Eddy did an amazing job. I had a leased vehicle that was due back and needed an extension and he helped me through that process. He kept in communication with me for a month, letting me know when a sienna became available so I could grab it. When I arrived to purchase the new vehicle, he had everything ready for me and the process of returning the old vehicle and acquiring the new vehicle was effortless! He even put my kids car seats in the new vehicle for me. Highly recommend!!

Sebastian helped us make our car dreams come true! We went in inquiring about the new sequoia and Sebastian took the time to explain all of the features, understand a bit about our family so he could point out things he thought would be important to us and overall offered outstanding customer service. I had shared my time constraints with him and several times saw him running from one end of the dealership to the other to help me make the deal work and get me out on time. I appreciated his professionalism, respect for my time and when I gave him my bottom line for what I wanted to pay he worked hard to get it done. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had! If you re considering a vehicle from American Toyota, definitely ask for Sebastian. He will take good care of you!

Martin Quintana was an exceptional assistant service manager. He was able to inform me great information to relay to my family about the vehicle we had serviced. He was on point with his estimated time of when my vehicle would be completed. He was great with making sure I was comfortable while waiting for my truck. I went into American Toyota after communicating online with my salesperson Ramon.We explain to Ramon exactly what we were looking to accomplish both with our trade and in a new vehicle.Ramon did not waste our time. He got right on it and worked up the exact deal that we asked for discounting the car and giving us what we needed for our trade.The experience was quick and pleasant and I believe at the end of the day both parties achieve their goal.Thank you Ramon and the entire American Toyota staff for a pleasant buying experience.

My husband & I purchased a '23 Highlander a couple of weeks ago. Nash Reynolds & Ryan were our guys. They were professional, helpful, and laid back. We named our "out the door amount." They made it happen. They ensured tires were rebalanced, detailing was thorough, and the vehicle was perfect. We LOVE the new vehicle. The buying experience was pleasant. Definitely appreciate that.

Searched all of New Mexico trying to find a bronze oxide TRD Tacoma. It had a lot more than I expected, the truck is beautiful. Thank you to Sebastian, and Ramon and their team. I just want to give a huge shout out to Emanuel Wright for his outstanding customer service throughout the entire buying process of my 2023 4Runner. First off, I haven t had the best experiences with car dealerships in the past and Emanuel changed that for me. I contacted Larry H Miller American Toyota online after looking at a few 4Runners they had on their website and found that those were already spoken for. However, he happened to have one that was coming in that had checked all the right boxes and then some on it except the color. I wasn t sold on it .Lunar Rock. I ve never been a fan of grey type colors when it comes to most anything but I told him I d come and check it out anyway. Well, I just happened to get there as he was pulling it around from the back from being washed. The sun hit it just right as I showed up after work and well .. let s just say that she s nicely tucked away in my garage as I m writing this. Emanuel was so easy to work with and was patient with me with all my questions. He set everything up for me when it came to the tech that comes on it through my phone and showed me all the cool features. His colleagues speak highly of him as well. Emanuel was amazing to work with!

It was a great choice to go to American Toyota for our first car! Nash Reynolds was our salesperson and he was super helpful. He made everything easy for us and he even delivered the car to our home when we were out of the country. 10/10 dealer and people. Highly recommended!!!! We are also super happy with our new 2024 Toyota RAV4 TRD off road!

Absolute worst service experience ever. Appointment time 10:45, I showed up at 10:30. At 12:45 I had been given no update and I found out my car hadn't even been brought in to be looked at yet. They then wanted around $580 to run a diagnostic check that would not guarantee it would even fix the problem. I asked for my car so I could leave. 15 minutes later still no car. Car was eventually found and brought to me with the seat all the way back, every mirror moved and strong smell if gasoline in it. First and last time I will use this service department.

Excellent service and attention to detail! Just rolled off the lot with a brand new 2024 Rav 4 hybrid. Mr. Ray Spacagna was a dream to work with. I got every feature I wanted without getting stuck paying for a bunch of features I dont want, best of all it was for the price I could afford and worked with me every step of the way! Cant thank that guy enough! If you are going in there looking to pick up some new wheels, ask for Ray Spacagna!

While my service experience has always been acceptable, 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection, at a facility literally built for such service, with a scheduled appointment, is absolutely unacceptable. If you don t have enough technicians, don t schedule so many appointments. The actual service takes maybe 30, 40 minutes tops. My truck wasn t even looked at until 1 1/2 hrs after my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately I purchased a 3 service package to save money, but I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on.

Had an appointment at 1:30 today and went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I informed the service rep that I was waiting for my vehicle. I got a text from Toyota saying if I had any questions to text Angel and she would respond so a little before four I tried to text her no response. I waited three hours Before I was able to get hold of somebody to tell me my car was ready. is not acceptable. I do not think I will utilize this dealership for service anymore. I had a similar experience when I had my brakes done and it would be two hours and it was over three hour's. had an appointment for that services as well, but they didn t even start the service for an hour after my appointment time not acceptable

A great experience this afternoon at this Toyota service station, and Angel Santos was super as my advisor. As an older woman travelling alone I tend to worry over mechanical issues, but I was reassured here, after an oil change and complimentary multi-point inspection, that all is well with my vehicle and that I can carry on with my travels worry-free. Thank you to Angel and the mechanics who helped me today. 100 percent recommend.

I worked with Angel Bayona. He provided great advice and insight. He was an excellent salesman, but also very willing to work with me with my requirements for pricing. I liked that he was down to earth and trustworthy, and will be going to him for my future purchases.I didn t expect to leave with a vehicle that day, but Angel did an excellent job swaying me with everything I wanted (From price point to features). He gave honest opinions and passed all the tests I normally give salesmen to establish whether they have my best interests at heart (play dumb and see what they do). He is one of the best sales specialists I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them. I ll continue going to this location as long as Angel is there.I believe hard work and dedication should be rewarded, so I am obligated to make sure management is aware that Angel is the ONLY reason I left with a new Tundra the same day I visited for a test drive. I am a first time Tundra owner and have never been at your dealership before the day Angel sold me on the new pickups. Thank you, I am very happy with this purchase.
