Came in for a rock chip repair. When I found out I could get additional chips repaired for only 10 dollars each more, I had them do all 3. They fixed all three very quickly despite it being a Friday afternoon. They do good work.

The two stars are for the people s good customer service. Jose was kind and did the best he could. Last time I came to jiffy lube, there was poor communication, and an issue with the invoice, and though the windows were supposed to be washed, they were just smeared. I called them on it and they told me my next service is 50% off. They told me it was attached to my account and all I had to do was show up, and that it didn t expire. Fast forward to today, and there is no discount attached to my account. I pressed for them to honour it, but they only gave me a partial discount. I am not happy and won t be going back to this location. I haven t looked at this invoice yet, but the service seemed fine this time and the windows look clean.

They installed a new battery that had a complicated install procedure after my battery failed suddenly. The men who took care of me were all professional, friendly and kind. They even checked to see if I was comfortable in the waiting area. When I left, they told me to let them know if I had any problems and they'd take care of it. Excellent experience all around.

Definitely will be going to jiffy lube from now on! I can't believe I never considered them until now!!! I went in a little after 9 and they got me in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change, as it should be. Customer service 100% with full transparency and very informative! Thank you so much guys!!! keep up the strong work!!!

Greeted by very nice attendant. Went through my car needs, oil change, and he ask about additional services, which were needed and overdue. Had coupons which he said we would use at end, had very fast service, but unfortunately forgot those coupon deductions! Otherwise, great and pleasant service.

I thought that vacuuming is part of the package. Did that change? Your prices are out of control. Almost a $100.00 for an oil change. The only reason we went there is because of a coupon sent in the mail. Your staff was very welcoming, courteous. I was first in line so didn't take very long to get me in and out.

Good service, cheaper than the other few I checked in the area. Would absolutely recommend checking online for coupons, they ve got some good ones. The guys who did my oil were quick and good at their job.

Store was dirty. I waited for 15 minutes in the lobby with no cars in the service bays being worked on. Techs didn t have their safety glasses on, nor did they have any sense of urgency to get my vehicle emissions tested. I won t be going back to this store again. I was very disappointed with their lack of customer service. I hadn t been to Jiffy Lube in 15 years, I was not expecting this type of poor customer service from a very reputable company. Lots of improvement needed.

Upselling when I really just needed an oil change. Quick to point out problems with the car despite parts being new (tires, coolant, brakes, wipers) none of these things needed replacing but jiffy lube definitely thought they did. If they tell you somethings broken. Take it to your own mechanic.

I had 2 smalls cracks in my windshield. Never thought Jiffy Lube did chip repair. They were very nice and polite, but did a piss poor job on filling the cracks!! On my way home I can still see the crack reflection by the sun. I will not recommend Jiffy Lube to repair cracks in Windshields.

I felt like walking into a cave for their waiting room. All and the black blinds were pulled down and closed shut. They told me that they do not honor the coupons that the company sends out because I brought my own oil. The last Lubricar Jiffy Lube was at in Rio Rancho did honor that just six months before. Anthony store said it has always been that policy . The did not go over what was worked on in the car. I had to ask what they set my tires to the said 35 and I said that was too low it will set off the tire light. Anthony stated to argue with me that I was wrong. So I asked to go look at the door and it said 41. Only then did the pull it in again to set the right tire pressure. They also did not confirm contact Information.

We have had two bad experiences with Jiffy Lube. I took my truck and they didn't close the air filter case and lost some clips that hold it on. Recent my son took his CRV and they didn't tightin the oil filter and leaked on my driveway. What are these techs on?

A 10/10 experience! The employees were very nice and helpful! I went in for an oil change which only took a few minutes and was much faster than I expected.

I pulled in at 4:30 I think they were done in like 3 minutes I was fastest oil change I've ever seen in my life I would recommend this store to everyone very fast and friendly. I topped off all my fluids vacuumed and washed all my windows all that in 3 minutes I couldn't believe it I was expecting it to be a lot longer and it was not so happy I went there.

The gentleman who greeted me was helpful and courteous. He was the only one in the shop at the time but was eager and willing to get to work and change my oil. I will return to this location everything I need an oil change!

Went in with a chip repair and left with a large crack across the windshield. He told me he had good news and bad news... the good news was no charge! I'm not really sure these guys knew what they were doing.

This place is horrible they put the wrong coolant in my in laws 2014 chrysler 300 causing it to boil out the resavour and when jiffy lube was contacted after they stated oh its a blown headgasket like there's no smoke coming out exaust and there's no leak from engine not running rough just had coolant boil out reservoir. It could've been worse but in general using the wrong coolant causes air pockets in engine and depending on how severe it can damage your engine. I don't recommend this location to anyone

The young men that waited on me took care of me on a very professional level,. They were having trouble getting my oil filter off from a previous oil change, they worked until the issue was resolved, got it taken care of and me happily on my way

They are quick and courteous! They are truthful and don't try to bilk you for unnecessary repairs. Their billing is transparent, and they ensure they have your consent before proceeding! I recommend them!

I thought the price for cleaning the battery posts were too high. I could have done it cheaper myself. I also thought topping off the antifreeze was high.The service was otherwise was good and quick.

These guys did not even vacuum my car or top off fluids barley changed my oil, I tried the location off Montgomery just as bad but they didnt fill my oil level proper I was missing two quarts I ll never go to a a jiffy lube again

They were professional and kind. But I think they forgot to give me my $30 off coupon which I showed them at the beginning of service.
