Took a little longer than expected for my car due to parts coming in but totally understandable. Overall a great experience with them and car came back brand as new! Would recommend if you need body work done.

My car needed a tow after her battery was stolen and they were fast and friendly at getting me towed home. They were very affordable so my wallet was very thankful. This was also my first time ever needing a tow and they made it a great experience. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.Thank you so much.

I had damage on the front end of my Toyota Rav4 after hitting an animal on the highway. My radiator was shot and I was afraid of how it would run after. I got my vehicle back sooner than I thought and the work they did was great! My car is running fine and I appreciate the consistent communication updates while they were working on my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop!!

I couldn't of asked for better service. J & M discount Towing is the BEST in town. And ask for Dominic a true master of his craft! It was not a easy tow, but he pulled it off with ease. Friendly, Skilled, and Affordable! I would recommend this business before any place else.

Jonathan took my call and of all the towing companies I spoke to this morning, he was the nicest, friendliest and most helpful person. I really appreciated his phone assistance and help. The 2 men who came out to tow KY car were also very nice, friendly and helpful. That really goes a long way in this day and time. I appreciate you all!!!

The absolute worst customer service experience ever. I am disabled and had questions about the process and my options. I was met with hostility and aggression from the manager. My vehicle had been stolen from and when asked about security he told me that anyone can break in anywhere. I am very disappointed on how I was treated and told to get off the lot.I'm not even a person that writes reviews often but this was horrendous.Service: Car towing

Got my car repaired after a semi tire destroyed my front end. Joseph and his team were so kind and helpful. They were constantly keeping us informed so we never felt out of the loop. They handled all the dealings with our insurance. Our car was finished when they said it would be and looked as if nothing ever happened! The whole process was easy and painless to go through. I'm so happy with how our car turned out and how clean it was when we picked it up. Felt as if we just picked it up from the dealership again! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing body work done.

Called to get a ranger towed. Was upfront about no keys with the truck. They said no problem we can still do it. Driver arrived, and abandoned the service and canceled on their own with no notice. I had to call to see what had happened and they said driver just decided to not do it. Bad service experience!

Isn t it just great when GEICO tells you to take your car somewhere and they don t know how to fix it?! Isn t it even greater when a vehicle wrecks your front bumper and the shop doesn t say anything about it? How about if the car takes 3 weeks longer (5 weeks total) than it s suppose to and IT S STILL NOT FIXED. I m never giving these people any of my vehicles ever again and I will be taking them to court for the negligence, lost wages, and vandalism of my car that took place on their property. DO NOT LISTEN TO GEICO AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.UPDATE: Check out every 5 star review and check out every 1 star review. The owner obviously pays for these reviews since they are only replying to 5 star reviews. This company is a scam. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!! Hope the owner liked my review getting over 3000 views. Hope you go out of business!

Being in an accident is never fun; however, the team at Discount Towing & Collision made the repair effortless! They were super supportive and communicative as well as patient with us! HUGE KUDOS to Discount Collision for the great experience and service I recently had with them in getting my vehicle repaired. Discount Collision is very professional and attentive in meeting their client's needs. They go over and above explaining all work/repairs that are going to be done, answered any/all questions I had and provided me with options that were available to me for the best outcome. The staff at Discount Collison were mindful and meticulous in keeping me informed/updated at every step of the process in repairing my vehicle and it was finished and ready for pickup at the time it was promised. I highly recommend DISCOUNT COLLISION...If you have any Collision needs, don't go to any of the rest...go to the BEST!!!

Vehicle was in the shop in July. Upon picking it and getting home, we noticed that the line on the bed of the truck was not as defined as it was/is on the other side. Insurance company arranged to have it corrected and we took it back in August. Line on the bed was corrected, but now there's runs in the clear coat. Not pleased with the unprofessional employee upon picking up our truck.Referrals should be key for any business and I can not in good faith, refer or recommend this shop.

I had an accident towards the end of the day on a Friday and had my car picked up by a J&M tow truck. By the time I call about getting my car released I find releases can only happen in person and on paper. The following Monday is a holiday. I am no able to release my car for 4 days, my insurance only covers 2 days on the lot. I need them to move into the future and digitize. But with the customer on the hook to receive the full inconvenience I'm sure they don't care. P.S. There are no easily viewable signs from the road and they don't state their office hours on their website. If I could give them less than one star I would.Service: Car towing

Watch this place!!! You will get asked specific address where pick up and drop off is get a quote and upon drop off get quoted differently. Driver uses old looking 2x4 s as ramps for vehicle. Do not trust this place at all!!! With that price it should of definitely been more professional

J & M Towing took my Mustang down to Rich Ford today. I wish I knew the first gentleman that came to help me, I could not get my car door to open and he went out of his way to help me out. We couldn't get it open but he sent over someone in a flatbed to tow my car. I waited less than 30 minutes for the next tow truck to arrive. JR was the second driver. Very nice and was quick! Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely use them again if I have to :)

Got a tow from one of their drivers last week and the driver backed the tow hook into my front bumper I called the owner the next day and he said to send him pictures. I did that with no reply over the weekend so I called the business and he was out of the office. I'd like to think if it was their vehicle that got messed up it wouldn't slip his mind so easily. 1 star untill I hear fron him.

Didn't use their towing service, but the collision repair shop is AWESOME! They do great work, they care for your vehicle, and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Discount Collision and I will definitely go back when necessary. Thank you for the great work and the customer care and caring about my vehicle!!!

This crew is awesome at what they do. I had no idea who to take my truck to after I hit a deer and I lucked out when I found them. Good customer service and the work they provide is excellent! DC has repaired two of my cars. The paint never faded. Looked like the car had never been in an accident. DC treats their customers with respect.
