I am writing this review from a very cozy 22 foot travel trailer at an RV park in Las Vegas, NM, saving some coin and Good Sense RV made this possible This should have been done several years ago, formerly a tent camper, 50 years old now, hate tent camping as much as I did in my teens. If you are on the fence and can afford to do so, I HIGHLY recommend a travel trailer or similar, provided your vehicle can tow same, or have the budget for a motor home or van.But I digress, this is about Good Sense RV. Purchasing a travel trailer was a new experience for me. I ve bought houses, cars, and motorcycles, but never anything like this, thus, a learning curve was involved. Several different dealerships were visited, models were looked at, and variables such as my towing vehicle (2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road w/towing package), RV requirements (shower, toilet), and cost had to be considered, to name a few.I had some very poor experiences at some of these dealerships. The word Luxury must have been mentioned a thousand times, with all of the emphasis lately on Mental Health and the fact that an RV would facilitate getting outdoors, thus positively affecting my Mental Health , is it more of a need instead??? Looking at my credit typically required a deposit , and I lost some money at one dealership over this when I discovered Good Sense RV had a model more appropriate for my needs and budget, but in losing a small sum, a bullet was dodged The dealership had significant inventory. I was interested in a trailer, and a smaller one at that. Brecken, our sales representative was extremely helpful and quick to show the models which seemed most appropriate for my application. Krista was awesome! And had an answer to my financing options in 5 minutes, where several other dealerships took days, best of all, she gave me a straight forward answer without the typical smoke I received at some other locations. Her honesty was GREATLY APPRECIATED and was INSTRUMENTAL in the sale.Of particular note, the service staff were CRITICAL in my decision to purchase. Kudo s to Jeremy and Jose! I was given the opportunity to discuss various technical items with both individuals, greatly allaying some ownership fears, best part, they were HONEST, no "smoke".I m giving this review 5 stars, but if I had one complaint, being already stressed over the entire process, at signing I was ready to walk out. Albert, one of the staff (Finance?), was able to resolve the issue and the deal was completed.I knew more or less what I needed when I walked in, finding a dealership able to deliver the complete package was an endeavor in and of itself If you are in the market for an RV, I would highly recommend starting here!

We highly recommend Good Sense RV and Motors in Albuquerque and their staff. We recently purchased a Sunset Park Sun Lite 16 BH trailer from Antonio at Good Sense. This was our first camp trailer purchase. Antonio was straight up with us, did not pressure us, answered all of our questions that he could, and sought answers from other Good Sense staff when he couldn't. When the special order trailer came in it was missing several additional components we had ordered. Good Sense completed the installation of the ordered features without charge to us. RV Tech Gabby was also very helpful during the walk through in explaining how to use and winterize the trailer, installing a weight distribution hitch, and how to use the back-up camera we had installed. We look forward to taking our new trailer to Good Sense for maintenance and highly recommend Antonio and Good Sense for RV purchases and service!

Good Sense RV is professional, honest and reputable. My sales consultant Troy Adams was knowledgeable and provided me with exceptional service. Gabby was awesome! Dane, Alfred and Krysta were the best! I will definitely recommend Good Sense RV to anyone who may be in the market for an RV. Great family owned business who genuinely care about their customers.

We had a significant issue with our tow vehicle which we discovered on a Friday morning before the Presidents Day weekend 6000 miles from home. Jeremy Hogan immediately took the issue seriously and helped me source the needed part through another company and installed it before the end of the day.Excellent customer service and issue resolved.I highly recommend this company if you need work in the Albuquerque area.Rob

This was one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. The staff are friendly and respectful. I visited several other RV/Camper dealerships in the local area and none compare.The price is on point and the staff are knowledgeable and willing to assist.Would like to recognize Troy who was more than willing to show me all the inventory and answer the many questions I had. He then, along with his manager Dayne(who was wonderful as well), assisted in ordering the perfect camper for my needs.Alfred in finance made the purchasing process pleasurable with his friendly attitude.And last but certainly not least was Gabby. She assist with the walkthrough and rundown of the camper once delivered. Just loved her.If you are looking to purchase a RV/Camper this is the place to be.Thanks so much Good Sense RV

I met Ricky right when I walked in the door. He immediately asked what he could help me with and I told him I had my eye on a used travel trailer that Good Sense Rv received on a trade-in. We hopped on the convenient golf cart and headed to take a look at the trailer. Ricky really explained everything about the trailer in great detail. I had looked at a couple other travel trailers elsewhere, and I felt as if I had to answer my own questions, because I barely got a word out of them. Any questions I had for Ricky he immediately, thoroughly answered. I also met the owner, Severo. Severo took the time to sit down and join Ricky and myself to ask me my concerns on purchasing the travel trailer. I feel he and Ricky actually listened to me and truly satisfied my needs. I ll recommend Goodsense RV to all who asked me about my excellent first RV purchase. Thank you, George.

Right from the start, the people at Good Sense RV were kind and knowledgeable. Brecken, our sales person, was wonderful about making sure that we were well satisfied with the purchase that we made.We purchased a brand new 2023 Venture Stratus RV from and it is just a wonderful RV. I am well pleased with the help that I have received, and if I need to, I will go back again to purchase another vehicle from them. Period.

