My boyfriend and I went to drop off the truck to be serviced and get all those important things done before our trip to Indiana. So we thought we would drop off truck and take uber home right...well actually this place has there own shuttle service that drops off and picks you up when your vehicle is ready. Plus inside is completely designed for the customer to have everything they need to make there experience comfortable and not boring. Comfortable seats that are placed everywhere so you don't have to sit side by side by some stranger. Plus they have wifi set up and charging station with table to put your laptop on or whatever. Plus they have a play area for kids. Nice bathrooms and clean and coffee ect... The customer service is beyond great. Our shuttle driver (Anthony) was so awesome he had the type of customer service that made you feel like you known him for years. I recommend this place percent !!!! OMG ONE MORE THING I HAVE TO SAY THIS PLACE OFFERS FREE CAR WASH WITH ANY SERVICE!

Worst service experience. Brought my vehicle in for a diagnosis. Battery was working completely fine. Now three days later after they told me, they ll have my vehicle back that same day, they still don t know what s wrong, they re not able to give me a loaner vehicle, they say they need to keep my vehicle longer, but they don t know how long and now the battery is failing all of a sudden so now in order to even take my vehicle, I need to pay them 380 bucks.Talked to the manager, Mike McKinnon. He said that I didn t buy the car from them. So this is the service I will get. But conveniently he did suggest that I could get a new car from them.The other option they said is, they ll leave my car on the street and I can figure it out on my own. That s my only other option. Don t trust these crooks.

Well at least the salesman was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. His name is Aaron and he knows his Honda s!The rest of my experience was out of a bad movie script. I negotiated a fixed price as I had pre approved financing from my credit union. We looked each other in the eye and shook hands like men. That s where the good experience ended.I got to finance expecting to pay $29k and the contract writer says well I have some bad news, the price is actually $31k but you can just use a debit or credit card to pay the difference as if it was no big deal. I said no, I negotiate $29k and that s all I ll pay! He made a phone call and left to speak to the finance manager. He returned and lowered the price, only slightly, and I repeated my insistence on the negotiated $29k as being inflexible. He came back a third time and still the price wasn t as agreed so I walked out. I am supremely disappointed that the old bait and switch is still in use as a strong arm sales tactic at Garcia Honda in Albuquerque.Stay away from these thieves! I wonder how many people they have fleeced out of thousands more with these pressure tactics.

We d read reviews and if we re honest had a little hesitation but from the moment we showed up Gary Sanchez met us and began to take care of us. It late and cold after a day of traveling around New Mexico and trying to find the right car but he was patient and answered our questions as we looked into options of Honda Civics.This was a big purchase for my wife and I and we didn t want to rush it and ended up waiting for two more days to make the purchase.In that time Gary was patient and not forceful with us, he answered questions, understood what we were looking for and worked with us to make it happen instead of pushing anything we weren t interested in.He kept us up to date with information and we had an incredible buying experience and would gladly work with him again.The manager Mike also took time to sit with us as we asked financing questions as we asked details about the car and comparing it to prices we were seeing online.

I bought my civic sport here a year ago and it has been a wonderful experience, I love all the people here. Special shout-out to Cody and Santiago from sales, also Tyler and Shane from service. Thank you all for always being so welcoming and caring this past year. Highly recommend this dealership! And I love my car!

Best car buying experience ever!! After a long period of looking for a car it took only one visit to this dealership. Starting with Stevie who greeted me and offered special financing and handed me off to John who was fabulous. This guy knew everything about the Honda civic I wanted and more. I then finished with Manny who helped calm my nerves and assured I was making a great purchase. These guys were amazing and I wouldn t recommend another dealership. A big thanks to all of you guys.

I have been coming to this Honda facility for many years now. Everyone has been really nice and friendly. They do a great job. The place is clean and fresh looking. Shuttle service is very organized. Clean sitting area and bathrooms. I want to give a shout out to Emelio for being so awesome. I accident knocked some screws out of my van seat and he helped me fix it right up. Totally made my day! I am sorry I didn t get the technician s name that fixed it for me but this mom is very much appreciated of your help. I wouldn t t know how to explain to my child that his mom someone broke his seat in the van. So thank you so much again for hiring these wonderful people at Honda!Keep up the excellent customer service!

