Firestone helps me with my S10 that I had recently bought they actually educated me on the services that are needed to be up kept and the customer service was amazing. On the day I came in there was a customer upset about the store hours. He got angry at the workers because the Google has down the wrong hours. So before you make a review on them having their hours wrong that's on Google not on Firestone. However, the workers themselves are kind, polite, courteous and informative.

I can't trust this Firestone location and beginning to worry about any Firestone location. The reason being the recommended service that the service manager suggested after doing the oil change, tire rotation and full vehicle inspection. The service manager indicated that the brake fluid was reaching its life expectancy of parts per million of debris or whatever indicator that was due to flush and replace and because my RLX had 65,000 miles. But, I was shocked that the brake fluid was so dirty because at my last maintenance with Firestone less than 7,000 miles ago and 6-7 months ago the brake fluid was supposed to had been flushed and replaced already. I can believe that within the 6-7 months or 6,000-7000 miles since that my fluid would be that dirty already. Anyway, it seems that Firestone is charging their customers for services but not performing the work. I am deeply concerned. I even checked my motor oil after getting home and was concerned as the motor oil was dirty

They took excellent care of my BMWi3 when two tires blew. Thank you, Firestone, for helping my baby get back on the road. Joe was amazing.

The young man at the counter was professional, customer oriented, knowledgeable and friendly. Very impressed with the customer service and the mechanic did a good job as well. No one likes bringing their car in because its one of life's hassles, but it truly was a pleasant experience.

Was extremely satisfied with the service and was able to get in and out in a extremely fast manner, I have brought my vehicle to the dealer multiple times and time and time again I was hesitant on how my services were handled there but this time I brought the vehicle to firestone off San mateo. I was also hesitant on bringing it here due to some of the reviews metioning the service manager was rude or over all not caring about the customers issues however, I was greeted by Mitchell the store manager. He noted he was the new manager at this location and recommended a full once over on my car, I agreed to it and was made aware of some concerns on my car, a 2003 Lexus. To make it brief he had his best tech review and repair my car. Again as a religious dealer only service vehicle I saved what seemed like 80% of the cost vs dealer quoting over 8k in labor and parts. I waited to post this to see how my vehicle would run and perform since I had a check engine light. It's been about 3 months and still have no issues. When my car was returned to me I had a hand written thank you card from the technician himself Freddie with both his and the managers card attached Thanking me for trusting them with my car. 10/10 would recommend this establishment. Friendly and fast service

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE--If you take your car here they will break it and then deny ever touching your car and also refuse to fix it. Not only were the employees disrespectful but my engine almost blew due to negligence.

Had my oil changed the day before taking an out of state trip. While on the trip realized my skid plate was hanging down because they hadn't re-secured it. Determined they broke a piece under my car so they just didn't put 2 of the metal screws back in the front and a third was missing from the side. When I called to complain Richard said he would speak to the manager and call me back which he didn't. When I called again and talked to the service manager Joe he told me that the clips were plastic. They thought it was more reasonable that I had lost 3 screws within 24 hours of them taking that piece off than the idea that they could have made a mistake and not replaced them. Took no responsibility and were just dismissive. Won't be taking my veh here again.Service: Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE. Not only did they break the threading on my transmission fluid spout but they glued it on there to hide it and ended up almost blowing my engine on a new top running car. I came back and asked them to fix the situation and they denied working on the car.

Joe, Richard and the mechanics are all so courteous and patient when I ask questions. They clearly explain any work that needs to be done. They let me know if it should be done now or if it can wait until my next servicing appointment. I've been trusting this facility for over a decade and they have never steered me wrong.

Worst car service and repair shop in Albuquerque. They broke a key component on my engine and we're disrespectful and dishonest when asked to fix the mistake.

This place was ok. I had made an appointment for an oil change. They told me that they had 3-4 cars ahead of me. Before you make a 3hour drive just because I don't go to anyone else. I was loyal but today plus being brown done help me. Cooperate you need to come down and fix your dam store.

Needed 4 trailer tires dismounted and put on different wheels I bought, this was on a Sunday. Mitch and his crew got me in and on my way in a couple hours. They even put the old wheels in the new boxes. Great customer service, fast service, great price, way better than the other 'discount tire' store and I highly recommend them!

Work performed was below-average service for an oil change and a tire replacement. Spare tire was not puh back correct in trunk after new tire replaced and no window stick to indicate next oil change. Friendly staff but incomplete job, would not return for additional services

On Wednesday, May 10th, I came to have a light bulb replaced on my vehicle because the parking light and daytime running light went out. I appreciate the auto tech Freddie & Art taking the time to help me 20 min before their shop closed. I brought my own light bulb in and Freddie changed the light bulb for free. The screws were slashed on the light compartment door; & Freddie replaced the screws with new ones for free as well. Wonderful service. Kind people. I love this location. Thank you Firestone!

Can't even trust these guys with their hours of operation. Online says they open at 7am. Here at the location now and they say they open at 8? If you can't trust them to be responsible enough to update that why would you with your car? F this place.

