SO thankful to have come across this dealership! They are caring, honest, efficient, and made a typically stressful experience an absolute breeze. The gentleman that cleans the vehicles is so thorough, I've had people ask where they can bring their cars! I couldn't recommend or thank IBAX enough!!

Great customer service! These brothers are amazing and will be honest which is what we love! Especially when buying a vehicle. We were helped with things that came up even after purchasing. Just got a car from here and it was such a great experience compared to these other dealerships in town. They were very honest and made you feel at home. I would give 10 starts if could! Highly recommended this place. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be back on the road working again!:)

IBAX is truly amazing when it comes to customer service. not only did they make the process of buying a car easier, they made my family and i very comfortable. They have offered snacks and drinks numerous time and just made the process very cozy. They also are very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and financing a car. Overall I had a great experience and if your in the market for looking I would recommend IBAX because they will take care of you and will give you an affordable price!You guys are amazing and i appreciate everything you ve done for me! :)))

We had bought a truck from here that had minor electric issues. These 2 Brothers took care of the problem with no issues, fixed the harness & gave me the old one to assure the part replacement. I trust this dealership to the point of return for another Used Vehicle. Highly recommend if you re unsure about where to purchase a used vehicle these guys will take care of you

IBAX has been a pleasure to work with. Abdul a very kind and patient guy made sure I found what I was looking for. I came in the lot looking for a car sort of clueless but Abdul made sure to answer all my questions and made the process very easy to understand. Even after buying my car from them they were very open and welcoming to answering any questions I had. I would 100% recommend these guys.

Had good things to say until not even two weeks later I m paying $450 out of pocket just to get a car that I put $2000 down on (to have something reliable), looked at. Apparently Abdul and his brother had a three point inspection done on the car (my fault for not asking for proof), payed extra on not only payments but insurance to make sure all my boxes were checked just to end up another almost $500 down the drain and another almost $5000 that they want for the repairs. Took it into a Subaru car lot just to find out the trad in value is only worth what I put in $2000. Which keep in mind it s a 2019, they swore up and down it was fine and reliable besides the mileage. They got us into an insurance which was supposed to be $120 a month which went to $200 a month almost not even a week later. The warranty they provided doesn t cover the $5000 repair, the window that broke not even a week after buying the car which they were supposed to fix has remained broke. For the last week, still don t have my plate. I had great things to say as I can see that they did put forth a lot of effort to try. I so appreciate the good attitudes but now they just put me out of nearly $10000. You d better put your good EARNED money into a brand new car with higher payments and good warranty s.

IBAX is one of the best car dealers in town, if not the best. The owners are very honest, straightforward, and will go far and beyond to make sure their customer is being taken car of. They helped me buy a car and were so patient --showing me around the lot and answering all my questions. I ended up with one of the best experiences a car buyer could ever have at a dealership. I recommend IBAX for anyone looking for a variety of car options, at a reasonable price, and with superb customer service. Thanks you guys for being awesome!

This dealership is the best ever. I purchased SUV for my family from Abdul. He is very gentle and respectful. He showed me great cars for very good prices. The car I got is great like all other cars he showed me.I definitely recommend this place when looking for reliable good cars with good prices.

Went looking for a car for my wife, and I had seen a Subaru legacy that was on their lot I got greeted by Abdul, and he asked me few questions about what I was looking for. He was just so comforting and nice to talk to that I knew immediately from the way he treated me that I wanted to do business with him. It was great we have beautiful car, and I highly recommend anyone to buy from Abdul

Me and my wife went car shopping and we went to 2 other dealers before we ran into Abdul they were very arrogant and rude. I decided to try one more place and Abdul was so nice and I was shocked of how nice he was, it was very refreshing he didn't have the A rav 4 we wanted but we felt so comfortable with him we bought a Buick he was very genuine and cared about doing the right thing. I highly recommend him.

I've been looking for a safe SUV for my son and I for months. Also, being a single mother it can be scary not necessarily knowing much about cars. I met Abdul and Hussein and they took that fear away. Not only are they friendly, knowledgeable guys, I truly felt like they wanted to get the best for my son and I. That's extremely comforting during this process. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! If you need to buy a car, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you go to them. They will absolutely take care of you.

Abdul not only gave me the best car , he gave the best customer service I ve received. This was my fist time buying a vehicle by myself , he helped me get it with no co-signer , just my credit , down payment and traded my old vehicle. He helped me organize my first payment. ( obviously he knew I was there for a car - so he didn t ask me what I was there shopping for.) he asked me what I preferred, if I was comfortable with the suggestions he had, and all around it was the best experience not only because he asked me questions that were relevant to make me happy and satisfied but also because he cared about my opinion, and did not try to change it, he just help me. I am not only a satisfied customer, but I will be a loyal one. I will be coming back to buy my next vehicle here, Abdul is not only an excellent salesman and realtor. He is one of the best human beings.

Abdul was wonderful to work with. We bought a great car from him at a great price. There were a few things that we wanted done before we took the car and he got every one of them done at no added cost! There was one exception to that, but only because it was going to take too long to get it done and we decided we didn't want to wait, so he negotiated on the price. Abdul is an awesome upstanding guy. I definitely recommend buying a vehicle from him.

I was looking for a family SUV and I ve known the guys at IBAX for a long time there very trust worthy guys and I would have never bought a car from anyone else. I can attest to Abdul honesty and integrity. I highly recommend him, and if Abdul is not there ask for Hussein.

Bought a truck from here. Had a really nice experience with the dealers and am happy with my purchase. They seem to go above and beyond for their costumers in getting the vehicles ready to sell. Also fueled and took it through the car wash at the time of sale. Much appreciated and a place I d go back to in the future.

Went to the lot and the first person to approach me was Abdul. He was very helpful and he made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. When doing the financing he really helped me and my family out by helping us find the best deal! Recommend 10/10!! Definitely going back!!

I am very happy with the car Abdul sold me. He worked with me to make sure I was choosing the right car for me and he had a MUCH better price than the other dealers in town were trying to get for the same model of car. He was also exceedingly patient as I worked with the bank to complete the loan process. Thank you for being the painless part of the process.