Stay away from this dealership. They are crooks and only want your money. We are from out of state and broke down with our Honda Ridgeline truck. They looked at it after 4 days while we were stuck waiting at a hotel. Then when they figured out what the issue was they said it could take weeks to fix. We decided to just tow it home. When we looked at service sheet they had items on their recommendation to be fixed that had already been done by another dealer 6 months ago. All they care about is how much money they can get out of you especially if you have an older vehicle.

Not happy with their service department. I have never had a good experience with them. Several years ago they ordered a part for us, we brought in my car for the repair, and they had given away our part to someone else?Now, my check engine light is on, I brought it to my mechanic, who says there is a recall on it and we need to go through the dealer. My husband called this morning, was first told (rudely) that the part is on back order. He asked if he could be put on a waiting list, customer service sighed and said she'd transfer him to parts. Parts gave him a totally different story, and said they could get the part in four days but he needed an appointment before they could order it. So my husband was transferred back to the first (rude) person who was now telling him that our car doesn't qualify for the recall. If that is the case, fine, but it's hard to believe when he was given blatantly incorrect information just five minutes before. And it shouldn't take over 20 minutes, three transfers and attitude just to be told they won't help us.

We had an appointment here recently because we needed work only the dealer could do. They were nice enough, but they doubled the time estimate so they could do an "inspection." I read that as, "we will magically find all kinds of expensive services to push on you." We said no to that and got out pretty fast. The waiting room is nice, especially the work stations where you can charge devices, but there was a very greasy corporate vibe in the air that made me uncomfortable.

ComplaintUnbelievably upset with the service and competency at Garcia Honda. Brought my 2016 Accord (87k miles) in more than a month ago and after many bad diagnoses, ordering parts, seems I m to blame. Always took her in when the oil% was getting low. Alex said oh, no, you need to take it in every 3k miles. I only use synthetic. So that doesn t make sense. This has been one of the worst car experiences I ve ever had. And I ve had a car stolen. So now I m stuck with a car they can t fix and a $3.2k bill. Loved my car but now it s worthless. Never EVER take your care here for repairs. You ll end up heartbroken, over many weeks. They did give a $200 military discount and the shuttle driver is nice.

Have been to this dealership multiple times, this last time was for an oil change; at the end the service advisor told me that my steering wheel lock was not working, but is hard to believe since they change the wheel position to get in and drive in the shop, long story short they didn t pay attention to trying to engage the lock and tried scamming me into buying a 140$ diagnostic to see the issue, problem was solved when I got back in the car checked the lock and pushed it up to engage the lock Certified mechanics couldn t even try step one of finding the issue, by checking the basic steps of troubleshooting, and very ironic since they change the position of the wheel since they are taller than me. Also a sales Rep that doesn t appear to work there anymore was very rude to me and was the sales manager or something like that a bald white male, so rude I don t even wanna buy another care from them even though the finance department was very kind and helpful, probably recommend the Perfection Honda as there service has stayed the same and has always been helpful and friendly.

Brought in my CR-V for major engine work and airbag recall. After a full week, I start calling to get a status update. I get sent to several voicemail boxes that are full. Eventually I am told they are short staffed and I should call back the tomorrow. The next day when I finally get through they say they can't fix it. I begin to ask if the car is drivable and Emilio (Express Service Advisor) hangs up on me! So I go there, because they cant hang up while I'm standing there. I then discover that they havent bothered to fix the airbag and will take another full day. Since they cant fix the engine nor have they fixed the airbag I decided to take my car elsewhere. So they present me with a nearly $1000 bill and a car worse off than when I brought it in.I will never EVER purchase a car from Garcia Honda nor will I ever let them touch my CRV again. Stay away from these crooks.

I had a really good experience getting my car serviced here. As a woman, getting my car taken in for any service can be pretty frustrating as people can be condescending, try to sell me things, etc. But the gentleman that worked with me, Emilio, was really respectful and informative. Never pushed any services on me and made sure I was aware of pricing and what services were being done specifically. I really appreciate this and because of that I'd give him and Garcia Honda 5 stars. Definitely recommend!

