This is my second time buying a vehicle from Subaru North. Torie, the finance manager, is so knowledgeable & always makes it clear and easy for you to understand all of your options. Fatima sold me my Crosstrek Wildfire, she was so friendly, so inviting and authentic. She made me feel so at ease & comfortable. Fatima still spoke to me even after I bought my car, to make sure I m enjoying it and if I had any questions regarding the vehicle. Great customer Service!

Nate and Jimmy both helped me on the purchase of my new 2024 Subaru Outback Onyx Edition in the gorgeous Autumn Green Metallic. The day I came to check out cars, it was super busy which was why Nate and Jimmy worked as a team to help me test drive the car and explain the myriad of amazing features without being kept waiting while helping their other clients. I highly recommend working with either or both of these guys.. they know so much about the cars they stand behind and are professional and super fun to work with. This was the best car buying experience I've had by far - and being in my 50's I've owned a lot of cars!

Oh Man ! What a refreshing experience. Nathaniel Crosbie helped my wife and me to purchase THE COOLEST Subaru Wilderness Outback. This is our second Subaru, always had excellent experience, quality, and service from the Garcia dealership. We always had equally excellent experience when purchasing Garcia Hondas (3) as well.We had an Outback, got a full size 2dr Bronco, could not receive service ,on the Bronco, without 14 telephone attempts with no answer, then going to the dealership to set an appointment, find out an update, or try to pick it up. So, we immediately went back to get another Subaru.Go see Nathaniel Crosbie and be thoroughly impressed.

I had such a great experience at Garcia Subaru in Albuquerque. I live in Santa Fe and I went to another Subaru dealership other than Garcia and it was not a pleasant experience, when I went to Garcia Jimmy was very welcoming he was friendly but he wasn't pushy and everyone who handled my purchase worked with me in the utmost professional mannerism. I had sworn off purchasing a Subaru because it "wasn't my style." Was I ever so wrong. I LOVE IT. If considering a Subaru...go to Garc�a Subaru in Albuquerque & talk to Jimmy Vo!

I hadn t planned on purchasing a vehicle until arriving at Garcia Subaru North. Jimmy Vo made the process smooth and his knowledge made me feel at ease with a large purchase. The service team has also helped by adding on a trailer hitch. Torie was also very kind in her help with financing. Purchasing a new car from Garcia Subaru North is the best way to go!

Where to begin!Garcia Subaru North is the only dealership in NM that I would purchase or lease a vehicle.Driving from Santa Fe to ABQ and being warmly greeted by Raymond Monte always makes me smile. This was the third time I've leased a Cross Trek Sport from this dealership and it was, as usual, a stress free process.Team Aubrey and Raymond are the best ~ My daughter and I arrived at 11:00, and were driving back to Santa Fe at 1:30 in the vehicle I wanted. Two and 1/2 hours with Team A and R went smoothly - personal attention coupled with professional guidance made car leasing and/or purchasing a no-stress bonus.Kudos to Garcia Subaru North and their team ~Bravo!TVH

Raymond Montes at Garcia Subaru North assisted me with my recent purchase of a 2024 Subaru Outback Touring XT. It's the second Outback I've purchased from Garcia Subaru. Because Raymond is a Top Shelf representative, the entire purchase experience was enjoyable and most satisfying. Garcia Subaru is the place to buy a Subaru given its excellent reputation, service department, and quality representatives like Raymond Montes and GM Aubry Padilla.

It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jimmy Vo went above and beyond to help us. It was a no pressure experience. Jimmy spent time showing us all the options and once we picked our car he spent time making sure we knew everything about it. I would recommend Garcia Subaru and Jimmy Vo to everyone.

I stopped in without an appointment-my rear view mirror popped off and I could t get it back on. Chelsea got one of the technicians to try to reattach it, but he wasn t able to do it and had other scheduled maintenance to do. I was grateful he tried and was prepared to make an appointment and go back. I was given the name of their go to glass repair team, and gave them a call while I was still in the service area. Turns out they had a guy onsite and were able to get it fixed on the spot! No charge. I will definitely go back to this dealer for any maintenance I need.

Great customer service, very clean inside, and came away with a new car! Also performed a trade in which seemed reasonable with Kelley blue book! Went over all the maintenance requirements and felt like an actual respected customer! We have been loving the car and are getting ready for the next road trips ahead!!

The excellent service I received from Garcia Volkswagen in Santa Fe as well as Garcia Subaru in Albuquerque prompted me to give an excellent review. In Santa Fe, Vivian in service was quick to get my vehicle inspected and repaired, and to notify me of those repairs as they were completed. Sergio was very helpful guiding me on how to sell my Beetle to the dealership. Audrey Allison was dynamite! I wanted to sell my VW Beetle only because the dealership in Santa Fe was too far away from where I lived in Colorado. She, being an excellent salesperson, asked "what I wanted to replace the Beetle with?" That one simple question got me in a new vehicle that same day. I wanted to lease a Subaru base model Impreza. She advised me that Garcia also owned Garcia Subaru in Albuquerque. She checked the inventory and found exactly the model and color I wanted. She very quickly started the paperwork and was on the phone with Aubry Padilla in Albuquerque who not only met us at the door, but also had the paperwork and personnel prepared on her end. Aubrey introduced me to Torie Peralta who quickly addressed all my financial questions/concerns. Teamwork at its best! I also got a very thorough explanation on the new car's features from Geary Krontz. He was very patient in answering all my questions. Thank you to a marvelous sales team!! I thought my day would be consumed with just selling my Beetle back to Garcia VW. It was a far more productive day than I ever imagined. I did not know Garcia also was affiliated with Subaru in Albuquerque. Thanks again to Audrey for bringing this to my attention and making a dream come true.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE SNAKES! Was able to make a deal for a Mazda MX-5 prior to coming back into the dealership. This is when things went south I entered the dealership with cash for down payment and a pre approval from my bank. This is when I was told I needed to fill out a credit application. I asked why would I fill out a credit application if I have a pre approval. However, I was told it could be up to two weeks to release the car to me if I didn t fill out the credit application. I refused so the salesman brought in the manager and he then told me it was company policy to fill out credit application to purchase the vehicle so they can verify my identity. I know this is not a requirement when you have a pre approval but they wanted to force me to fill out so I ended up leaving without a vehicle just them wasting my time.

This dealership continuously sends me 2 to 3 letters a week asking to trade in a car I co signed for 7 years ago. They track me down everytime I move, even to another state, and keep sending letters. I have called 5 times to ask to be removed from their mailing list, but I just seem to get more and more.