Joe the manager is horrible. Mechanics were nice but with a manager like that I'm sure it's hard to stay positive and happy. He's rude and should not be in a position where he has to interact with the public. Unless you have no other choice I wouldn't recommend this location.

I came in for an alignment and asked them to take a look at my suspension as well, because my car had been squeaking going over speed bumps. A really nice woman told me my suspension looked fine and that some things just needed to be greased and I'd be good to go. Her manager then stepped in and corrected her, saying my entire suspension system needed work and he quoted me "modestly" $1400 to get the work done. He also said because my suspension was so bad, driving my car at all was a danger. The woman looked very confused and tried to tell me what she saw, and he just cut her off. I decided to get another opinion. I had 3 other mechanics take a look, and they all told me what the manager at Firestone told me was a lie, and that I was in ZERO danger driving my car. It is clear that the manager was trying to upsell me and tell me things were wrong with my vehicle in order for them to make more money. The woman there was great at her job and honest, but I would never trust the integrity (or lack thereof) of Firestone again.Service: Wheel alignment

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! DID I SAY RUDE? I have been a Firestone customer for years where we are from because they have locations all over the US in case we have a problem on the road. My experience at this location has me questioning if I continue to use them or start looking for another provider. Customer Service is everything! I ended up leaving and spending $1200 for top notch fast and professional service at Brake Masters on San Mateo.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I had a flat tire and simply needed to have it patched. I have used Firestone in the past and have always had good luck. It took an hour and forty five minutes to patch a tire and that was with an advanced appointment. I am an ASE master tech and have been pulling wrenches for twenty eight years. It doesn't take an hour and forty five minutes to patch a tire. The service manager was downright obnoxious in trying to upsell unnecessary service on my car. I had recently taken the car in for service at University Volkswagen but the ticket was allegedly not showing up on Carfax. I twice had to endure a long sales pitch just to try to get my car returned. They aggressively tried to push $2100 in service that the car flat out did not need. They also tried to sell a new set of tires - my tires are less than a year old and have less than 20K miles - they are fine. The store is conveniently located and is kept very clean - I will give that much credit. It is downright obnoxious and annoying to have to endure all of the never ending upselling that Corporate America loves to push these days. I am not entirely sure I would use these guys again.

First impression: great vibes from staff, very professional, very respectful. Anthony was the associate who took care of us. Took my senior aunt to diagnose her car issues and in the end she wasn't even charged and she was very thankful for their knowledge and information. It was a great experience for her. I had high hopes for this shop. But, they seem to over promise and under deliver. I would rather have an honest estimate of time.I will try them again due to the staff. They really tried the best in a difficult situation. I can be a bit difficult at times myself.

Had our front and rear brakes replaced here. A few weeks later my wife starts to say the vehicle is making a noise after going on a 3 hour freeway trip. When she came back I got in and drove it and immediately felt and heard what she was talking about. Immediately pulled into the driveway and checked wheels. The front two wheels lugs were so loose the tires were coming off and both front wheels were missing a lug each. Narrowly missed a terrible accident. I suggest there be some kind of quality control or something.Service: Brake service & repair

Got an alignment in February. Lower control arm bolt on driver side was loose had no idea until I make a full right turn or a full left turn and I hear a loud pop. Took it to them to look at it and they fixed it and again a day later it happened again. Ended up going down there to tighten the bolt myself then took it to Craig tire in Belen. Got it done first time zero issues.Service: Wheel alignment

The people at this Firestone location are the best!! My car was broken into while visiting the city. Julio and Jessica stayed HOURS past closing time to help fix my vehicle so I could get back home the next day as planned. I m so so thankful for them. They went the extra mile and helped make this horrible situation more bearable. There are still good people out there and the people at this shop are some of them!! Thank you thank you thank you.

New management!! Awesome service!! I drove up with a screw stuck in my tire, and in less than 30 mins I was back on the road. Spoke with a rep named Joe who advised they could diagnose and repair my Volkswagen GTI. Once I had my vehicle towed there, I did not get any call back. I recieved a call from Joe the following day saying they could not work on it because they did not have the right tools or parts to service it. He still charged me a fee to 'look at it'. Had to get it towed to a VW dealership. I called to verify if my car was picked up, and Joe was extremely rude about the whole situation. I will never buy tires or get service here ever again in my life for any of my vehicles.Service: Transmission repair

2 years ago they were the only place open on a Sunday and I had a really bad flat and needed a lot of help, they were able to walk me through what I needed & the technician there was so nice and friendly. I realized I had a flat (slowly leaking) and went back yesterday just showed up for a walk-in. They were able to fit me in their extremely busy day, and I was able to get some errands done while I waited. They patched the flat (there were two nails in my tire!!!) for free. In my excitement of a very important call I took I forgot to tip but I just wanted to say thank you so much because the team here at Firestone made something I'd been stressing out for a while about very smooth and easy

You can't go wrong with these guy's on tires I asked for the tires that I seen on there web site and they were in stock that day I set an appointment with them, showed up installed and payed all with in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend FIRESTONE TIRE CO. to call Veterans and active duty military