I went to the other competitors, and Good Sense was the best one out of all of them. Customer service was great. They were right on it I didn t have to wait for Anybody to help me sales staff was great service staff and finance Staff was also great. I would say this is the best place to buy travel trailer. Or an RV. I love my sonic X that I purchased from them. They gave me everything I asked for in a travel trailer that I needed. The price was great , the quality of the travel trailer is wonderful. I rate this please the best of them all. The name of the company makes good sense. I recommend this place if you re looking to buy good quality campers and RV s

It started out with Brian on the sales side. He was very helpful find a medium/large RV for my college daughter to live in while going to school. Really nice guy.Then on the mechanical side - we had a few small problems (it's a 2002) that had to be chased down, but Justin and Richard (total shout out) kept at it. The guys here super nice and really helpful to new RV owners.Steve had to show my daughter and I how to do so many things on the RV. He was calm, kool, and collected when we came back with question after question about how to do stuff.These guys are awesome! It made me feel like my daughter has a good handle on how the RV works now! Thanks guys.

Do not do business with this company on consignment deals they will tell you they will front money to pay off existing loan and remaining balance will be paid once unit is bought, however never pay off loan and then deny all statements of front the money to pay existing loan before purchasing another unit.. who in their right mind would purchase or take on two loans good sense? Beware of false information from this company..,

Had the best experience we have ever had buying anything. Our sales person mike was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. He spent quite a bit of time with us showing us all of the campers they had that might work for us. He opened every camper, spent time going over details that met our needs and ran around looking for campers he thought we might like for our big family and when he didn t know information on something, he found out for us. He did not try to sell us something our budget or our vehicle couldn t handle so we were super happy. The sales team, finance team, and everyone there worked really hard to get us the best financing options they could for our situation and we were very great full. We will be sending everyone we know to them because of the great experience we had.

Excellent customer service. A bit of an issue getting the schedule straight, but good work at a reasonable price. Talked to a couple of customers while I was in the facilities. Glowing reviews of Jeremy, the Director of Service. Great guy.

Kudos to Mike Straw for all his time in working with Robert and I. We took the grand tour of what their showroom had to offer as my last trailer was used and a late 70's model. No hounding pressure for the sale or annoying phone calls. We settled on a very nice model, well within our budget. And Mike was quick to rectify a couple of situations that cropped up. The staff at Good Sense are professional and very welcoming.

One day into our drive home from Scottsdale to Toronto we experienced a water line leak. We were told at the RV park to drive along I40 to the next exit and visit Good Sense. I called and they said bring it in and they would take a look. Upon arrival we were greeted, welcomed and directed to the service desk where we were immediately booked in and handed over the keys. Me and my wife and two dogs were welcomed to stay in the lobby while a tech looked at our vehicle. Within an hour the tech came out and told us that he found the problem and could have us back on the road shortly. While we waited there were many staff who said hello, welcomed us and were just so darn nice. The tech finished the repair in no time, explained everything and we were soon on our way. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a repair or a new vehicle. They clearly have a customer focused culture. Thank you Good Sense.

If you plan on buying an RV and don't atleast give this place a chance you're failing yourself. Couldn't ask for a better experience from start to finish every single employee at this place is fantastic!

We had several major issues at once, near the end of a five months excursion. Winnebago Customer service contacted Good Sense RV who immediately agreed to help out. Repairs I thought would take far longer we're completed in very short order, allowing us to continue with our final weeks of travel. Throughout we were kept informed, shown all work, and treated extremely well. Everyone was fantastic! We highly recommend Good Sense RV.

I can't believe there is a real business that's not only honest, but they do what they say they are going to do. Their prices are great and the service manager comes out and explains things to you and Jeremy and Nicole are just an example of the work ethics at Good Sense RV. We are now permanent customers there. Their honesty is incredible. Thank you for being there for all of us

Update: 10 months later, RV has performed spectacularly and I'm still receiving great service from Alfred when I call with questions. Great experience!Great experience purchasing an RV. Alfred was kind, professional and patient all through the buying process, even in the face of numerous set-backs on my end. He made the whole process a breeze and I'm highly satisfied with my purchase. Excellent customer service!

My partner and I have been renovating a '91 Toyota RV as a full time home for the past 8 months and getting the exterior work done has been a big issue since we got it. She needed some serious care, repairs to the fiberglass and a paint job to protect it after years of sun damage. After numerous shops all over the country quoted me extremely high or said no flat out, these guys tool a look, gave me an amazing quote and we went for it - fitting me in right away to get us back on the road too! Steve and Eric did so much to make me feel like the work was on track and answered all my random questions. Now she looks new! It's amazing to see her and feel good about driving her from place to place knowing she looks as good on the outside as her newly renovated interior. Avoid at all costs. Used personal FB profile for the business. Scheduled to look at a camper and it was like a surprise to the sales man. Battery was dead, fridge was full of black mold, they had no idea where the keys were they were busy so they couldn t do anything with it today (even though I had an appointment) so I scheduled a day to come back and look at it, only to have them sell it a few hours later. Super shady business practice over there. Avoid Antonio at all costs.

My Wife and I just purchased our very first RV.I was very pleased at the service we got.the walk through and explanation of the RV when we picked it up. The staff and techs were awesome the tech gabbi was was awesome.she really was very knowlageable of how to set up our RV and how to use it.i highly recommend good sense if your if your shopping to buy.ask for broken a real nice sales man..He's the one we worked. To get ours.

I had some transmission trouble with my truck and needed someone to help get it towed. Jeff, Chuck, and John were all extremely helpful and were able to make some calls to get some towing assistance to finish my trip out to Scottsdale. Great customer service and great people. Highly recommend them and any other RV I would want to buy or trade in I would make the trip out to Albuquerque just to work with these guys. Thanks again
