Crooks at this location tried to tell me my rotors went bad before my brakes the mechanic in my family double checked and yeah blatant lie cash grab. Thankfully the rotors were able to be sent back with full return to place we purchased them from.

Did you good job taking care of your car and they let you know if there is gonna be any added work? And you everything there all in one place. That s why I like about them one stop shop for everything because some places only do tires and do oil changes only but they do everything.

The folks at this Firestone are amazing!!! I needed a new alternator. Even though they were booked they told me to bring in my Hyundai just in case there was a cancelation. 4 hours later they called to let me know the new alternator was installed and my Hyundai was good as new. These folks are AMAZING!!!! Thank you, Thank you Thank you.....

Esteban and the staff were extremely considerate and kind. Honestly, I was so touched by Esteban's authentic humanness. It's getting rare to be treated with such a real hometown professionalism anymore these days. I find a forced concern, because of current human resources training...as though one cares, but I know the difference. This was a rare experience for me to have someone be authentic, because they still know what it's like to care correctly.

We bought tires with the road hazard protection plan. We had a minor flat and they were booked out a few days so we went to Discount Tire and they repaired the flat that day for free. Then we got another flat, this time not repairable. Again had to wait days for an appointment. The appointment came and they said they didn't have the tire we needed there and we could either get a mismatch for our brand new other tires, or reschedule. Why didn't they have the tire they knew we needed for the appointment? "Well the other guy you talked to didn't order from the other store in town". Great. So we rescheduled and drove back out days later to the new appointment and upon arriving were told that the tire hadn't arrived yet. On top of this we moved since we bought the tires and they won't honor their hazard protection at any other location than the one you bought from. Never ever ever buying from Firestone again. Go to Discount Tire. They take care of you even if you haven't bought from them. None of this wait for days garbage for something that takes 30 min.

Bad Service! or should I say nonexistent. Got an appointment but they didn't want to honor a $29.99 coupon. Gave me the your car takes too many quarts excuse, I've heard it before, usually the good mechanics are willing to work with you not jack up the price to over $70 for about 1 quart of oil!Only reason I gave 2 stars is technically they had a legal reason to jack up the price, and they *claimed* I'm still getting a discount. Yeah Right! The mechanics not interested in giving discounts usually do that. But good mechanic places work with every customer and give them a fair deal. Not these guys!

Got an alignment on my 2022 Ram TRX after I found my front tires wearing abnormally, the truck only has 10k miles. Firestone performed an alignment and I got the tires rotated. The "manager" said my shocks were probably bad... Just a few days later the tires were cupping at a faster rate than before. I brought it to the Dealership and they checked everything out. The dealership said there was nothing wrong with the shocks, but that the Toe, Camber, and Caster were all out on the front alignment. I had gotten the alignment from Firestone 3 days prior so my guess is they screwed up the alignment.When I went back and asked for a refund because I had to pay for another alignment at the dealership I was told that they had to request it from the regional rep. I have not heard anything from them and it has been 2 months. The arrogance of the manager was really offputing, and he is the one that told me my shocks were bad.

We're on a cross-country road trip and hit a flat tire. We didn't have much time to wait around before moving on to our next stop. Worked with Jonathan at the front desk and Jamie Easton I the shop. They got me set up with 2 new tires in no time! They were both super helpful, friendly, and professional. Also, the premises were very clean and accommodating. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Mike%20at%20the%20paseo%20del%20Norte%20branch%20is%20the%20best.....he%20has%20always%20gone%20that%20extra%20mile%20to%20make%20sure%20everything%20is%20100%%20right....He%20spent%20special%20time%20two%20visits%20ago%20checking%20a%20function%20in%20the%20jeep%20and%20improved%20it%20100%......The%20last%20most%20recent%20visit%20ended%20well%20due%20to%20Mike%20handling%20the%20issue%20perfectly%20and%20with%20a%20very%20willing%20and%20assuring%20attitude......

3/22/18Excellent place- service and professionalism is outstanding. Fast and very good. I ve taken my vehicles to the Cadillac dealership and they don t compare to Firestone on Paseo. Thank you for taking care of my family and keeping us safe on the road. 11/9/23Thank you Estevan! I made a last minute appointment. My battery died. Estevan got me right in and replaced it it was completed in about 45 minutes. Thank you so much for always taking care of my families vehicles.

I made an appointment to have a slow leak (nail in tire) repaired.I arrive 5 minutes before my appointment time. Forty minutes after my appointment time my car had still not been touched. I got my keys and left. Apparently appointment times mean nothing. I've used Firestone for new tires multiple times. No more.

Please don t take a chance with the Firestone on Paseo Del Norte. I m not saying all fire stones are bad, but from experience this place is dirty . I bought four tires there with a warranty that the tires were covered as long as I owned that car. Recently, I busted a rear tire and had to have it replaced. The manager was trying to tell me that the tire wasn t covered I ended up having to go through corporate to get it replaced. The manager on Paseo Del Norte was upset because I went through corporate. When I got home, I noticed that a different tire was put on the front of my car that had a bubble on it Keep in mind that this was not the tire that was replaced. I had to go buy another tire, but I didn t go to fire stone on Paseo Del Norte. That s why I say that this place is dirty I will never go there again and if you re smart, you won t eitherServices: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Waited over 4 hours after my appointment time to give them a ring to ask. No ETA. An hour later. Got a call. I need new tires and just about everything. Note, this is weird to me and I even challenged them on the phone as I just drove it for few miles after dealership service. I don t think they want to do honor the lifetime wheel alignment with part cost. Wasted the entire day as I took it to Costco since the tires are under warranty. They cannot replace my tires as they are still good. So either both Toyota and Costco lied or something is not adding up.

