Had my car there after an accident, they gave me an estimate of three weeks, my car ended up staying for 4 months. They kept giving me wrong updates about a wrong car that wasn t even mine. they sent three different invoices and kept charging my insurance more and more money. Paint job was decent.

I was 110% satisfied with the customer service I received at Larry H Miller Collision. From the first phone call to the finish and pick up of my vehicle. Sam was the best. Chose LHM for my repair needs. Was unaware that they can hold a deposit while waiting for car parts. They have had my car for seven weeks, my service agent has been amazing with communication and responsiveness.However my car parts are just now being sent to paint today, after 6 weeks and still need to be assembled, not to mention the alignment. When asked if there was an compensation for the inconvenience the manager offered a discounted oil change Left feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a customer .

horrible turn around time. the customer service is AWFUL. no one knows what they're doing and they take their sweet time. disorganized and they're trying to milk it as long as possible. PATRICIA, QUINTON, BRIAN are the people ive spoken too and its attitude with NO empathy for anyone else but themselves. would go to car crafters with any future business.

Wow! What a scam! Progressive and Marks Collision One...First off they didn't repair the hood damage caused by the accident claiming that they "measured" it and it could not have come from the accident.Secondly, There was additional damage to my car while it sat in their lot!Neither of these issues were on my car before it was hit. If ZERO stars were possible I'd have used that. I will be filling with BBB and getting a lawyer.DO NOT USE THESE people unless you don't care about your vehicle!

Don t waste your time here. Went in 3 weeks ago for a repair estimate and USAA and I still have not received it. Called multiple times and was told I d be called back by the representative handling my estimate, Patricia, but never was. Taking my business elsewhere.

I was impressed. They were professional, prompt, efficient and did a great job when someone smacked in the bumper of my baby. There is no evidence of the previous damage.

Had a great experience with this company even though the parts for my car were on backorder for a while which was at no fault of their own. Nyk made the insurance and rental car situation very easy for me and kept me updated on my car's status frequently. Everything looks good and is running smoothly and they even took the time to take some sap off my car while they were washing it which was very kind of them! Thanks LHM!

If you are in no hurry and don't mind being in the dark on how your vehicle is preceding through the repaire process then cone on in! 7 day estimate on repair. Waited 1 month to get in. They didn't order the parts until I dropped it off. 22 days later job done. They did most of what they said they would do but didn't polish out the damaged rim. They replaced the hub cap that mostly hid the damage though. And then said I could leave it longer while they contact the insurance company to grant more repair.... what they did do was done right and well. So there is that..

I had hit a steel trash can on the freeway that someone lost. Damage didn t look too bad to me. Wrong! Nyk at LHM Collision East looked it over. My 2020 Hyundai Tucson needed some major work. Major parts that had to be replaced include the radiator, condenser and transmission cooler, bumper cover and the main front bumper. We were planning on a vacation in 2 1/2 weeks. Nyk said they would try. The parts got ordered and we re delivered on time. The guys jumped in and by God, they got it done before we needed it. Nyk handled all the insurance paperwork and couldn t have done anything any better. He even took care of some paint chips and made it look new. They even detailed it! I would highly recommend these folks at Larry H. Miller Collision East to anyone who needs an excellent body shop. I don t know what else I can say. Let me start by saying this place used to have good customer service but the idiots they have working there now (at least the people I dealt with) should be working at a burger king because that s the kind of service I received. Incompetent, lazy, rude and just do not care about you or your car. The guy wasn t even going to fix everything broken on my front end. Couldn t even remove the bumper which mind you was being held on by zip ties to do a complete look over of my damage. 0/10 Do not recommend 0

Not sure how they stay in business. They originally told me my collision repair would be done the same week, then told me the following Friday, then the next Monday, and now the end of this week. Three weeks of car rental expense, all to replace and paint a lift gate. To the tune of $3000. Also, they never call to give status updates. I have had to call each time. I m not even in town, and they have ZERO consideration that I have to rearrange work and my schedule for whenever the hell my car will be done. Excellent & Courteous service, AMAZING customer service, Jorge was very professional, courteous and supportive of my needs; my house burnt down in wildfire on April 22, 2022 we are displaced and location we are staying at there was a large rock and destroyed our front bumper. Jorge made my needs priority and was very caring and empathetic to my needs. Jorge is an incredible asset to your company!!!!

Took my vehicle in because the mirror on the left side was loose. Nyk Leyba went above and beyond for us, and took care of the mirror free of charge. This day and age customer service you just don t get it like that. It reminds me of the days for customer service was first and foremost. This is the worst place you could take any vehicle on top of never getting the work done and refusing to explain to the insurance company correctly I'm out over a 1000$ outta pocket for something that was a result of being hit by a drunk driver. They kept my vehicle 14 days and never even looked at it I finally made the decision to pick the vehicle up and am still driving with a wreaked vehicle waiting for a call that parts came in(going on 3 months now)

I started using this body shop in May 2017. They were prompt in calling me back and updating me on the status of my car. Blake was responsible and excellent in his delivery of customer service. I would consider myself on the picky side and I was very satisfied with the work that they did.I m honestly surprised to read all of the other reviews that rated them poorly on customer service and repairs, as I have not experienced anything even remotely close to that. I just recently had a rear end bumper damage repair and again they were fabulous!I would encourage anyone to do their own research and give this place a try because I have nothing but great things to say about their staff and their dedication to their customers.

I was switching my license plate frame and one of the nuts was not coming out. So I went to Larry H Miller Casa Collision East to see if they could help. It's been about 2 months since I've been in the accident and they still haven't been able to fix my car. On top of that the have delayed the car ready date 3 times which is ridiculous. And last but not least the customer service has to be the worst I've ever seen. I have had to call every single time to see what the status was on my car. If I could rate them 0 out of 5 stars I would.

About three weeks ago there was an attempted hotwire on my car and Geico had my car taken to Mark's. To say that the experience of having them work on my car was frustrating is a tremendous understatement. Look, I understand delays, ordering parts, having to wait on the dealer to fix certain things, etc. My uncle is a mechanic; I know that these things happen. That said, a little communication goes a long way. If you take your car to Mark's be prepared to never hear from them unless you pester them constantly. When they didn't even call me to tell me they ordered parts for my car/started work I was willing to let it slide (apparently they were swamped). However, when nearly 3 weeks go by and only once in that time do you contact me on your own accord I get pissed off. I would be told something would be ready by a certain time and hours or even days would go by without a peep from Mark's. When I FINALLY got my car back today and brought up my frustrations to the mechanic in charge, his response was, "Well, I have a lot of other clients. I told you I'd call you when I knew something." Frankly, when I'm paying you over a thousand dollars to fix my car that's not good enough. When you say something will be done by a certain time and that time passes I should not have to call you and pester you to get a response. That is terrible customer service and could easily have been remedied; a two minute call updating me is all I ask. I don't think that's a tall order. Anyway, if your car is at Mark's prepare to be kept on the dark during the entire process unless you call and light a fire under them yourself. It was exhausting but that's what I had to do or I might be sitting here three weeks later without a peep. The only reason this is not a one star review is that, from what I can tell in the last few hours driving, everything was done on the car well enough and the thing is running. Will they fix your car? Probably. But don't expect anything above abysmal customer service.
