Untrustworthy DEALERSHIPNot veteran friendlyrun away from here or you will be the next victimPurchase your vehicle from someone else.Especially sales MANAGEMENT!You're as grimey as a dirty cop!Service Department where they physically service your vehicle, is the only good thing about Larry Miller.I wouldn't trust buying a vehicle from this establishment.The only thing they care about is how many peoples lives can they ruin. They could careless about your negative equity or financial problems, they just want to put you ina vehicle and put money in their pockets from their commission.Always quick to try to sell you a vehicle, but never quick to help with maintenance or other issues.

I took my 2021 Chevy Colorado to get looked at for my key getting stuck in the ignition (floor shifter) and forward nudging when driving at a slow speed or coming to a break (transmission) I took it in to Chevy to look at since I trusted them when purchasing a vehicle so why not have them look at it. I took it in on Thursday Feb 22nd to be told that it would be $140 to just have them look at it... this immediately got me at an aww since previous dealerships would look at your vehicle for free if it was purchased at that exact dealership. I live in the east mountains so I didn't wanna feel I wasted my own time driving it down, so I dropped it off. I received my quote by text message on Friday the 23rd with at least $700+ of services and mind you I take very good care of my vehicle with not missing any maintenence schedules and if something goes wrong I address it right away. I was not expecting a quote of $700+ on a new vehicle with 39,000 miles, which includes $140 for LOOKING at it. Financially I can not afford this so I called Chevy and requested to speak with a manager... the gentlemen on the phone who stated he was a manager didn't seem too concerned as I explained my current situation but didn't at all forget to mention since I'm having issues with my current vehicle why not trade It in and make all my issues go away... which is the same situation I was in with my last vehicle... I traded that vehicle in for this one since I was advised it would be the best option (Coming from a Chevy Saleman back in June of 2021)... I should have know better but I'm a "female" so what should I know... The manager said okay ma'am, let me run down to service and speak with someone regarding your vehicle and your bill and I'll call you right back. After an hour plus the gentleman who checked me in called and asked if I was able to see my quote, I responded with yes and asked if anyone spoke with him and he said no... I waited all afternoon to get a callback from this "manager" who didn't and has not yet called me back to help me. I spoke with the gentleman who checked me in on Saturday morning after waiting for this manager to get back to me all Friday afternoon and stated that NO one had talked to him or anyone in service. I have moved forward with just paying the $140+ tax to have them LOOK at it.*Should have known better about this when my mother in law went through the samething for a different reason with her 2019 Chevy Colorado.This experience has definitely taught me that Chevy is all about money and customer service is DEFINTLEY not #1. I will not be reaching out to any managers as I will remain waiting until a manager contacts me.

Called on dealer on a Saturday they said the service department only does oil n lube services on the weekends. Made in appointment to have battery checked and replaced if needed.Waited 2 hours when they came in to tell it was the battery but they didn't havey battery in stock but would have it in the morning , if took the car it would have to jump it even after I had explained that since I had jumped it 2 days ago it has been working. I asked how can I get or when the battery would be here , was told whenever I got here it would be here. Arrived at 7:30am was told they are unloading the pallet now with the batteries on it. It is now 10:14am still waiting no one as come to give any updates.Don't think I will ever recommend Larry H. Miller's service department.

Initially this became the only place I would buy a car and I have purchased 3 from this place. I am not sure what happened but their priority is not customers it's sales. I purchased a vehicle about 3 months ago. I was called to come and get the registration paperwork and title. I went in about 5 days later. I live about 45 min away. Upon arriving nobody could find the paperwork and then said it must have been mailed to me the week I was notified via telephone. Another week goes by and still nothing so after calling back they found it in the office and asked if I would pick it up. Now for the second issue. I traded another vehicle in about 3 weeks after this with another dealership. I went back to claim my gap and warranty from casa. I was told the check would be sent to me and not the bank and the check was just waiting signature. Fast forward over a week and I call becouse it has not made it across town yet. When I called today the check was still sitting in a basket waiting on signature. Not only that but they will now be mailing it to the bank instead. He said should be another 1-2 weeks. So I asked if it will sit another week in the basket of course the reply was no it just needs signature. Of course it does it's been sitting in the basket over a week already. I'm not sure where your team and dealership went downhill in customer service but I will no longer do any business here. From buying a new car with them to this nonsense. The process is very simple and I have gone through it many times sadly and never once had this or these types of issues.

