Well I went in early this morning on April 11th at about 8:30. The guys were nice they got me in and out pretty quick however they tracked grease all over my floor on the driver side huge footprints. Will I ever use Jiffy Lube again yes I have for years but you know kind of be courteous and don't dirty somebody's typing with your greasy boots

The guys were awesome. Justin, Noah and the other employee. This was the 3rd location I went to. The 1st was Pennsylvania/Montgomery. They had me wait in the car before they could check me in. There was only 2 cars ahead of me. I waited for at least 20 minutes. I left and went to Eubank. Very nice guy checked me in but said they didn't have my oil filter in stocks. Then went to Wyoming. I was very pleased with their service. Those guys are an asset to your company. Very good at what they do.

They got us in right before closing, but took their time to do a complete check of the vehicle. And then they still took another customer because they came in right after us (before closing). Even though they should have already been home with their families, they didn't rush. This team is superior!! Thank you

The staff was efficient and friendly. The waiting area was clean; the selection of complimentary beverages was a plus. Appropriate services were recommended without pressure to decide immediately.

I was in a hurry when I arrived to have my emissions checked and the gentlemen there were so understanding and helpful. They got me out in time to make my appointment. I was very happy with the service I received.

Always fast and professional in the past on 2/2/24 my I had my truck serviced. On 2/17/ 24 I noticed a puddle of oil on my driveway. After being on the road for two weeks. The oil filter was loose and no oil in the truck. I was lucky it did not blow the engine. Keep in mind this is a 2023 HD. Went to my closest Jiffy lube and had to wait an hour to have it looked at. Very disappointed

Horrible service. Usually they wash the windows on the outside and vacuum but not this time.But the most troubling is that they didn t top off the windshield fluid and didn t bother to check to see if my vehicle needed anti freeze or if the tires needed air. Usually they come in and recommend things that my vehicle needs but they didn t bother to do that. I have taken my vehicles to Jiffy Lube for over 20 years but I guess it s time to find another place.

Came with an emergency double blowout and changed four tires, brakes and an alignment very fast no appointment. Accommodating and so courteous, never rude.

I went for an oil change and brakes. I was told they could get me in immediately, and it would be an hour and a half at the most, I was there for over four hours, without receiving any updates. The service cost over $800, and when I finally got in my car to leave, the passenger dash was still torn apart, open to the engine compartment.

Horrible horrible. Cracked my brake line and denied it. Spent $256 for the replacement part with a competitor. Didn't reset oil change light. Didn't top off fluids. DON'T GO HERE. Refused to reimburse me because they lied about what they had done

We dropped off our truck that needed a lot of service done. The employees were all very kind and helpful. They communicated with me multiple times throughout the process with their findings, cost estimates, and options. They were all very helpful and got all of the work done in a timely manner. I'm very thankful their for kind, compassionate, and trustworthy service.

I was on my way to Jiffy Lube new breaks when I heard something break on the wheels, my breaks went out then grinding of the wheels. Thank God I was at the traffic light on Manual when heard my lose some break and bearings on the wheels were grinding. Thank God was just right there by Jiffy Lube when it had. Thank you Jiffy Lube Associates for all you do. I would get home right now. I love you all for you do. If you want something fix Jiffy Lube the place.

This has got to be the slowest JL I have ever been to. I would give 0 stars if I could. Workers on the phone. People jabber jawing. Moving with zero sense of urgency. Spoke with someone here and he had been here for two hours. So much for the Jiffy in Jiffy Lube. After waiting 90 minutes. They pulled my car out and put one in front of me. I grabbed my car and left. Never again. Took my car to Loomis location and even though I was not first in line my car was in the bay in 10 min

Love this location! Everyone is always friendly and professional. Thought it was great how my tech informed me of possible upcoming needed services rather than hitting me with it all today. Also liked how they had a tv monitor in the waiting area where you could see your car being worked on. Will definitely continue to give this location my business!Service: Oil change

I needed a lot of car assistance and they were able to take care of everything. The attendant named Noah(?) helped me, talked another lady off the ledge, and in-between was out on the street with a sign advertising no wait. Impressive

iI realize that everyone has a different take when it comes to customer service. our disabled family member had an issue with his car he sent us a picture of the bill, it seemed a little high. we thought that yet another business is taking advantage of our loved one. I called to speak to manager justin with the intent of holding their feet to the fire. justin proved to be something better that i expected. he was understanding and helpful and he agreed to keep us posted on any news and info as they tried to diagnose the issue. albuquerque is the land of whatever when it comes to customer service. this is not the case with justin he is a great represenitive for jiffy lube. when i got off the phone with him i got a sense that he will do more in life than what hes doing now. maybe a leader cant account for every short coming with his staff but hes the type of man who will really look into it. I would work for this fellow. I wish him luck. mike z

Noah is possibly the kindest and most considerate professional that I ve encountered at Jiffy Lube. I was servicing my husband s car and had lots of back and forth phone calls and Noah offered to speak with my husband on my phone to help us determine what we needed to do. He also took some photos of the CVS joint (I think that s what it s called) and airdropped them to my iPhone for future reference. Needless to say, I'm very impressed and will continue to visit the Wyoming and Menaul Jiffy Lube - despite all the construction

Had an oil change done on October 18th. Yesterday October 20th I did a break job on my car. I noticed the air cleaner box was left open (not good for an engine but especially not good for a turbo engine). Before they started the oil change I asked them to ensure the bolts for the belly pan were reinstalled. While doing my breaks I noticed a couple belly pan bolts had been left out. Hope they tightened my oil drain plug. Super frustrated!! I am forced to give a 1 star but they failed miserably worse yet I was the only customer at this store.Service: Oil change
