I understand why this business is so well rated. I arranged to have better headlamp bulbs for my Grand Cherokee. Chris here corrected previous advise to fit HID bulbs, and found halogen options at a lower price. He stepped in personally to make sure this happened. A great business.

I am a senior woman who has been taking my old lincoln to Jj's for many years. The service is excellent, honest, and very fairly priced. They guarantee their work. They have treated, and taken care of myself and my car and as if we were family. For all you ladies that have been ripped off, and talked down to at other auto places, please give Jj's a try. You will be so happy you did. I know my car and I are in safe hands.

Angelo was very professional to work with. I had an alignment done here, they gave it straight. I had a slight concern of it pulling right about after picking it up. Not a problem with he shop, I ve had this happen elsewhere in the past.The difference here is: Even though they had every bay full they were quick to throw it back out on the rack for me even late in the evening.That s the last thing any shop wants to do late in the day, but they were committed to making it right. I appreciate their extra effort to make sure it s not pulling and keep their customers happy.I ll be back.

Highly recommended!! Dependable fast and quality work done. Mechanics are ASE certified. Been in business for a long time. Fees are reasonable and the waiting area is clean and the restrooms are spotless!! BUT. ... I returned 4 months later because I had a punctured tire and the mechanic told me I needed 4 more tires because my alignment was bad or my suspension was damaged. The tires went way up in price and the salesman wasn't real eager to help me with any Goodyear warranty. When I went somewhere else to get alignment done it wasnt far off at least not enough to wear that much... It was really disappointing the guy fromm JJs was dismissive and unhelpful because they lost a good customer and one that works at a auto part store who used to refer them customers....NOT ANYMORE!!

These guys and ladies are the absolute BEST!! I have an old car, which I love, and needed new brakes, I was so leary of the mechanic shop rip offs in this town...but JJ's took very very good care of my old beast of a car and me. I received a set of custom wheels I had waited 8 months for, and was told by a handful of friends that I should only take them to JJ's and to have Chris install them. The shop was very fast, professional, friendly, and did an exceptional job at handling the wheels. Chris installed the tires I provided, and made sure to handle them with care. I will only be using JJ's from now on for all of my wheel and tire needs. Highly recommend their business!

First time customer. Took my 04 Suburban in to have the AC looked at. The experience was great! Their recommendations were honest, prices were fair, service by Jeff, Angelo and Chris was awesome. This shop is a MUST go to for your vehicle issues and problems, Chris the owner and Master Tech of the shop he wears all the hats from turning a wrench and diagnosing a vehicle straight into answering phones and being a business man ,straight back into the hood of a vehicle, he's techs are all great at wrenching, Chris NOT only checks for the main cause of a problem him and his team do a full inspection VERY detailed to catch any other issues or arising issues in the future so you don't have to come back with another problem they make sure your vehicle is 100 percent, Chris and his team are very honest and fair they are not there to steal or cheat anyone out of money , he's shop is is one of the last of the greatest he's whole team make it a great shop

Jeff is an excellent mechanic. He diagnosed the three initial issues with my vehicle in short order. He also provided me a detailed list of secondary vehicles items that needed to addressed. He did not over sell the repairs, only performing repairs I identified. Work was completed in a very timely fashion. I heard the commercials about JJs and when my van broke down I decided to take it there. Not only did they fix the massive oil leak, they said my battery was shot, needed wiper blades, and they said my brake pads were fine. They did a full inspection. I braced for the price and it was very reasonable! JJs is my new auto repair shop from now on!!!

So I had my Cherokee worked on here 2 years ago and the reason I am writing this now is because I found out how bad the work was. Took it in for a cylinder misfire and didn't get it back for 3 and a half months, yes 14 weeks later! They ended up replacing the cylinder head, told me they changed the spark plugs but that didn't happen, but I was still charged for the parts and the labor. I was given the car back twice during the time and had to take it back after each time since the check engine light would come back. I had a hard time getting info on what was actually going in the long time they had it and now two years later am finding out more and more as the misfire happened again. Leaking gaskets, sparkplugs so black, they look original (77,000 on the odometer) and I paid 3,600 for repairs that didn't last two years. Take it how you will but this was my experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They do excellent work and are very friendly, and trustworthy. They are not like other shops I've been to where they misrepresent what is wrong with your car. This is where trust comes in. When they give you your estiment of repairs, know everything they say needs to be fixed is factual. I would highly recommend JJs for your all your car repairs!

