I called and spoke to Sam this morning regarding a replacement of my BMW 2016x3 battery. After he promptly responded with an estimate, he was able to get the battery replaced and registered before noon this very same day. We were very thankful he had a cancellation and was able to fit us in!! Sam was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He made us feel welcome and answered our questions. Not to mention his prices are very reasonable!!We highly recommend German Precision for all your automotive needs!!Thank you!

What an A-mazing experience! Sam was very responsive, professional and cost appropriate. I had the struts on my BMW replaced. The final price was the initial quote and the time to complete the work was exactly what he said as well. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

After experiencing the honesty and integrity of the local BMW service department, I decided to look for other providers. Luckily I called Sam at German Precision. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He is honest, reputable, efficient, and charges a fair price - I highly recommend him and German Precision.

Sam is absolutely brilliant!He did some major work on my 2001 BMW 325xi and the car is running absolutely amazing and smooth like it suppose to!Also, I notice that Sam had adjusted my headlights because they were not shinning properly down the road at night. He took the time to adjust them out of his already extremely busy day without saying anything. That just speaks volume of his integrity and attention to detail that he gives every car that goes through his garage. Sam is a first rate, trustworthy technician who knows what he is doing and treats people fairly. He solved an issue for me that the dealer dropped the ball on in an emergency. Sam is amazing. They had my sons BMW 325ci fixed quickly, he found an issue separate from why I had brought in the car and fixed that too. They really took care of his car and I feel so much better about him being on the road in his car. I would highly recommend them for your BMW. Call me lazy but I normally don t leave reviews. Yet these good folks are worthy of this review. The Local Audi dealership quoted me $1,700 for the 40k mile tune up/work. These good folks quoted nearly $500 for the exact same work. No brainer!! I tried German Precision and I couldn t be happier. They did excellent work and didn t try to get rich off of one customer, no question regarding their honesty and professionalism!!!Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have been using German precision for almost 4 years . Sam has kept my 2007 Mercedes-Benz E550 in good running condition. He changed my air suspension, brakes , service my car, and also took care of my gas leak. He does not over sell any service, finishes his work in time. Always give you reasonable advice. I have been to Mercedes dealership and other automotive but Sam is a gem, other automotive shop try to over sell me Services while Sam do notHe did stood by his service guarantee, and fix the faulty part as per original service agreement in a timely manner.I m sad that we are leaving Albuquerque and have to find another reliable German auto mechanic in the new city.If you re looking for an auto shop for your German car, Sam is ur guy

On my cross-country trip had a possible issue with my E91. Did a google search and found German Precision. Stopped by on chance I had an issue and asked if Sam could look at my car. Without hesitation he came out and took the time to check it out. Very professional. THANKS SAM!

The best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. The biggest thing I look for is trustworthiness. Let me tell you, Sam is a man you can trust with your car. I'm blown away with the service and price we received. The only person we will ever take our BMW to. Reviews are 100% accurate Sam is an honest business man. While he could have went down a rabbit hole and ran up a bill. He gave me his honest opinion and said car would not be worth the repairs. Not often that you see a business turn down money. Sam is one of the most experienced BMW technicians in Albuquerque. I took my 2013 128i to Sam and he was able to call my car warranty company and had my car fixed the same day. He dealt with the warranty company on his own I didn't have to do a thing. Sam's prices are most reasonable and his expertise is priceless. Highly recommend!

I took my BMW to Sam on a recommendation from a family member. Needless to say, the recommendation was a great one! Sam took great care of not only my car but was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I needed a brake fluid service and Sam had it completed in under an hour. All this for a fraction of the price of what Sandia BMW offers. I will definitely be returning for any other repairs and maintenance I will be needing in the future. Best BMW technician in Albuquerque NM friendly great price very nice guy and cares about dogs. He really is a great technician or mechanic which ever he wishes to be called. My BMW runs great and he gave me a good price on the work he did. I will go to Sam anytime I have a problem with my BMW.

