Awesome job! These guys did a great job and were even able to fit it in while I was out on vacation so I wasn't out of a vehicle. Ryan was very helpful a long with all the other guys. They will work with you and your insurance! Will definitely take my other vehicles here and will refer them to anyone needing work done.

I've taken 2 vehicles(an Altima and a Frontier) to Greg's in the past 5 years and I was very satisfied and impressed with both jobs. Would happily recommend to anyone in need of quality work. Two thumbs up!

Every time I look at my car I regret ever taking it to Greg's Body Shop.I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus and I wanted it to look brand spankin' new, and after going to a few places and getting quotes on body work my next stop was Greg's body shop. The salesman there was Ryan, Ryan looked at my car and I explained to him that I knew I was going to spend a lot on my car but that I wanted the job completed in full. I showed him that there were light to medium to deep scratches on the paint that were spread throughout the entire car but most were not that noticeable but they were noticeable to me and I wanted them touched up. I also knew it wasn't a job where the car could be simply buffed up. I also explained to him that I had been looking around for a shop that could do this kind of a job without having to just paint the entire car. Well we stepped into the office to talk numbers, he said to me that he would have ALL of the scratches touched up and explained to me how the shop was going to fix the deeper scratches and chips and how when I got my car back I was going to be so Happy. He then gave me a quote of $2,000 and I took it.I brought in the car to them on a tuesday and Ryan said that it would probably be done that friday, I was so excited that when friday came I called Greg's body shop around noon to see if I could pick it up but Ryan said it wasn't ready yet but that it would probably be ready early the following week. Well I called the following tuesday and Ryan said that it was about to be painted either that afternoon or early the next day which was a wednesday. Well I called Thursday and Greg the owner answered, and I asked about the progress of my car and to see when I could pick it up. Greg said "I think they're going to be painting it today" Hmmm...I said to him that Ryan had said exactly that two days ago. I called Friday and Ryan answered and said "oh I was just about to call you" YEAH RIGHT! he said "your car is almost ready let me see if you could pick it up later today, I'll call you in a bit." Oh I was so excited, then Ryan called back "oh it's not quite ready yet bla bla bla, but Monday morning you can pick it up." Then he called back again "Oh no never mind Monday afternoon you can pick it up." Monday afternoon the shop sent someone to pick me up from my home so I can pick up my car. When I finally saw my car I was appalled, the shop did fix SOME major scratches but it's as if they PICKED and chose which to touch up. My hood was the worst of all, and I said to Greg that this was NOT the work that his shop had sold to me. Greg said he would "take care of it" he took me home and I was still without my car. Three days later I finally go to pick up my car, it looks better but definitely not what I was expecting and the shop added an additional $300+ to the job on top of the $2,000. Although I was happy to have my car back the feeling didn't last, the door wasn't locking or unlocking and I knew that the shop hadn't put it back together right so I call the shop and talk to Greg. He says bring it back and I'll fix it, I drove it back and it took them about fifteen minutes to fix it but in doing so the men handling the inside parts of my car were scratching them in the process. I thought the nightmare was over, about four or five days later I have school and usually put my backpack in the back seat and when I did I noticed some pieces on the back seat that seemed to be part of my car but I didn't know where. Well it wasn't until I opened the door again that I noticed that those pieces belonged to the inside handle of the door, the shop didn't attach the handle back together and they left screws and parts just laying on my seat. I was so mad, I took it back and Greg said "well it's just a minor detail." Greg I don't like coming back to the shop every week for your guys to add more scratches to the interior of the car, I don't like being lied to about the work that is going to be done, I don't like when the shop gives me the run around, and I don't like that my car is still not how I wanted it to be.

I have used Greg for years on various bikes that I have restored, classic Ducati's and Moto Guzzi's. They just got done with all the body work for my '72 Moto Guzzi 850 Eldorado, lots of complicated pin strips and decals that had to be done right. It's a beauty and they took real care to get it all right. Tom Rolland