Yes I had my Chevy serviced today.1. I responded to a FaceBook opportunity to get a special price. I signed up and made the appointment. When checking in i found that the discount didn't apply so I was going to be charged full price.2. I bought and installed a new air filter 1 hour before my appointment.3. After an hour or so the Service Advisor advised me that my air filter needed to be replaced. I kinda lost it and called them a bunch of crooks. I informed him that I had just installed a brand new air filter two hours before my appointment. I told him to go and inspect the air filter himself.4. He didn't say anything but spun around and about 15 minutes later he indicated that he and the Service Manager did inspect the air filter and found it to be brand new.5. Of course he apologized and took $20 off my bill.I have always used the Chevrolet Dealer for my oil changes because I had a sense of honesty and professional service rather than the reputation of some of the oil change services. I now find that I was misinformed and of course I'll never use this dealership for any service, repair, or potential to purchase a new car.I know I was probably singled out because of my old age but I'm not as senile as they would like to think I am. I'm smart enough to recognize a scam when its so poorly executed.One has to wonder how many other trusting customers have been scammed by Larry H Miller Casa Chevrolet and the many other Larry H Miller dealerships in just Albuquerque.Service: Oil change

Worse experience. The service advisor doesn t care about customers. I purchased the wheel/ rim warranty for my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado and when I have to use the service . I was told they had to submit a claim to have my rim replaced 5 months later O haven t heard anything and when I ask claims take time . Then I get a flat take my tire y the dealership because the warranty doesn t patch the tire they replace it with a new so I was told. I had to wait a day and a half to get my tire back patched. I had to pick up my tire and bring it home because their techs had left for the day and no body could put the tire on my truck until Monday. So I have to drive all weekend with my spare tire. I can t believe we pay all this money for these warranties and when we have to use them we can t.

It seemed that I could not get through their telephone tree two days before my service. I wanted to confirm that I wanted a tire rotation and the time that we'd scheduled for my arrival. I kept getting bounced out. In the really tough business of auto sales and service the losers fail to follow through and correct communication problems. When I reported this the service person assigned to me, he said "Yeah. Their having problems with our phone system." They surely did have a major one on the day.After dropping the car off I got a text message asking me to "...reply START to opt in to service updates..." I did and a following text stated"...You have successfully subscribed to messages from this number.." The problem - I never got a text telling me what was happening to my car. I did get a phone call from the service person telling me that my car's work was finished.Service: Tire rotations

I had a FACTORY RECALL issue. Scheduled an appointment and was seen promptly at that time. Couldn't ask for more professional, or friendly service. Facility and waiting-area were immaculate. Took 3 hrs for job to be finished, but it was apparently worth it. God bless Casa Chevrolet, and many thanks for kindness shown, to me! Zero starsThe worst negligent service I have ever received. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for Saturday 5/28/22. When I left the dealership my rear driver tire fell off my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. Stranded at a gas station about four blocks from the dealership. I called the service advisor and he said they called a tow truck to come get my truck back to the dealership. After a three hour wait for the tow truck. The truck arrives but doesn t have the equipment to get my truck up with out scraping my truck. I had to source my own tow truck. My tow truck guy arrives and gets my truck back to the dealership. All service employees had left for the day it s 8:20pm. Service advisor had called me saying they had rental car reservations for me and that I need to go to the airport to get a vehicle. I go home and sleep. I Wake up Sunday 5/29/22 to go get the rental car. I get to the airport and they tell me the reservation that was made can only be picked up at an enterprise rent a car in the city and not at the airport. I proceed to contact the service manager to see if he could help me get a rental car. His response was they are closed and never responded to my calls again. So it s Monday Memorial Day. I call the GM of Casa Chevrolet and leave a message at 10:30 am it s 2:20 pm still no call from anyone. So to summarize. My 50k dollar truck is out of commission because of the negligence of the service department. I had to source my own tow truck and neither service manger or general manger care enough to call me back to get me a rental car. This is the last time I ever purchase anything from Larry H Miller Casa Chevrolet. They have wasted my time, left me stranded and haven t contacted me because it s an inconvenience to their weekend. When they ruined my truck and the plans I had for Memorial Day weekend.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The time it takes to get an oil change done and yes, they do check for other items. It is a might long still. 2.5 hours. Another reason for a lower rating is trying to get ahold of anyone at this dealership, to found out the status of the service. Since I was shuttled to an appointment, I could not reach anyone, not even Sales. I left several text messages to the service agent provided me. There is never anyone available to answer phones. I have left phone messages and NO, no one returns your messages at all, ever. What's the point? When I arrived back, there was no call operator on duty. They expect everyone to communicate their needs via the website. Well, that doesn't work either very well. Especially when you have questions to ask. They've cut back on personnel to save money, then don't wonder why you get low ratings. It's called Service Department. But the 'service' isn't there.Service: Oil change

The past two times I have taken our 2020 Traverse in for an oil change as well as requested the back sunroof shade/cover to be fixed. The first time I was told that the part needed to be ordered and I would be called, I was never called. I called asking about the part with zero returned phone call. The second oil change I told them when setting up the appointment that it needed to be fixed on the phone and the part was reportedly ordered and the lady said she would look into it and call me back and never was called back. When I dropped it off I told them it needed to be fixed and the service man told me he would look into it. When I picked it up it was not looked into and he asked the service manager and the service manager said it was never on the service request the past two times. Then he walked away and did not care that it was an issue. Another service person said I had to make another appointment. This car is under warranty!!!! The service at CASA is horrible. We own a Toyota and we have never had a problem with the Toyota service department.Service: Oil change

We purchased our new vehicle on the evening of 1/26 and the detail department was already closed. We were told to bring the vehicle back on Friday 1/28 and they would detail it for us.We did and waited almost 2 hours and it was just washed and the front windshield was cleaned and the window stickers were removed not vacuumed or wiped down. There were some kind of fluid spots on the dash the night of purchase that were still there after the supposed detail. I ended up cleaning the vehicle myself.Very Disappointed.Service: Auto detailing

