Nolan Kuhn was awesome to work with. From the moment my wife and I pulled on the lot to the moment we drove off the lot he took care of us. He assured us throughout the process that he would take care of us and that process would be quick and smooth. I would highly recommend Nolan and the rest of the team at Integrity. Annette in financing was also very awesome. She was thorough and we were in and out! Thanks again!

For the first time ever I can say I enjoyed buying a car. Integrity was top notch! Vanessa (sales), Annette (Finance), and Nick (Service) were awesome! Took me 90 minutes from walking in to driving away. I got a smoking deal, a very fair trade-in, finance didn t try to rake me over the coals for a service contract, and Nick from Service called to let me know they were going to put new tires on the vehicle as part of the sale after it was purchased (they didn t have to). That just doesn t happen in today s dealerships. They have something different going on in their business and it works. Good product, the cars are all nice and in good shape. Good sales personnel. Fantastic customer service! Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking. Without integrity you can t have honor. This is an honorable dealership and I would recommend it to anyone.

Nolan was hands down the most experienced most amazing person to work with on getting into a vehicle. He helped me and my Fiance get into to cars less then a couple weeks apart. Would definitely recommend Integrity for an amazing car buying experience!!!

Nolan Kuhn is who helped us. This was really a magical experience for us. We stopped by to see a Truck and the mileage was 118,180 the exact same numbers that I gotten tattooed in memory of my Son Cory 11818. Him and his sales team went above and beyond to help us get this beautiful Truck. What a beautiful experience. We will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle soon. This was one of the best experances we had buying a truck.. My son was having issures get financed and Nolan went above and beyond to help us.. took less then 15 minutes to get approved for truck.. We live 2 hours away and drive in just before closing. Nolan had paperwork ready but was off, he handed it off to Winslow who took care of us even though we were there an hour n half passed close..These 2 guys are great...I will be buying my next truck from them also. My son LOVES his truck

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Claire for the purchase of a Honda Passport, she is very informative and definitely knows what she is doing. Her amazing personality and welcoming smiling made the whole experience unforgettable not to mention she is hilarious! The process went smooth & we were able to walk out with our car in less than 2 hours! Super satisfied with our purchase & we recommend working with her if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle! 2nd UPDATE: So, after Nolan called and patched things up, I got back in touch and we discussed options. We came up with an idea that he said that they had done before and that he would take it by his manager and he would call back as soon as he was able to get a decision. That was two days ago. Not one call. Left me hanging with a couple of private sellers. I gave up today and just ordered our Tesla directly from Tesla. Much better experience. Sorry Nolan, I gave you all the opportunities.UPDATE: Nolan called me and was able to explain his perspective and I was able to tell him how I saw things and how disappointed I was. I revised this rating upwards after our phone call. Nolan and Integrity Automotive have earned our business. Even though I didn't get that beautiful Tesla, Nolan will get our business. Thank you Nolan.This rating would have been a five star had the situation been handled differently. We found a beautiful Tesla Model 3 online that was at Integrity. Made an appointment for viewing, looked great, Nolan the sales rep was busy, turns out with another couple wanting the same car unknowns to us. The numbers looked good and I thought we were there. I asked to get a clean purchase agreement (instead of Nolan's notes) and to be allowed to take the purchase agreement home and make a decision by the next morning. That's when Nolan told us (supposedly not as a sales ploy) that we needed to make a snap decision because the other couple wanted to buy. I got upset, we don't make snap decisions like that and we left without a car. Very disappointed.

