Great company I needed a tow for my Semi truck they came right out and towed me to the shop and charged me a very reasonable priceUpdate just picked my truck up from the shop after getting a transmission work doneThe shop told me that they had to replace the main airline from the compressor to the rear of the truck that the tow truck driver broke it and that it would cost me around $500 total with labor and parts. I nicely called the tow company and explained the situation the shop went to put my airline back on after they were all done with the repairs and told me that it had to be replaced. When the tow truck driver took it off he broke it. The gentleman that I spoke to I m assuming is the owner was a real douche bag. Basically told me I was lying. Then told me that his drivers have been robbing his company. Told me he d call me back never gave me a return phone call. I wouldn t do business with them in the future horrible customer service not from the employees, but from the owner.I gave them five stars and said they were a great company. I take it all back they re horrible and they ripped me off and broke my truck.

I'm so happy I called here. Unexpected car trouble is the worst and it was nice to be able to call a place that was friendly, understanding and had great communication. They answered all my questions and I was able to follow them to the repair shop. Response time and price was reasonable. I felt taken care of and although I hope to never need a tow truck again, if I do I would call Knittles Towing again.

My vehicle was stolen and recovered by the police department. Knittles Towing Services was called out to tow my vehicle. They carefully checked and handled my vehicle with care. The staff are understanding and have great costumer service. I definitely would refer them to friends and family.

I needed an in-town tow, and they delivered. They were on their way to me within 10 minutes of me first dialing the number. Also, my car was stuck in park, and they took extra care with shims to avoid tire tread damage. It was fairly priced as well.

Not only do they have amazing personalities but they pulled us out of the (only blizzard in NM lol) 10 stars baby!!! If I could! I wish I would have known the guy's name too, he deserves a raise and Vaca lol all I know is he is an army veteran. Thanks alot guys!!!! Appreciate you a lot!!

I ve used Knittles a few times to tow my Frieghtliner semi. They are professional easy to work with and most importantly affordable, but BARRY their tow truck driver takes to another level.He s a true professional,on time, communicative and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Was heading back home from Santa fe last night when my tow truck broke on me. Contacted Joe with knitters and he came out in a short amount of time and got me off the highway and to the dealership then gave me a ride to a motel. Thanks so much for the help.

I had a tire blow out right along I-40 and Knittles was recommended to me, they had a tow driver come over in about 10 minutes and the driver was super helpful, friendly, transparent about the pricing and gave me some solid advice to keep the rest of my tires from blowing out since my tires had dry rot. Would recommend for them for sure!

On our way thru Albuquerque, NM, my car hauler lost a bearing on I-40. Stuck in 5pm traffic, Knittles Towing came out after giving a good rate over the phone. They understood my predicament and got my trailer and car to their yard. They gave me a reference of 360 Tire to come out the next day to assess the damage. In the meantime, Knittles Towing kept my car in a safe location and allowed 360 Tire to work on my car hauler. Since it needed a new axle and bearings. Knittles Towing (Pat) also helped reload my car onto trailer. There is so much gratitude I have for Knittles Towing Crew. Thank you, so much!Service: Special vehicle towing

Manage a circle k site. Was recommended duggers who totally blew me off over removing an abandoned car in front of one of my gas pumps. Looked up Knittles. Person I spoked to on the phone said they would handle it and be there in a few hours. They showed up within the first hour. Thank you Knittles will recommend and call you next time your services are needed

Extremely disrespectful and rude owner. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and the comments that were made about my wife right in front of me and I was disgusted with the owner. I will not be returning for any sort of business and I suggest you steer away!! Save yourself the distress by avoiding this business all together

I have had many experiences with tow yards. And trust me they don't have a heart beat most of the time. The owner and his staff here gave me a blessing by working with me on the price and the situation I was in. These people care and aren't here to rip you off. I am truly grateful. Knittles towing services has always been there for me when I needed them. I've used them several times over the years. And each and every time they had my backPrices are fair. Response time is decent and they're knowledge on towing in different situations from when inhad an accident to towing my big long bed truck. They know what they are doing!Great people and upmost professionalism in my opinion.Thanks Knittles!

Had an issue (air compressor) with motorhome stuck in fuel lane at Loves Travel Stop. Young man that came out from Knittles was awesome! He saved me a tow by charging my air so I could get off the lot. He was very knowledgeable about motorhomes, towing, etc, etc . Plus a very personable and nice guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any towing related issues.

My parents needed a tow for the rv and Knittles was the only ones that would help them without charging $2000. It was less then half that. They also was so kind after our 6 calls that night. Highly recommend them both great customer service and great fee!

Was cut off on freeway at night by their truck and when I flashed my brights it turned on it's sirens as though that made it ok. So I had to pass the slower moving tow truck on the right and then the truck started driving erratically as though it was trying to run me off the road. Drivers shouldn't have to worry about a several ton truck poorly and dangerously driving around at night. I have never used them to tow one of my many vehicles, nor will I ever. I called the company and left them a message about the experience as it happened. Hopefully they communicated what was done wrong to their driver or let them go. Otherwise I would avoid their services.