Trying to get ahold of the service department is like pulling teeth from a lion while it's awake! It's impossible. I always have to call my car salesman to help me get ahold of them! But when the overall service happens if they say an hour plan to spend at least 2 hours instead. The check in/out clerks are very nice though! This place was bad from the start of purchasing this car . Oil change was scheduled, screen shot of apt. Got there and told I don't have an appt , then told the online scheduling they ask you to do does not talk to them in service dept. Everyone you talk to has no idea or care about anything you ask . When I bought the car the papers were thrown at me die to having my own financing and using theirs. I could go on and on. Wish I never bought the car . I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at to see what was needed. I ve been using this dealership since I bought the car and this experience was not the best by any means. I ve been told that when the car has to stay, a car ride is offered. That has never happened for me in any of my experiences. I sat there in the lobby from 9am to 1pm waiting for paperwork on my vehicle. The mechanic did not return to speak with me. I finally asked for an update and was told he was out to lunch. They took the car to the back, asked me to wait, never communicated anything concerning the car or paperwork, so I asked for my car to be brought back to the front so I could take it somewhere else. That was the only thing done right away. It seemed as though my business was not appreciated. I was not treated with the same courtesies nor attention that other customers were receiving. I witnessed many customer arrive after me and leave before me. To say the least I was very uncomfortable with this treatment.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Took way too long and never answered my phone calls when I called to check on my vehicle. When I got my car finally, I drove it around in the parking lot and the transmission cable fell off which caused me to not be able to put it in any gear, I called someone from their service staff to come look at it and he got the mechanic who worked on my car to look at it. The mechanic said I needed a new cable and tried quoting me over 200 for a new cable after I just paid 1100 to get my car out. After I said I couldn't pay for a new cable because I was flat broke, the mechanic seemed upset with me that I couldn't pay for a new one so with no other option I asked if he could tie the cable on for now until I fix it later on and he clamped it on in about 20 minutes and said not to blame them if it fell off. They should have found that problem in the first place and added it to the bill I just paid instead of adding a new bill, these people think I'm made of money or something,like I can't even work because I have no car at the moment and now I have to worry about my cable falling off and I won't be able to drive. And how are you going to get upset with someone because they can't pay an extra $200 for a $40 cable. I'm 25 with no job,they're lucky I was able to pay to get my car back at all . But overall awful service, they did fix my transmission thanks to the warranty company I pay for monthly, but then charged me for other parts that my warranty couldn't cover, and didn't fix the transmission shift cableService: Transmission

There is a young man working in the service department named Rod Rodriguez who was completely unprofessional and when I had questions about a warranty I purchased through the dealership he refused to refused to look up any information for me and told me that I could look up My own information. When I was just trying to see if the 3 oil changes I purchased would be valid after the one year mark he proceeded to ask me what is it that I am confused about, look up your warranty information chin. When I told him I'm not confused just wondering if you could save me the time digging through paperwork by looking it up in your system he stared at me like he wanted to square off and fight . I won't even be using my 3rd service through this company because of the awful experience I had with this young man I have friends that work for Larry H Miller dealerships and I will no longer be referring any business nor will I be shopping within this company again. I have Have a business where we turn Chevy trucks into fleet vehicles and I had planned on continuing my business there up until this last oil change I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere and you can thank Mr. Rod for that periodServices: Tires, Oil change

I bought a 2002 Suburban however the seller did not have the key to lock the center console. I stopped by late on a Friday afternoon and the gentleman working in the parts department was very A) Very Polite and Courteous. B) Knowledgeable not only about the part but also where to look for it.Unfortunately the part I needed was no longer in production. He did offer a couple of suggestions on how to resolve my problem. Altogether a pleasant if somewhat disappointing interaction.Update: I actually found a guy on ebay who, with the 3 digit serial # on the lock cylinder, mailed me 2 keys for around $15.

I went in on a Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. Using my truck on Sunday on the highway I discovered that I cannot go above 50 miles an hour without violently shaking. This is due to the fact that they did not even check to see if the wheels were balance before the rotation. Completely disappointed do not take your vehicle here to get repairs of any kind. I bought my vehicle in first safety recalls. They have my vehicle back to me leaking oil. Took it back so they could fix their mistakes they gave my vehicle back making a loud noise sounds like something is wrong with a valve or something. When I took it back they told me that's how its supposed to sound. Absolutely worst! If you go here have a attorney ready! Wish I could rate negative stars

At the moment of arrival a sales person came up to my husband. When he realized we weren't interested in buying a car he began to disrespect my husband. My husband is not a tiny guy so you can imagine how he behaves with other people. Once his manager heard the discussion all she said was I'll talk to him again (again?!). From there nothing was done. Extremely poor experience. Will never come here again.

I have been having my 2005 Corvette serviced at LHM Casa Cheverolet Service Department for fifteen years. Their Service Advisor, Richard Chavez, has always been attentive to my concerns, knowledgable about service and maintance requirements, honest and friendly to deal with.
