I had a wonderful experience, Kelly is the only reason I go to this location. She is very kind, knowledgeable she is my car shop mom every time I leave I give her a hug. We always have good conversations when she s not busy. I m not sure if she s the manager, but she should be she is absolutely be she is an asset to your company. I will highly recommend this location to ensure every customer has a wonderful experience. It s not just a service, it s absolutely an experience. 1 person can make a difference.

We were told it would take an hour and a half to get new tires. After 3 hours they called trying to upscale us on alignment,new battery and more. We just had all that done at the dealership. We did not get the car for 4 1/2 hours. The rims were horribly dirty and they did. not wash the windows. We will never use Firestone again

I had the worst experience at this FirestoneI left my vehicle there for 7 hrs just to have a tire pressure sensor replaced.When I showed up to pick it up, they hadn t even touched my vehicle yet.When I asked the person at the front desk how much longer it would be, he said another hour, he also said you are welcome to take it and bring it back another day.That really pissed me off, that place doesn t value customers time, also very disorganized they only have one mechanic on duty.Definitely would not recomen it.

The work is fine. The owner/corporate need more employees and the person at the front desk is great at ruining days. Took my vehicle in with an appointment for an oil change, check the tires. They asked if I wanted them to check on a few other things so I say yes. They said it would take a couple of hours. So 2 hours in they come back and say you could use new brakes. They had my car up quick so two hours to find that out is wild. They said it would take a couple more hours. 3 hours and 45 minutes later my car is done. I would have went home if they would have checked it out first but a couple hours is not worth going home for 30 minutes to head back. Instead I spent 6 hours in there for an oil change, brake replacement, and some filters changed. Additionally, 0 concern for the folks in there waiting 2 hours for an oil change. I don t like getting angry with workers, as ownership should hire more folks and likely pay them all better. However, being told a time frame and it being tripled is how an entire work day is lost.

Do not come to this location. I came in for new tires and asked how long it would be the lady at the front desk told me 2 hrs. I needed to know the time because I had another appointment. An hour and half passed and my car still was sitting in the bay with no tires on. I asked if we were still on time and she told me well it s going to be a little over and you will have to come back for the alignment check . Then she proceed to tell me the tires we agreed on were not in stock even though when I initially got there she said they were. I had a bad experience the last time I used this location so I should have know better.

Had an amazing experience! Natalia was so helpful and providing information and updates on my vehicle. She explained discounts and coupons that were available for next time. Made appointment online to take a long time for service, but there was a shortage of Technicians. The technician who did the service worked very quickly once my vehicle was ready to be worked on, and made sure to do inspect and complete everything properly. The manager of the Store was doing an interview and made the person feel welcome and provided them bottled water and suggestions in building the r�sum� and opportunities that firestone can provide them.

Update*- i showed up for my 930 appointment today and not only was Keli ready for me at the front desk but also my tire was ready in the bay. My favorite tech Blake was also ready for my car and they got to work immediately. I will say that when things go bad they go very bad, but when things go right, it is smooth as butter. I will continue doing business with this location because they are true to their word when they apply themselves to that. And I have to give a little because they are always really busy and I can understand that when mistakes happen its not always their fault directly. Stuff happens and that's okay. They have done right by me so i will reciprocate the great service with continued business. Keli and Blake are both amazing at what yhey do and i appreciate this company. Rating back up to 5 stars.Origional review*- First off I'll adjust my review as the service plays out. I love this firestone in particular because of the people and service I've received in the past but this time around has really messed me up, here's the scoop...I called from work on monday 12th to schedule an appointment on Thursday the 15th since I had to leave work early that day to take my dog to the vet next door anyway, no problem, they were very accommodating. I also let them know I needed them to order me a specific tire to honor a road hazard warranty, which was the purpose of my appointment, again no problem, very accommodating.Fast forward to Thursday I show up and drop my car off and go to the vet. 1.5 hrs later I got back to check on my car, and my favorite employee tells me that the tire was never ordered and if it was nobody knows where to find it, but he can order the tire then and there and have it there the next day. So I take the next day off work and agree and leave my car with them.I wait until noon on Friday to call to check the status of my car and am told that the tire that was ordered has a couple transposed numbers and is the wrong size. The service writer let's me know that they can re-order the tire and the new eta is Monday the 19th. Problem is I've already lost a day of work waiting on this and I will not lose another. So I ask if I can schedule an appointment for the following Friday which I have off anyway and am assured the tire will be there and will be waiting. Then I get in my car and realize my rim with the bad tire is not in my vehicle. So I go back inside and ask about it and am with the greatest of ease am told that the rim is somewhere in the building and I can leave it there and it will be safe until my appointment.That being said, the saga continues. I will be updating this as the appointment plays out, and the only saving grace for me giving 3 stars is the service I've received in the past and the employees who are all accommodating and professional...to be continued....