I was temporarily in the area purchasing a car and noticed I had a screw in one of my tires. I learned of JJs Premier Tires and Services and immediately went over to see if I could get this repaired. Talking with the front desk receptionist, we could get serviced but it will take a couple of hours as the team of four was already stacked with services. Chris inspected my tire and in talking mentioned that we needed to get back to Colorado Springs, Co. hauling a trailer and could risk driving as is assuming the risk. Chris shook his head at me with that professional No, that is not smart and want you to get back safely discussion and agreed with his advice. My son and I were pulling out what we needed from the vehicle expecting to be here for the next couple of hours when Chris walked up with ticket in hand and said he is going to get us out of here as soon as he can and going to work it now. Surprised and absolutely grateful I handed the keys over! This care of clients and professionalism speaks of the highest of service locations and companies that I hope more would follow!!Service: Tires

Heard advertisements on radio about JJ's so decided to take our vehicle. They are extremely busy so I had to wait about 7 works to drop it off. Hardly any parking so i had to drive around the building a few times before finding a space. Went in, they told me it may take 2 days to get to it, cuz they were so busy but i said ok which seemed a little odd since i was laready scheduled to have it serviced. They addressed 2 issues (which were fixed) but they also noticed a few other things that should be addressed so I agreed to have those things addressed as well. Quite expensive, spent $740 but glad it was done. I think it was a little much, wish it would have been less but no issues so far. Not too sure if i we will go back, too expensive, too far for us to travel. Very friendly customer service though.

I took my suv in approximately 5 months ago for tires, I got the best deal there. Since then every time I have had a nail or a leak in my tire they have been great at fixing it at no charge.About a month ago I took my car elsewhere for an oil change, the company charged me for the oil change however never change the oil or replaced the oil filter and did not warn me about low coolant. My car started overheating and telling me to change the oil 4 weeks out after the oil change. I took my car to JJ's and they found out the problems no oil, no coolant...I came very close to blowing my engine. Due to the overheating I called JJ's and Marquez asked me to take it in the next morning.Marquez and Angelo were fantastic, when I walked in I was greeted by both gentlemen with a happy face and willing to help right away. They explained what they would do to figure out the problem. I left my car there and within an hour they had figured out the problem no oil and no coolant. They also found that one of my belts was getting ready to fall off. They quoted me a price and took care of everything and repaired my car and got me back on the road in no time.If you need to get your vehicle serviced please go to Marquez and Angelo at JJ's Premier Tire & Service. They will not disappoint.I have vowed to never go anywhere else for any type of service. Excellent service! Some of the best I've seen. We pull up and we're looking at the car we're there to drop off and JJ himself comes out and ask if everything is ok. You can drop the car off when it's convenient for you and they will do a full diagnostic and tell you how much everything is going to be BEFORE they touch the car. I got all 4 wheels changed, oil changed, boot fixed, cabin filter changed and axil alignment for just $630. Definitely going to come here for all of my services.

Friendly & helpful. They SHOW you what needs to be done & why. Bought 4 new tires. One downfall; they left greasy, dirty fingerprints on the INSIDE & outside my glove box & center console. When I questioned them about it, they said the mechanics were looking for a hub key. My hubcaps are not locked. The mess angered me but the violation of someone going through my things upset me greatly. Any mechanic can LOOK at a hub & know it's not locked. Plus, they could have just asked. Just be aware...

JJ's has great service and great tires. I travel about 60 miles a day interstate and never had a tire issue. I only wish they were open on Saturdays.

Wow! What does it take to get your attention? Obviously, walking in the door, standing at the counter, and staring at the person sitting there doesn't do it. Should we need a flare? A trumpet? Anything for you to acknowledge that a paying customer is STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU would be helpful. Trying to patronize a local business here, so don't let the big box stores destroy you in pricing AND customer service. Discount Tire is the next stop.

I was called by JJs Premier yesterday saying the service would take under one hour so during my lunch break I came over to get the service done. However when I got there I was told the service would take two hours instead of one. I wasted time, gas, and money because of the bad communication with JJs Premier. Not a good experience at all.
