I have been getting oil changes at jiffy lube for many years, and every time I do, it s a good experience. I keep coming back because they are always very friendly, knowledgeable and have great customer service! No matter which location I go to, it s always the same great service! I appreciate the good work they do too! Plus the free popcorn and soda is a bonus lol

Service was great. I was in and out. What I did like the most was that the young gentleman that did the service. When it came time to do the selling part, cabin filter, tire rotation, etc. I mentioned that I was only here for oil change. That young man did not push it any further so I didn't feel pressured to purchase more. And he is a good salesman. If I would have had enough funds I would have bought the other services. Over all it was a good experience so thank you

The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. They did quick service and a great job. Services are affordable and they take the synchrony car care card which is helpful. I've gone for several oil changes and got to do brake service as well and no complaints at all. Staff was helpful, clear, and I will definitely be back. Thank you jiffy lube team!

The gentlemen here are always friendly and professional. I've been bringing my vehicle there for years. They always tell you what's going on with your car truthfully (unlike Honda) and make sure you get the best service at a fair price. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. Cohesive team that communicated well with each other and clearly and professionally with me. Service was fast, detailed, and polished. I m thoroughly impressed at how much they ve grown in customer service engagement since my previous visit. Tight ship!

All personnel were attentive & curteous. Manager knew the online discounts and took the time to review them with me. One thing though, after I was down the road my wife opened the glove box and it fell to floor. Whomever checked cabin filter didn t replace the locks holding glove box in its place. Small inconvenience but should have been handled. Great service experience though.

A quick place to get an oil change. I was a little disappointed on my last visit. When I left I noticed the tech left oily fingerprints on my vehicle s sunvisor. I spoke to the manager and he offered to try and clean it, which I declined, I m glad that he offered though. Hopefully they can use it as a learning moment and are more careful next time.

Pretty bummed that in the middle of the day, this Jiffy Lube location wasn t busy, but couldn t service my vehicle as their manager was gone and no one knew how to take payment for service. They had plenty of technicians available. Not sure what kind of business turns people away during business hours. Would not recommend this place if you re looking for good service.

I've been to this jiffy lube location 2 times and will be coming back. Very professional treatment both occasions, Ryan explained everything to me and made sure I got reminded on my next visit of services needed for my car. Its a busy location, I recommend you head up there early.

The professional lube techs are super friendly and knowledgeable and the only reason I went ahead with the service there are only doing there job thank you for the hard work and excellentservice.My 3 starts are for the unreasonable prices. My 5QT full synthetic oil change standard on most cars less than 100,000 miles.Company wantes to Charge $140 dollars that is outrageous and the reason is just because they want to no special oil no special filter so I went to Autozone and spend $41 for 5QT full synthetic mobil 1 and filter due to promotion at the time (normally 40 for oil and 15 for filter) I went back and was still charged $63 for labor even after providing oil and filter this should at most cost $30 to $50 from the multiple place I have gone to.I spent 42.86 (oil and filter)at autozone and 102.47 (labor and air filter)=145.33 total without an air filter it would be much cheaper close to $105 rangeOver all $140 is a scam and absolutely not ok for a normal new car synthetic is less than $5-10 more than conventional oil at the store and even less when you buy in bulk. Hopefully some saves money and the company look at changing there prices thanks for the read have a great day.

Topped off oil due do my car burning oil or...? They were very quick, checked all fluids, topped off 2.5 quarts, I ate some popcorn and soda for the 10min I was there. No hard sales pitch or upsell!

This is a great Jiffy Lube location-- it's the first Jiffy Lube that captured the correct mileage on the invoice and on the windshield sticker, as well as writing the actual and correct type of oil on the invoice. I've always wondered why that's so difficult, but THIS BRANCH GOT IT ALL PERFECTLY RIGHT. Thx. I'll be using the location ONLY in the future. :-)

This location knows nothing.. I asked them to put the axle hose up and one of the workers said it s the break hose and it s breaking.. Than they didn t even come out to let me know that computers aren t working at all.. Had to call them..

I had a great experience! I've never been to a Jiffy Lube and I was very impressed with the service! The waiting room has soda and popcorn. They even vacuumed my car!! I'm definitely returning! Thanks guys!

They were super fast for an oil change! Quiet area to drive to, and comfortable waiting area. The location is good if you have a long wait, too. Plus, they have refreshments