The Firestone on Coors doesn't just disappoint with horrible customer service, but puts people in jeopardy and steals items out of vehicles. I warm you to avoid this location. Managers Keli and Natalia will call you a liar and hang up on you. Our locking lug nut key was stolen from our vehicle after the manager was literally handed the key. Then when this issue was brought to their attention they refused to help us fix the issue. Now we cannot

I had rented a car from Enterprise and I ended up with a nail in a tire. I called Enterprise and they instructed me to take to Pepboys or Firestone. Firestone was closest. After giving them the car to work on...they come back and say the car needs an oil change...do I have time for that...I agree but then they come back asking me if I want to replace the front tires...lol. I don't own this car.. talked to enterprise not me. As far as Im concerned they just take advantage of people and situations. Never going back.

This Firestone is heads and shoulders above the Rio Rancho location. Blake was so incredibly helpful as well the management team. They helped me to get the inspection that was needed without any issues. They went above and beyond! This is the place to get honest, helpful automotive work completed. Do not hesitate - visit this team!!!

if i could give zero stars, i would. my husband took my car to get a brake inspection (with an appointment) and they say they never approved the appointment so they can t get him in super quickly. he leaves the car there at around 1:00, expecting a call in an hour or two, but never received one. so he calls to check up. by this time they re about an hour from closing and the girl says she ll check and get back to him in 20-30 minutes. he never gets a call. he decides to drive down in his car to see if the car has even moved, and low and behold, the store is closed (20 minutes before the posted closing time) and my car hasn t moved an inch. absolutely unbelievable, and now my car is sitting outside the shop in an arguably unsafe part of town overnight. obviously these people are either unbelievably unintelligent or they just don t care.

Outstanding customer service, honest, efficient. I thought one thing was wrong, turned out a simple fix. I have an extended warranty and some would take advantage. Not this store!! I will be using this store in the future

The gentleman who helped me with my problem went overboard to make sure I had a great experience at Firestone. I did my homework and found Firestone to meet my needs at the time of service. I've been using Firestone for over 20+ years

Firestone has kept our vehicle on the road, with consistent care, we've never had any issues and we travel from time to time, so consistent care, excellent work, we've never been stranded!!! Tops in our book ;)

Kelly and the other lady are always so wonderful and helpful and Isaiah (I think that's his name) is amazing! He is always there late and often the last person there which I'm so thankful for because he patched our tire just before they closed even though they were swamped. Thank you all for being so dependable!!!

Staff are well educated in cars and trucks. They are friendly and give me $$ options when selecting components of my car. They discuss the condition of my car in depth at each visit.I have a 2005 car and they treat it like it is a new one.Wait area pet friendly and my dog loves to say hello to everyone.

I had a rear main seal and an oil pan oil leaks repaired at this Firestone while I was on a work assignment in Albuquerque last February. I spent over $ 1,500 on both repairs. Both oil leaks were back by June. I took my truck to Firestone because of their warranty. I live in Florida and I thought that if anything went wrong with my repairs the warranty would cover my repairs at a Firestone here in Florida.When I took my truck to get repaired at a Firestone here in Florida they only repaired the oil pan leak but would not do the repair for the rear main seal. The manager at the Firestone here in Florida said they didn t have the staff to do the repair and said that they had called several other Firestones and they wouldn t do the repair either even though it was under warranty. The manager said just add oil to the truck every so often and you should be fine. I called this Firestone in Albuquerque and spoke to the manager. He assured me that his district manager would be calling the Firestone in Florida to make sure someone would repair my oil leak. That was four weeks ago and I haven t heard from anybody from Firestone. I was able to barrow a car for the past month to get to work but will be with out a car next week and Firestone still hasn t done anything to honor my warranty.

It s unacceptable that they offer a free break check service like many other places and wouldn t bother to check the brakes, but when I bought tires from them they were ecstatic to get the job done. I went online and made an appointment towards the end of the day and got a call saying 2 hours before they close wasn t enough time so they offered to do it the following morning, left my car right at 9am as they requested , never called, showed up at 4pm and they told me they haven t gotten to it, picture clearly shows only 1 car in the shop. This is terrible I will never shop for tires or do any business with them again. There s too much competition to be this incompetent

It was a long wait but it was Sunday. One of the four new tires was low on air. One of the new wiper blades flew off on the trip. I think I got a decent price with free financing. Up north we put valve stem caps on, I guess not in the southwest.

Do not come to this store. They overfilled the oil in my car prior to me purchasing the vehicle. All they did is drain out some of it and said sorry. When they were supposed to do a complete oil change and place the sticker so I know when it needs to be changed again. Overfilled oil will result in damage to the motor. These people didn't care at all. When I was told I would be getting a new oil change not draining out some excess. Incompetent people to overfill the oil.Service: Oil change

Manger very unfriendly. Brought vehicle in for a flat tire at 7:20am, 5 hrs later, still waiting. Been hearing conversations from their staff regarding techs not coming in, therefore, wait time is long. Poor management. A work performance issue on behalf of the Manager. I am calling to elevating this in a couple of days up the corporate ladder. Customer service unacceptable.

