I plan on using this Jiffy lube as my go to location. It s convenient to my work, they were extremely fast and courteous. I was in and out in less than 20 mins and they gave me the pricing up front. Thanks for the great service and see you all in 7k miles!

Very fast service! Very friendly! Clean facility. I had a question about another issue with my vehicle and the attendants lead me in the right direction as to where I could have it repaired! Will return!

Perfectly fine. No run around. Just asked what needed to be asked, vacuumed, cleaned up the windows and filled the washer fluid with the oil change. Offered air filter service for K&N filter cause they are smart enough to know what it is.

I always come to this place , but this time I was very disappointed. The oil change package comes with cleaning the glass window and vaccum the floor. None of them was done. I had to tell them and then they vaccumed half of the vehicle. The sticker wasn't put on which tells you about next oil change. Those techs were only worried about about how much extra money they can extract from you. Bad customer service. So much for oil change, and still they won't do a good job. Pretty bad!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was good accept they didn't vacuum the interior which on the service checklist that stated completed. I said something to the young man that pulled my vehicle out and handed me my keys about my interior not being vacuumed and just shrugged his shoulders and said have a nice day.

This Jiffy Lube off of Gibson and San Pedro is the BEST location I have been to. They are always so kind, and they do such an incredible job when I bring my vehicle to be serviced.

I was very disappointed with the store on Gibson. They wanted to charge me $10.50 for a top off because I had two previous top offs. For the money they charge for an oil change that's just greedy and poor business practice. My car is a four quart capacity. Their regular oil change is five quarts, so technically they were not out that much oil. I have been doing business with them for 20 years on two vehicles. No more,!!!!! You just lost a faithful customer.

We don't like to post negative reviews, but this one is important because of the potential damage done by the team at this Jiffy Lube. This shop was busy with employees: there were eight people scurrying around the work area, and the person who worked with us was so busy trying to "upsell" different services, different types of oil.Unfortunately, the result was nearly disastrous for our vehicle: Not only did this crew add the WRONG type of oil to the engine, but they also did not replace the oil fill cap.RESULT: When we arrived in Santa Fe almost half of the oil had sprayed from the oil fill around the entire engine area.We were fortunate that we could take our rig to a Jiffy Lube in Santa Fe to have the correct oil added and the engine cleaned of all the sprayed oil. The Santa Fe Jiffy Lube team did a wonderful job, and we highly recommended them in a separate review.DO NOT patronize this Jiffy Lube at Gibson Ave. in Albuquerque unless you have an emergency. If you do stop here be sure to double check their work and make sure they replace the oil cap!

Oil change was quick and professional. I was disappointed to learn that Jiffy Lube at another location had improperly installed a cabin filter a few months ago and had to be replaced now. I was also disappointed after today s visit when I discovered only the driver side tires had been aired up, but not the passenger side tires. according to my vehicles tire sensors, there was 6 pounds of pressure more on the left sided tires than the right side of tires.

NEVER COMING BACK TO JIFFY LUB. some of the staff are friendly but one Guy is pass of aggressive. I don t give the 5 stars because the owner wanted to charge me 750$ for a rotor / brake change. when I asked how much are the rotors, the man said 45$ each plus the brakes so I assumed it would be a 200 $ + job, when he told me it was gonna be 750$ to get it done, I told em I didn t have that much money if they can just put some brakes on it because I had my infant baby with me, besides the FACT that they made me wait 3 HOURS, he denied any service and said he wasn t going to do it unless I change the rotors as well, so now I had to drive my truck with no brakes with my INFANT baby to another spot where they charged me 200$ to do everything I had asked from jiffy lub with a 1 year warranty.

Dishonest service. They will dip the chemical test for brake fluid on old fluid, and say you need to change it. My car only had 20,000 miles at that point. I didn't change it there, but I brought it to a Jiffy Lube in Austin, TX. They did the same chemical test, but in front of me this time, and showed me that my brake fluid was as good as new. They said they didn't know what kind of service they were doing in Albuquerque, but I shouldn't trust them.

Was my first time here just wanted a oil change and they messed up both my back tires by carelessly jabbing where the tire valve cap gets air now I have to keep putting air in both the back tires twice a week ever since I took my car there.. first and last time being a customer.

Speed of oil change was good, everybody was nice. The problem is all my windows are dirtier than when I pulled in. Much worse, wish I could post a pic. Like they used a dirty or oily rag.

Worst experience of my life! Deserves no stars. The MANAGER snapped off my lug, didn't even tell me, just put it in my cup holder, rotated my back wheels to the front (different sizes), put in my new brakes improperly, and this all took about 3 hours. When I came back the next morning, he knew why I was back and stated "nobody told you about your lug?" You're the manager! They said they'd fix the weird whirling noise I heard, but didn't and sent me to their Lomas shop to get everything fixed. The Lomas shop did what they needed, but not a single apology was made or even something simple as a dang coupon or reimbursement. Manager did not seem to care at all that he was caught messing up. Do NOT go here people! They messed up numerous times. I didn't do anything to these guys, yet they damaged my car and made my front tires scuffed. I'm livid! I hope the corporate manager reaches out to me!Service: Brakes