When I called to tell Sam that my engine light is on and explained what exactly the issues were with my car, he was a good listener and right off the bat told me the price to diagnose my car which was very appreciated. My car is a 2006 VW Passat and it now runs even better than before so I will definitely be sticking with German Precision for any future maintenance issues! Excellent work by BMW Master Mechanic (dealership recommended him). Prices are fair (way better than dealership). Make sure to call and schedule an appointment before going. Very pleased with Sam's work.

This is by far the best place to get your German car worked on in NM. Best prices in town by far and the quality and turn around time are great. Sam is one of the nicest guys I know. I will never go to anyone else with my BMW or Audi. Sam is the best mechanic I have ever met. His depth of knowledge is readily apparent. I love my car very much, and Sam put the same care into my vehicle as if it were his own. I came in for an oil change and he recommended some other maintenance as well- things that 3 other shops had missed. I feel so grateful that this was the shop I picked out of all the German mechanics in town after moving back to Abq. And he's so nice and friendly to boot! Being female sometimes mechanics treat me like I don't understand my vehicle- but not Sam! He took the time to talk to me about my car, and even just chat about cars in general, which I loved since I'm a bit of a German car nerd. Please go here, you will not be disappointed!

My recent repairs at German Precision may honestly have been the most pleasant experience with an automotive service provider that I've ever had. Sam does fantastic work at a fair price, doesn't try to sell you on any repairs more than necessary, and seems genuinely passionate about explaining what's going on with your vehicle mechanically for those who are interested. All told, he got me back on the road for less than half of what was originally quoted by the dealership. I would be more than happy to bring my vehicle down from Santa Fe for any future service needs!

I have had Sam take care of several jobs on my e92 m3. Work is excellent, he is competent, a good conversationalist, and he doesn't try to sell stuff I don't need. So far he has removed my DCT transmission to fix a leak on the side pan as well as the main pan. He warned me ahead of time that the fluid would be expensive, but the charges were quite inline with what I would have paid from some of the non-dealer distributors. The end price was pretty much exactly what he quoted. Replaced the battery recently, AGM are not cheap but that is not in his control. The labor for install and whatever coding needed to be done was very fair. Had him install test pipes, a couple of brake fluid flushes. Anyhow, top notch work at a very fair price. Always a pleasure to go to his shop and check out what he is doing on other vehicles, talk cars, current events, etc. Thank you Sam.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Battery

I've had my M3 worked on at different locations in ABQ and wanted a change mainly for just a lack of good customer care. I contacted Sam and just through conversation and his knowledge of BMW's, I felt like it would be worth my while to bring my car to him for an oil change and to check the wheel rub I was hearing. He called me within an hour or so with the diagnosis on the wheel rub (a broken plastic panel dropped down and was contacting the tire when the wheel was turned fully to the left), but he also discovered badly worn top shock mounts that I had no idea were damaged and producing a noise to which I'd become accustomed. The cost for all the repairs and oil change were very reasonable and when I had to bring it back to him the next day for a bad relay to the headlights, he found a used part and charged me nothing. He also had the time to oil the door handles and fix the front spoiler trim which was slightly out of alignment. Overall satisfaction is very high, and I will be bringing my car to Sam of German Precision auto repair in the future.

This is by far the best German mechanic in Albuquerque. Absolutely knows his way around German vehicles and all their quirks. Sam is extremely friendly, honest, and does the best work for an extremely fair price. He cares about your car as if it were his own and takes the time to explain everything to you.If you own a German car you'd be doing yourself a disservice going to any other mechanic. I cant reccomend this place enough.

Drove into Albuquerque with my 'check engine' light on (Mercedes diesel) right before a holiday weekend. Sam saw my car immediately, & diagnosed the problem before I had finished lunch next door. He fixed it the next morning, and even picked me up at my rental! Fantastic experience. And reasonably priced. If he wasn't 1700 miles from home, Sam would be my regular mechanic.

Fantastic experience! Had a unique problem on a (new to me) vehicle that left me on the side of the road, I'm new to the city so after a quick online search decided to have the tow take my car to Sam at Precision German and I could not be more satisfied, he was able to work me in and ran a full check of the vehicle to determine the problem and fix it. Best part was that he keeps you updated and talks you through it all. I was shocked after all that was done how fair the service bill was. Sam is an honest mechanic that will always have my business. Thank you sir!