Purchased 9/11/23 NOT OKAYI was very specific with needs for medical issues (which have been massively impacted after being in and out of hospitals as it is and were brought up during a search for a vehicle) and work travel (especially with this being the first vehicle I've been able to get under my name building credit) but getting me into anything was their priority even if the vehicle being driven by a single mother with a medically needed child was not taken serious because they just wanted the finance on it..?? (I was not provided all the little cliff noted forms Annette had me sign until 10/24/2023 when I had to pester Winslow for what I was not given since Annette said she would get my copies of EVERYTHING I signed the evening right at lockup upon my return but all I received (both times asked after 9/11/2023) was the 5 pages of Retail Installment Sale Contract- Simple Finance Charge.9/21/2023 I contacted Winslow about the vehicle not starting and was told we'll get you in with the mechanic.Winslow said "call me if anything happens at any time"Untrustworthy, unreliable establishment. Exactly 10 days having a vehicle from them and we got stranded(before the first payment was even due or made), told to get diagnostics(I've gotten 5 since obtaining the vehicle) then told the list of issues presented were only because they were trying to make a sale and it's only the catalytic converter, told they would clean it out and take a look at it to fix the hiccups(still hasn't happened), I'm ignored with a text "I'll call you back" (again since September about the issus)vehicle does not start at all now so we're stranded and their "anything happens I'm here for you " does not apply because they give excuses then ignore ALL your calls when it comes down to it. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT.11 miles from our destination the engine seized. Siting here after pushing the vehicle 3 miles to better lighting to check what was going on and officially the starter wiring is a big big issue (should have been replaced during the dealership inspection) and issues originally started (were ignored completely) after having the vehicle only 1 week and 3 days and keeping in touch with Winslow to set up with their mechanic to stand by their word in keeping us on the road as we sit with more than the catalytic converter issue with the starter wire that should have been taken care of since 09/21/2023 and should be honored.Winslow finally called back after 09;00am this morning and said they would send the tow truck. It is 12:10pm and we are sitting in the vehicle in pain with medical ailments affecting usWe were told this morning your tow truck was coming so you could finally tend to things that were ignored 6 days after having it progressing to now.I was reassured ONLY the catalytic converter was the issue and looking at the issue that has us stranded the burnt starter wire should have been seen and tended to with basic inspection claimed by Winslow. Since it seems I never get honesty from your company I let Winslow know (given my medical condition) I should have it by morning since it takes 20 minutes per mile to push it.This is mw attempting to help my child survive through cancer while being brushed off with tons of medical we have no easy to now

Vanessa Salgado is all I need to say about Integrity! It doesn't get any better than her. That's just a fact. Because of her my car purchase this week was something far better than "just another transaction." Proof of that, among many things, was her thoughtfulness calling my insurance company so I could drive my Subaru off the lot after signing without having to make an extra trip home. Her patience and sense of humor about the hassle of phone menus and bad routing she endured to get that done was super impressive. Throughout this and many points of our collaboration, Vanessa always brought it and got it done!! That's a kind of professionalism and customer service that is rare and vital in today's "all about me" and "instant gratification" world.And then there is this: throughout our interactions, Vanessa's approachability and authentic, down-to-earth sincerity, was as refreshing as it was lovely. I know I am not alone in recognizing what a decent, hard-working and professional person she is. Thank you again, Vanessa for all that you did to make my experience so satisfying and memorable. It went way beyond "just another car sale." If anyone is thinking about purchasing a vehicle, go straight to Integrity Automotive, do not stop, and ask for Vanessa by name.What a rock star she is in her world. Speaking of that, "this world" is a much better place because Vanessa Salgado is in it!!

Winslow was our car salesman. We had initially visited integrity about a month or two prior to purchasing our car to look at what they had on their lot. When we were unable to find what we were looking for, Winslow said he would keep in touch with us in case anything came by that we might like. This is how we ended up finding a car that was perfect for us. Thank you Winslow for all of your hard work!

Purchasing our 2021 RAM Rebel at IA was quick and easy. Our salesperson, Claire, did an amazing job! She was very sweet, pleasant, and patient. She made the buying process so simple. All the staff were professional and warm welcoming. They are also a dog friendly dealership as well! If you re in hopes for a used but practically brand new car, definitely look into coming here. :)

This was my first time buying a truck..Couldnt get any help untill my dad called these guys. Nolan had me approved for my truck in 15 minutes..Winslow finished us up because Nolan was off but Nolan had everything ready for me..These 2 guys are great.. Go and ask for them

I have done several vehicle deals over the past years from Integrity Automotive in Albuquerque. Brian Luna and his team are top notch. I recently purchased a beautiful Porsche 911 from Claire, one of the outstanding sales members. She was extremely knowledgeable and made doing business with them again a very pleasurable event. Not only is she good at what she does, she is beautiful, smart and charming. She made the whole experience top notch. I recommend them whole heartedly to all my friends and colleagues.

If you are looking for a high class vehicle, Integrity is the place. The salesman, Winslow, was completely transparent about every vehicle I looked at. When it came to price, I told him to just give me an out the door price and not waste my time with the whole here is where we can get your monthly payments trick. He was above and beyond in getting me what I wanted. Brian was top notch too, and made the whole process quick. I ll be back here again.

After a few hick ups, everything was addressed and fixed in a courteous and professional manner. Would recommend this dealer for those looking to get nice flashy cars at a good price. They even have Lamborghinis!
