Very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this location. All the employees were polite, professional and informative. I was there to get chip repair and they were able to get it done quickly. And that was even with having to call and get it approved with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning for any of my automotive needs.

Haven t been to Jiffy Lube in years. I needed a quick oil change so pulled in. They were friendly, fast, honest, helpful, mindful and didn t try to uptake me or give me anything I didn t need. I said let s replace the air filters and when they did their inspection, they showed me one of them was fine and didn t need to be replaced. Saved me 40 bucks. I decided to go with them for tires too. Thank you for your service!

I visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and the experience while I was there was fine...However, it was the most expensive oil change and filter replacement I've ever paid for, and once I reviewed my paperwork noticed a note of an oil leak that "needs attention". This was not mentioned to me in any way although we discussed filters and all other aspects of the vehicle. I called to discuss this issue and why it was not brought up during my visit. I didn't teach anyone by phone during business hours, so I left a message. No return call before the end of the day and am waiting for a call back today. I am concerned about my vehicle now and will be going back in today in person to discuss this matter as my voice-mail is not being addressed promptly as it should be.

Great customer service at Jiffy Lube as usual. Was running late today during lunch time and stopped in to get an emissions test there was a line as usual but Adam was able to get me in and out of there on time. Very helpful, friendly and most importantly timely! Thanks Jiffy Lube.

Was so packet I thought it would be forever, but was in there not even 15 minsEveryone in there was so polite and amazing.Been here twice and I would say will definitely be back for any future emissions testing on my vehicles for my business.

This shop has a very competent manager who works hard to make things efficient and thorough. Once in a great while they get things wrong, but are very quick to make things right. I would recommend them and I have all my kids use them for their vehicles.

They were very quick even though it was busy! Got me taken care of and were very transparent and honest about what the truck needed. Even replaced some bolts that were previously stripped.

Needed an oil change and emissions test. The tech let me know as soon as the emissions test was done that it had passed, and let me know how much longer it would be. I got in and out so quickly.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, after everything was complete the car was pulling hard to the left. Brought it back immediately and they made everything right, no questions. Always great service here.

The staff and personnel were very good Manager/Robbie treated me very well for services that I requested. Oil change, ,changed out my cabinet filter for the air conditioner, did a great job. Noe saved my life today. He was super professional and definitely knew his stuff. He walked me through all the details and recommend other work that needs to be done. You guys over price and over charge for oil change, I brought my Honda hrv for synthetic oil change and you guys billed me $100plus for it yet for the last two years have always been paying around $75 for everything at other locations.It was just a reap off and wasn t happy at all

Was told part way through the service that I would have to pay an additional $75 of labor (half hour of labor) to take off four bolts that hold on a front hitch to finish the oil change. Have had many oil changes with the truck (200,000 miles) in the exact same configuration and no issues getting oil changes or paying extra charges anywhere including this location in the past. Be careful about excessive up charges being tacked on at this location.Service: Oil change

Definitely touch and go ashen trying to use a prepaid certificate but the guys definitely helped me out. Just be careful when prepaying online for correct oil

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to sell a brake service that wasn't needed saying my brake pads were so worn they could be hazardous. This seemed odd since there was no other indication that my breaks were needing to be changed (squeaking, vibrating, clicking, etc.). The invoice also did not note that the brake pads needed attention, which was weird. I was verbally quoted $650 for brake pad change only (no rotors). I went home and checked all the brake pads and they were all in great condition. Got a second opinion as well and everything looked great.That all said, I think Jiffy is okay for oil changes, but wouldn't trust them for other maintenance advice.

The standard service is to check the tire pressure, which was not done, all of the tires were at 25 psi. The positive battery terminal cap was left off in which I was able to recover at the bottom of my scrape plate. Last, but not least the oil field was missed in which oil was sprayed all over the engine, causing it to smoke for days. I avoid Jiffy Lube at all costs for these reasons.Service: Oil change
