doesn't match the rest of the vehicle now and I have a brand new car that looks like someones weekend paint experiment. If you like having a beautiful paint job don't go here. If you like your paint to have ripples and your clear coat to be burnt from being over buffed go to this place. I could have done a better job myself. Now im going to have to pay over $6000 to get the entire car repainted and i will be without my vehicle for probably another month. Learn from my mistake and avoid this place at all costs or you will regret it!
