Blew a tire on a cross country trip. KC gave me a great deal on a set of 4 used tires and had me back on the road in under an hour. They were super friendly to deal with and had a ton of new and used inventory. 10 outta 10 would use them again.

Great place! The workers are helpful, honest, and quick. I went in planning to get 4 new tires, but they inspected my tires and informed me that I just needed to get one fixed. I couldn't be more grateful for their honesty with me. 10/10 in my book, I would definitely recommend these guys 100%!

I got a tire from KC Tire recently and it was a smooth process. Edgar helped me out and he was really knowledgeable and patient. The whole staff was friendly and made the experience pleasant. What I liked most was their big selection of both new and used tires. I found exactly what I needed without any hassle. If you're in need of a tire, I'd definitely recommend KC Tire. Solid experience all around.

We blew a tire on I-40. (Awful place) The roadside assistance guy recommended KC Tire to get it the tire fixed. KC was accommodating and efficient. We felt we were in good hands. (The tire was shot, they sold us a replacement.)

Was told mounting the four tires I brought to them would cost $150. Was charged $170 and told the markup was because of tax. They kept the old tires without asking or informing me. Or informing me about any disposal fee. Poor communication.

$20 for a patch is ridiculous, all other tire shops in Albuquerque are $5. I ve never paid that much for a patch in my life. Also it took them almost 20 minutes for them to do it and there was only one other person in front of me. Don t recommend, I m never going there again.

Location: Right as you exit South on Coors off the freeway, making it a good location.Price: 2 used tires (size: p235/70r16) $80.00+ tax = mounted and balanced.Customer service: Good service. Fluent in English and Spanish. Also checked back tire(s) air pressure, making sure they had the correct air pressure for safety.

On our road trip we ended up blowing a tire about an hour away from Albuquerque. My boyfriend is a tire man himself so he put our spare on to get us to town Saturday night and we were a bit concerned about getting a replacement on a Sunday, in North Dakota service on Sundays is difficult to find. We found KC Tires and they had us in and out with a tire in 20 minutes flat. The guys were fantastic, friendly and got us back on our venture home! Great price and service 10/10 would recommend this shop for service!

I have bought tires here 2x's. George & Casey are so kind & considerate. I couldn't ask for better service! Its almost like being with family!!George has been absolutely great in helping me! I will never go anywhere else & I will ALWAYS tell everyone to go see them. Their prices are so incredibly reasonable!! BEST tire shop in town!! Thank you KC Tires I am so happy to be a customer! Called KC tires on a Saturday afternoon because we could see a nail in our tire and another very large tire chain refused to even try and fix it. Adrian took a look agreed to fix it. When he pulled it out, it was not actually in the tire so he did not even charge us. Prompt, friendly and courteous, and on top of those, NO charge!

We just went today to get a patch done on my acadia. Chris was really helpful and polite!! It was under 30 bucks and they were super quick. I got it done during my lunch and it was such a great experience. I'll for sure go back again whenever I need tires.

The guys here at KC Tire are always phenomenal. They are quick, personable, and their prices are always the best in town. Adrian really helped us out this last week with new tires. We have been coming here since moving to the valley in 2015. 5 stars!

These guys are amazing!! They never fail to impress or take care of us! I bought a used car went in for 4 new tires at first he said I didn't need them yet (trying to save me money since they looked good) but said he wanted to give the tires a check to be on the safe side, I watched him pull the tire off and the inside was starting to shred, so glad he checked! I got a great price as usual as well as amazing service. ALL of our vehicles have KC tired on them. Thanks guys!!!

Great place to go for used tires all the guys there are AMAZING!!! I highly recommend them! Fast service friendly and knowledgeable staff and management. You won t be disappointed!

We are from out of town and needed tires really badly. We stopped here, and they treated us like family. They got us 4 used tires that looked like new, and even gave us a free car wash. Walmart was charging us the same, for less quality work. Walmart tried to scam us for more money by charging us more after what they quoted us. We love supporting local business and would definitely recommend these guys any day!

