I was tight on time and these guy's at jiffy lube on Eubank and Comanche were wonderful and got everything done and I just had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Awesome job guy's I appreciate it

I was very disappointed in my oil change. It took like 60 seconds and charged 60 dollars. I never saw them do anything or fill anything except for my wiper fluid. When I got my receipt with everything they were suppose to do with my oil change was marked declined by costumer, which was a dam lie. They never asked or even attempted to do so. I ll probably never go there again and best believe I ll tell my family and friends bout my experience. I feel that I didn t even get new oil but that s just how feel after my experience today. My car is even running weird after my oil change. Wow !!

These folks are great! Took my vehicle in for a headlight replacement. They were quick, friendly, and extremely reasonable. Thanks Jiffy Lube on Eubank! Now I know I can count on Jiffy Lube for more than just oil changes!

BEST JIFFY LUBE IN TOWN!!! Thank you, Elijah, for your honesty!! I took my truck to the Jiffy Lube on San Antonio for an oil change; they told me I NEED to replace my brakes ASAP. Come to find out at this location, that they re totally fine, they just needed a cleaning. Elijah saved me at least a grand today, which was money I really didn t have so I can t express how grateful I am for his honesty. I also got my oil changed and tires rotated and saved even more money with double coupons. Gotta love it.Service: Oil change

Great location. I swear by them. Have had an incident or two, one involving a part that broke, and one that involved work that they took on, but couldnt complete at the time. We are all human, accidents happen. What shows character is how you choose to handle the situation afterwards. They went above and beyond to make good on both occasions. No finger pointing or blame games, they just took care of it in whatever manner was available at the time. Whether is involved replacing the part on their dime, or having me return at a later date when they could accomodate me. 10/10 great guys.

Staff was friendly and thorough! Tires had to ordered and brought over for my enterprise fleet vehicle, and oil change and tire replacement was completed within the 2 hours they said it would be!

When I picked my Infinity up from the shop there was a huge dent on the front passenger side of my vehicle. When my husband asked the staff what happened to our car they tried to claim the dent was there when we arrived but it absolutely was not. The staff popped out some of the dent with his hand but now there's residual dents around the damaged area and we weren't offered a discount, credits for the future or event accountability for the damage.The person who worked on the car claimed he didn't need to access the side of the car with the engine when we had spark plugs and wires changes. Unknowing that my husband has been working on cars for 20 years and knows that side needed to be accessed to get to the area they needed to work on. I'd advise against taking your car here. If you decide to take it I would recommend taking pictures and video of your vehicle because the staff will NOT take responsibility for damaging your vehicle. Unprofessional!

Saturday 11/25/2023 got oil changed on our Pathfinder when I got home I checked the oil and the oil was dirty. Took the vehicle back for them to check the oil. Result is another oil change at no cost to me. Was given opportunity to watch the process . Very good service

So I came in to your eubank location and just one of my oil change nothing else well your crew saw a bolt in my tire which actually came from your lot. I called and spoke with one of the technicians and told them that I must have picked up something in the lot is in my front tire the guy goes oh you mean that quarter inch bolt that's in your tire they didn't even tell me when I was there that was in my tire. I think they put it in there I didn't have any issues until I got to your shop and left I'll let corporate know as well

Emissions test. Cheapest in town, and honored my online quote of 29$. Recommend Jiffy for all small maintenance on vehicles.

Went to Jiffy Lube specially to get the van vacuumed. The seats were all stowed so just needed to vacuum carpet with nothing in the way. When done, without telling me they weren't going to do a good job, they pulled it out and wanted payment. I showed them that where the technician was standing in the van he didn't do a good job. It then took 3 employees to stand around and tell me it couldn't be done because it was dog hair. Even though the rest of the van looked okay. I didn't expect perfection. I did have to tell them we were in a bit of a hurry because of a meeting. Then DANIEL got attitude and rolled his eyes in front of me, like I'm unreasonable!!! Never going back!Service: Oil change

We're able to get my Nissan Titan Cummins Diesel in right away for a needed oil change and 2 fuel filter change. Great service and knew exactly what to do

After I get home after the oil change, my engine is actually smoking. They had spilled oil all over the bottom of my truck. Also left streaks on my windows while cleaning them. I left a message and nobody called me back. I go back days later and tell them the issue. I was also missing a screw that attaches to the skid plate. Not sure if that was their fault. So I asked them to replace the screw and wash off the excess oil. They didn t replace the screw and I can still smell the burning oil every time I drive. Definitely wouldn t recommend. I wouldn t be surprised if they didn t replace the oil filter either.

My city has an agreement with Jiffy Lube to offer free etching of VIN numbers on automobile catalytic converters as a deterrent to theft. My promised wait time was 20 minutes and my car was finished and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Nice service to offer and done faster than expected. No complaints!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They are over priced for the quality of services they offer. No one is responsible for the lack of, they left some tube unplugged after an oil change and my vehicle ran so bad for two weeks. Contacted corp and they told me sorry for the inconvenience. I paid full price, had to take vehicle to mechanics, not a good service. Take your vehicle to other places, where they pay attention to the work.

With other vehicles I have owned I could easily change the cabin air filter but the ford fusion requires special tools to partially remove the dashboard to change the filter. I was happy that Jiffy Lube was willing and able.