I called and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have my 4 tires replaced. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am the following Saturday. I arrived about 15 minutes early to drop off my vehicle. When dropped off the gentleman informed me they would call us early afternoon for pick up. Here I am almost 11 hours late and I still have not heard anything! I've called twice and keep getting told that "it's up next." I understand that it is Saturday and they are busy, but this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and they close in 30 minutes and my car is still not done. I finally decided to come to the store and wait in the lobby..Service: Tires

Been coming here for 1.5 years already and love the service. Brian always takes care of my 2012 F350 on a 9" lift and balancing and alignment are always spot on! Best Firestone in ABQ!!

Long story short, my car was in an accident, I needed an alignment, I came in asking if it could be done and was told I couldn t get an appointment for a week and a half!!! I looked on the website before coming in and there were appointments available for every hour after 1pm, and I was told that they always call those appointments and notify them that the car will have to be left there all day! What s the point of an appointment then!?! An appointment it s a scheduled service, that is planned ahead of time that comes first! Then walk ins! I can t leave my car somewhere all day long, I have school and other obligations, this is extremely unprofessional!

My first bad encounter was last summer when I asked for my tires to be balanced and rotated among other service needs only to pick up my car and find the tires were just balanced without rotation.The second time I brought my sons vehicle in last August and dropped it off in the morning to have the brakes checked, battery replaced and have an inspection completed. I was told I should get a quote by that afternoon. The following day around noon I still hadn t heard anything so I called and was told by Natalya that they weren t sure when they d be able to bring it in. Frustrated that nothing had been done I said I d just come pick up the car to which Natalya said okay sounds good . When picking it up I spoke with a different advisor and let her know about Natalya s comment and how it wasn t appreciated given that it s reasonable to be upset after our car hadn t been touched for over 24 hours like promised without even an update explaining what the hold up was, especially given that my frustration wasn t unfounded and I wasn t rude to her and she made no attempt to offer an explanation much less effort to resolve the situation. Fast forward to yesterday I brought my car in to have a tire repaired and asked if there was time to have the oil changed too. I left my vehicle at 1:00 and didn t hear anything. Around 5 when checking my email I saw an email from Firestone that was sent at 4:15 saying my car was ready (no call), prior to leaving my house I called to confirm it was ready since I only got an email. Natalya stated it was ready and she tried calling but the number was disconnected. She told me this without me identifying myself or my vehicle Im guessing she knew who I was from the caller id. I checked the service order and my correct number was listed, yet I received no call and my phone was clearly not disconnected. When I got there I asked about the oil change and was told there wasn t enough time, this was at 5:00. At that point the bays were not all full and the parking lot had relatively cleared out. Taking over 4 hours to patch a tire without even the requested oil change and Natalya not bothering to call me and let me know my car was done seemed vindictive to say the least and if it wasn t it is still reflective of a poorly managed shop. Sadly despite the location convenience, having.a Firestone credit card and numerous years of bringing several vehicles there, their customer service has taken a turn for the worse and is no longer a reliable shop to go to. Not sure what shifted here as the previous advisors used to care and tried to do a good job. Hard to bring a vehicle back to this shop given the lack of professionalism and the demonstrated immaturity of some advisors they have working there.

Had an appointment for diagnostic in the morning. My husband dropped the car off, and was told it will be done at 2 pm. Called, and the car hadn't been checked yet. They said they were busy. Called back again 3 hrs later, still hadn't been checked. Finally at 8 pm they called and said diagnostic test was done. We had an idea what the issue was but they had to run their own diagnostic to confirm. I was nearly shocked when given an invoice of what needed to be fixed. The labor work fee was what shocked me. Do your research and find other places. We did that. What would have cost us Over $1,300 to fix only cost us $441 at Brown's Automotive with warranty. We gave them what Firestone quoted us and it shocked them too!

Terrible experience!! I set up an appointment for 11am for a diagnostic. Girl behind the counter said it will take a couple of hours. I left my truck there and I told them to call me when ready. 5 hours go by and haven't heard from them. I stopped by to check on my truck. Different lady behind the counter tells me they never got to my vehicle due to no communication among them and the mechanics on when I wanted my truck back. I told the lady that's why I set up an appointment so I can have this done that day. I just grab my keys and left. This is the last time I will ever go to Firestone. I'll take my business somewhere where they want my business!! Shame on Firestone for lousy business experience!! No stars for you!!

I was having the worst of luck not even knowing that Chevrolet Dealership over Filled my car with oil and had smoke coming out of my muffler but when I showed up not knowing what was going on with my car Josiah took my car in found out the problem in less than 5mins of waiting!! He was amazing and ensured me I would get home safe with no problems! Will be going back just to work with Josiah.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Very poor customer service, extremely rude. I was charged for the refrigerant they pulled out of my vehicle when I had my vehicle's A/C serviced as opposed to simply being charged for the additional amount of refrigerant added to my vehicle. Would not recommend this Firestone location, much better service at other Firestone locations.Service: Air conditioning