Owner came out right as we drove up. He had several vehicles in front of my vehicle. And He was very attentive. Straight forward with prices and what options he had for tires. Saved me $150 that I was anticipating spending somewhere else. We waited maybe 35-40 minuets considering there were 4 other vehicles ahead my mine. Thank you KC Tires!!! We will definitely return.

Purchased 2 used tires for my SUV. The tires look decent for the price. I was told it would be $60 out the door and when I got here I walked out paying $80+. Not to mention the long time they took, which by the way I was also told on the phone they could get it done in ten minutes. This place is very disorganized and needs some new management, and their customer service could use some improvement.

They gave me a fair deal on a set of used tires to put on my Jeep that I was going to be selling so I could keep my expensive oversized tires. They were pretty busy so they offered to give me a ride back to my house and pick me up when the work was done. Great service! They seemed like a bunch of hard working guys.

Stopped by more than once, they were showing me tires the weren't any better than my old ones.It seems like unless you want to buy a new one they aren't interested in your business.Have to laugh how other reviewers happy about the used tires they got for $40-50.. That's way too much.Shop around because I got good used tires for $25..

Watch out for these guys!!!! Bad communication!!! Ordered tires and rims, one rim came damaged. (Not their fault) but told it would be on a two day delivery, going on two weeks later! No call! I have to call them to see what s going on. Bad communication is bad for business!! Not recommend! Love to keep business local but it s like they don t care about my sale!!!

Great experience with these guys this morning. Had my truck towed to one of the big chain repair shops that doesn't offered used tires last night so I went out to grab some used ones today. Got what look to be a near new pair of matching Yokohama tires for a very reasonable price. I was offered help as soon as I pulled up and they took care of me quickly so I could get the tires over to the other shop to have them put on asap. They told me to come back if I had any issues even though they weren't going to be the ones mounting them, that's good service. I know where I'm going next time, highly recommended.

Definitely would go back! The first time I went into the shop I thought I just had a messed-up leaking Tire Carlos pointed out to me that I had one tire was leaking and two of my other tires were so worn out because my alignment was off that one of them was about to blow he gave me a really good price on two tires as well as patching up the one that was messed up. After a couple weeks I had a little accident and literally destroyed two of my driver side tires he took it upon himself because I couldn't drive the vehicle back to the shop and I had lost my tire lock key to come to the house after he was off of work and use his time to come and take my tires off for me so that I would be able to get them to the shop the following day that's amazing customer service that someone is willing to go and do that for you and then Not only was he able to help me out in that way by taking the tires as soon as I got the tires to him he gave me an amazing deal on two new tires to replace the ones I had just destroyed and then allowed me to come back with the car and made sure that all my tires were good balanced and filled up I definitely recommend them over and over again for any of your tire needs and definitely ask for Carlos he does his best to help you and goes out of his way! Thanks again carlos! Plus the lady at the front desk is really nice so just great ppl all around.

I called and asked how much it would be to mount and balance new tires. I was told it s normally $120 but they would do it for $60. After the work was done, I was charged $90. Not even two weeks later, and my car shakes when I accelerate to 60mph on the freeway. I now have to go somewhere else and pay to have them balance my tires because this place did not do it. I have a one year old and this place put both of us at risk when they didn t do the job they overcharged me for.

Got a flat (destroyed) tire while traveling to Denver. The manager on duty and his crew were extremely helpful and got me fixed up and back on the road for a great price. Highly recommended.

I was on a road trip passing through Albuquerque (10/29/16) with a used car I had purchased. Due to other work needing to be completed, I was not able to get the wheels balanced before I departed on the trip. (Driving from Kansas City to Las Vegas.) While I was about an hour East of Albuquerque, Google brought up KC Wheels & Tires as a tire shop in the area. I called and Adrian answered the phone. I told him what I needed and that I expected to be there in a little over an hour. He said to come on in and they would get me done as soon as they could.When I arrived (the Coors Blvd. location was right off I-40, which means very little detour from my trip.) I spoke to Adrian, and they immediately got to work on balancing the wheels. In 25 minutes, the work was done, I had paid and was back on the highway. Vehicle rides much better with this work done.I appreciate the speed and accuracy with which Adrian and his staff were able to do what I needed at a very reasonable price and get me back on the road! If you need tire or wheel work in the Albuquerque area - HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop!!