Requested an appointment through the Firestone App, based on the day and available time : Friday 9/7/23 @ 11am. I walk in the store, the manager says hello and I say hello back, then stares at me before asking could help me. I told him I had an appointment for 11am. He looked and could not find until he asked for my phone number. He says he needed to look at the online appointments, then he says my appointment is for Wednesday, September 13th. He says you should have gotten an email, I told him I didn t receive an email. He says there was nothing I can do except keep my appointment on the 13th.As I am leaving the store and he taps on the computer is when I received an email for an appointment on the 13th. ???If I had known I would be treated like this I would have went to another Firestone or another store that will accommodate my request and my payment

I went in for a nail in the tire. The employees were friendly, professional and helpful. They completed the patch for free. To future customers, even though it's free, tip the technicians if you're able to.

Although the location is short handed on techs right now , I watched the manager handle customers with care and patience. He knows how to prioritize. He always seemed to show customers a sense of urgency , so as a customer I NEVER felt He was going to overlook me . Trustworthy location and crew.

They were great today. I had made an incorrect appointment and they still got me in and were able to patch a tire that I was sure could be fixed. Estevan kept me updated and they did a great job.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I've been to this place a couple of times but won't be going back. Here are the problems that I see them:1) their online reservation system is garbage. Unless you want to book several days out, don't bother, because it is essentially a manual system and might not even know if you have a reservation until you show up.2) they are chronically understaffed. The last few times I was there they had 1 tech who was backed up 10 + cars. So unless you plan your repairs well in advance, you will have to wait. I get there are labor issues all over, but Jiffy Lube, two or three buildings down, seems well staffed and can get you in and out relatively quick.3) it is not entirely clear when they open. Google says 7, they have a sign that is half covered that suggests 8... so maybe 8? The last few times I went it was 8, but unclear.The only positive of this location is that they are open on Sunday. But, again, they are so short staffed and backed up, it doesn't really matter because they can't get to it until Tuesday or Wednesday anyway.

My tires recently were low in air and I went in and asked if they could help me put air in them. Estevan assisted us and in minutes we were back on the road. He was polite and respectful. I felt I was valued and in the future if I need oil services or tires I will definitely be bringing my vehicles to this location. Value your customers and you will always have them.

This Firestone on Paseo Del Norte Blvd are crooks. We will not use them again. Before going off to college my wife brought our son's car in for a checkup. Estevan, the service advisor, came back with a $1,700+ quote, saying there was an oil leak, and many replacements were needed including engine gaskets, bushings, struts, battery and wiper blades. We didn't believe it, and I took it to Morris and Comanche Auto Service to verify. M&C found no problems with engine gaskets, bushings, struts or battery, all were fine (and nobody had actually looked at the engine gaskets before M&C, the cover had not been removed in months, but Firestone wanted over $400 for that alone). M&C sent us pictures to prove all of this. Weirdly, Firestone missed a small transmission fluid leak, but there were no oil leaks at all. Did they ever even look at the car? All that M&C replaced were the wiper blades, for $10 less than Firestone quoted. This wasn't a simple mistake, this Firestone is pulling the worst sort of mechanic's hustle. Don't use them for anything more than free services if you don't want to be taken.

I came here last month because I had to drive to Utah. The manager was willing to do a quick once-over on my tires and he actually found a nail that I didn't know I had. He quickly replaced the four tires and was extremely friendly. I brought another car in to have them check a weird noise, they thought it was the wheel bearings and replaced that . Unfortunately, after replacing it they realized it was not the wheel bearings so they did not charge me for that. They did send me to a transmission place and it turns out it was my transmission. I appreciated their honesty and they have earned my business.

When I got the service 2 years ago, I would have given a good review.During the service, they asked if I wanted to have the rear brakes done as well that day. They said the rear brakes were almost gone. I said I'd do it another time.Today, I picked up my truck from another shop. One of the things I asked them to do was the rear brakes since it had been 2 years,. Surely they needed to be done by now. Well they told me there was still 50% left on them and I don't need to do them yet.So Firestone's assessment was BS. Now I also recall I had to have them take some "Inspection" charge off the bill as well.Now that I know I can't trust the shop, I won't be back.

My sons mini bike tire popped and I had to order new ones. I went through 3 of them trying to get it back on myself. So I took it to them. They were the sweetest men ever. Informed me they dont ever do these tires but he would happily try. I appreciate kindness and effort he put into putting it back on for me. One of the best experiences I've had.

The Staff at this store...top to bottom is really great. I'm a former auto repair shop owner and these guys know what they're doing, they have current and accurate wheel balancing and alignment equipment. Lifetime Alignment and Lifetime Balance is a GREAT VALUE, imo.