Justine needs to be trained on customer service because the way she answers the phone for services isn t okay. I just called to schedule my oil change expecting to hear someone who actually will say Thank you for calling Honda how can I help you? when all I got was hello ? & she was pretty mad that I asked to repeat what car I was getting service on. I had to ask for her name at the end because she didn t even give it to me. I love Honda but when I don t get the right people on the phone it makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

I had an awesome buying experience this past week on my new 2024 honda civic sport touring purchase. The entire staff was very helpful and kind. My salesmen went out of his way to make my experience fast and easy but still taking his time to explain any concern I had. His name is Cody. He spent a good 45 minutes in tge car explaining how things work. That was very helpful and told me to contact him with any future questions or concerns, he even followed up with me a few days after the sale

The best experience in a dealership. Was looking for a CR-V for almost 2 months and found one at Garcia Honda in Albuquerque. Cody Karr went above and beyond to help me even though I am 3 hours away. We communicated through email and true enough in his words. The transaction went smoothly all the way to the Business Manager Andrew. I love that they are transparent in all the fees included, he explained it so well. I highly recommend Garcia Honda and look for Cody Karr he is the best.

Mike is a sleeze ball, do not trust him at all. My car had a scratch when I purchased it, he said he would fix it that never happened. He also said he would give us tints on our car and that never happened. We also paid money down then next week they informed us we had to pay more. These guys are the sleezy car salesman s you always hear about. They lie so much it s ridiculous. Do not buy from this Honda dealership!!!

Update: if they actually investigated anything they never tried to get in contact with me. As far as I'm concerned it's just another dishonest response.I cannot in good faith recommend this place for service. I had a damaged wheel bearing that I dropped my car off for. Upon return and after paying I was surprised to find my car in the same condition it was when I dropped it off. They ignored my calls and voice messages for weeks and when they finally answered they shifted the blame elsewhere and never owned up to their mistakes. Even if the replacement wheel bearing was damaged in shipping they did not take the time to test and make sure the repair was completed. I ended up having to take my car elsewhere to finally get it repaired. I would not place trust in this establishment if you must work with them then you should demand you see any parts replaced. I feel like this place will try to take advantage in any way possible.

I had a weird situation with my Honda where I hit something and it only really caused under carriage damage. Izzy in the service department is AMAZING! He advised me how to report it to my insurance and helped EVERY step of the way. And my insurance and all parties involved were completely trash but he actually cared about me and my car, even offering me a loaner when my insurance stopped covering my rental! Izzy is amazing and I m super grateful to the service department for all their hard work!

We are so very pleased with the service department. Our whole experience with the staff was exceptional. We want to especially thank Izze. He went above and beyond to save us some money by diligently pursuing the warranty department on our behalf. When we paid a premium (at/above MSRP) for a new vehicle, I was hoping that would translate to premium service. Unfortunately, the service at Garcia Honda is worse than any other dealerships I've worked with. In the first month of car ownership, they have overcharged us for services which other dealerships would not have.Edited 20 October 2023. After several calls I got through to Mike below. He was unable to help. For context we were sold a $48,000 car with a defective tire, which failed in under 500 miles of use. Garcia Honda did not follow appropriate procedures and voided the Bridgestone warranty. They refuse to reimburse us the $160 tire. If you want to overpay and then be nickel and dime'd on faulty vehicles, go to Garcia Honda.Update 20 November 2023. We've had more and more mechanical problems with our new car. I can't tell you how many times I've called the service manager, Andrew, and not gotten through to him (probably over 20 at this point). Do NOT purchase a new vehicle from these people.

Do not use! I had to sign all of the paperwork and basically by the vehicle before I even got to see it. I am a woman and I completely treated me like I didn t know what I was doing. I would never buy from them again.

Had an issue with my daughter's Accord's transmission. I went in without an appointment, looking for help. I got set up with Mondo, and left the car. The next day, he called, told me the problem and the cost to fix. Less than $300!! I was worried it was going to be some crazy number and it was not. The car was ready that afternoon. Repaired and washed!! One of the best visits I have ever had at any dealership! Absolutely impressed with how well they took care of us. We will definatley be back. Hopefully to buy a car and not fix this one. Haha!

Brought in my vehicle after the undercarriage shield took some damage, and within the same day not only was that fixed, but additionally they replaced the brake fluid & installed a new battery after performance resting showed they were in need of service. The advisor for my service was Izze Gambino, & he made sure to get things going quickly too!
